Chapter 96: Lord of Lust and Sin [Part 1]
Serenity stared at the door before her.
Yesterday she had been called by Samantha, then she was dragged from the big city to a damp jungle. She was about to complain and ask about what kind of magic was used when she was immediately made to shut up and led into a mansion that somehow had its lights on in the middle of nowhere.
While underground electric cables had recently been all the rage in city development and planning, many people were concerned about the fact that the Philippines was a hotspot for earthquakes.
Like Japan, the Philippines is a victim of its own geography and while many want to make the cities more "beautiful" but removing the overhead spaghetti cables, doing so would make the cables more susceptible to earthquakes and ground movement.
Add the yearly flooding which has a more than 50% chance of occurring and you have a very high risk and expensive solution to a low priority problem.
Of course, Serenity did not really care about those things. Personally, Serenity preferred the underground cables as it would bring more beautiful scenery to use as backdrops to her photos.
Unfortunately, she wasn’t part of the political faction of witches who dealt with matters related to public planning and development.
But she still found it rather curious how electricity was maintained.
A generator?
Solar panels?
Many ideas popped into her mind but when she entered the mansion she immediately understood what it was that allowed the lights to work-
"Magic..."
When she first encountered magic, she was really hopeful. She was a child who loved watching princesses and fairies. She wanted to be like the teen witch she saw on TV but reality gave her a big old slap to the face.
Magic?
All they did was use hypnosis and slow psychological manipulation to control people.
Illusions? All it did was change colors!
Many of the magical things she learned were worthless. At best, she learned some effective traditional medicine to make her look pretty but that was not what she wanted to be!
Serenity wanted to be like the witches and magical girls in the movies!
She wanted to be the genius witch who helps her allies defeat the dark lord! If possible- maybe she could defeat the dark lord herself!
Yet, far from flying on brooms or shooting fireballs and making people fly-
Her greatest feat of magic was eradicating the acne that threatened to make her ugly...
All it took was 12 hours of non-stop stirring of a pot, 10 hours of hiding to let the finished solution take effect on her face and body, then another 3 hours to completely remove the revolting smell of the solution from her body and house.
Yet...
’This is my chance!’
Yesterday, the moment she saw Richard she immediately knew that he was something else.
Serenity was not part of the volleyball team for no reason.
She noticed that Richard did not make a sound despite walking on wooden boards with leather shoes.
Moveover, while the others were trying their best to avoid his gaze, Serenity was brave enough to shoot him a glance and she saw it-
In the corner of her eyes, she saw a monstrous entity that should only exist in urban legends.
After that, Richard left, he was obviously dissatisfied with something and after a while, Samantha informed them of the decision.
The men who tried to show off their good looks tried to beg for leniency but the witches under Richard bound them in vines before dragging them off somewhere.
The remaining women were then given the choice between becoming Richard’s "sex slave" or undergoing the same procedure as the men.
Some hesitated but Serenity was the first to offer herself up.
Some called her a slut, others tried to dissuade her but Serenity was not moving without reason.
So what if she gets called a slut?
Samantha said it herself-
Richard Rex is a western mystic, their methods allowed them to do the magic that is only known in fiction- at least in the Philippines.
Through intercourse, Richard Rex could pass on a little bit of his power to others allowing mystics to grow stronger or obtain the seed to become a powerful mystic like in myth and legends.
Of course, the caveat was that the intercourse must end with a creampie or creampies.
Since the semen that Richard would release is part of the process of improving strength, it would not be used for fertilization which is basically magical contraception.
Though the ritual that would strengthen his partner was originally a spell to create a magical contract that turns his partner into his slave. Though Richard only did that to ensure loyalty and prevent desertion.
But as he had created a spell that did not need intercourse, the "sexless spell" was supposed to be used on all of them.
Then he saw their "power level".
The reason Richard left disappointed after seeing them was because they were worthless.
Yet he didn’t want to dispose of them since it would be a waste of time and effort and also because training mystics from scratch was more costly.
The "sex method" was proposed as it was a "quick and easy" way to get stronger and would at least bring pleasure to the participants.
Unfortunately for the men, only Richard could initiate such a method. The rest of the witches under his command were relying on the same ritual to get stronger after all.
The explanation made others wary, some thought it was a trick the foreign man was using to build a harem but Serenity was willing to take the risk.
After all, even if it was a trick and she won’t get stronger through sex-

Serenity had confidence in her ability to seduce men and Richard being a former billionaire did not dampen her desire and instead fueled it even more!

