Chapter 78: Still ridiculous but toned down

"Should I just go to the God’s Realm?"

He muttered, but that sentence didn’t last long.

"What the fuck? Where are all the benefits?"

He was perplexed. Looking into the boosts he got from those, he realized he was only two times stronger than before.

That shouldn’t be the case considering how ridiculous those names sounded.

Primordial Sacred Dragon Body, Primordial Sacred Dragon Bloodline, Supreme Void Body, Great Void Bloodline, Great Dao of Void Technique, Great Dao of Time Technique.

These names were crazy good, but that’s all they were.

First of all, all of his bloodlines and physiques did get the ability to evolve with him.

As his cultivation improved, these would also improve. He could also separately improve them using certain treasures.

But for now, they were all at Mortal Grade. Only his Great Void Bloodline seemed a bit powerful.

Now that he was