What else could a woman ask for?
Many talk about "love, loyalty and respect"-

Love is obtained through good looks!
Loyalty is obtained through money!
Respect is obtained through mutual respect!
Who wouldn’t love a handsome man?

Who would disrespect a man who respects them and vice versa?
Serenity saw women who demanded those things as ugly b*tches.
After all, a man would also look for the same things!
But a woman does not need money to prove her loyalty, all she has to do is bend over for one man and one man alone.
Men are possessive creatures and that’s why Serenity has yet to even get a boyfriend!
She waited all these years just for this!
Serenity was not going to let go of such perfect hubby material!
Moreover, he was someone who lived in both the mystical and normal worlds!
She just hit a jackpot and she won’t let others get the jump on her!
With full confidence, Serenity had a bold smile on her lips as she entered the room of Richard Rex who was already waiting for her clad in nothing but a towel that was wrapped around his lower body.

Richard had just finished taking a shower, today was the first day of making a contract and strengthening the new recruits.
The men were already undergoing rituals after a few of his allied yokai finished their selection.
All of the women chose to sleep with Richard, not a bad decision after they were given a sneak peak of the procedure that was done to the men.
It wasn’t pressure, Richard simply had to make sure they were well aware of their options.
Becoming his partner was easy to understand but the "unknown procedure" was a gamble.
To some, losing their purity was too great of a cost for power and would rather undergo the procedure hoping it would be something like an organ transplant under anesthesia or a quick injection of an unknown solution.
It wasn’t-
Moreover, there was a chance that the subject of the procedure would lose their psyche and get dominated by the yokai.
Successful hosts would complete a strong contract with a mystical being and failures would become puppets of the mystical being that the fragile existences of yokai true substance and an increase in power.
Richard personally witnessed how all the women looked at him and at the suffering men and chose to sleep with him.
While Richard was already aware of it, his looks were indeed quite devastating.
It was no wonder that Merlin had become the apple of many Goddess’ eyes.
So much so that one would turn yandere and stab him just to have Merlin back.
Although Richard was curious at what that stabby bitch was doing at the moment, he was deluding himself from thinking about her by indulging in whatever he could at the moment.
Even desperation had its limits and the desires that got harder and harder to control as he grew stronger had to be released.
Though it was truly an unexpected success.
While he believed that Serenity would be the first to be his partner as she was the only one brave enough to raise her head back then... he never thought that she would have made such a decision even before seeing the procedure.
What if the procedure was really not that bad?
Would she have regretted it or not?
Richard did not know the answer to that but he will get it soon-

The door opened, Richard had not put on any clothes and was wearing a simple towel around his waist.
This was not an accident but premeditated.
He stared at Serenity who had a resolute look on her face as she stared at his bare chest.

Serenity had been frozen in place by shock and awe? Richard did not know, maybe it was fear? Maybe hesitation?
Whatever it was-
’Tonight I’ll make her scream for mercy’
Richard smirked as the doors closed following the snap of his fingers-

They even locked themselves shut- what a conscientious pair of double doors.
Serenity showed a look of shock as she turned to see the locked doors behind her.
Clad in a near transparent night gown, her bare body was hidden by only a minute shadow made by the darkness of the room.
Turning around gave Richard a good look at her well developed ass and he unconsciously licked his lips in delight at the sight.
*rustle*
Richard loosened the towel which revealed his bare lower boy.
The moment the rustling sound was heard by Serenity, she turned around and witnessed Richard in all his glory.
Richard could see Serenity shake a bit as her eyes fell unto his d*ck.
With a smirk, Richard showed his cruel side as he demanded her-
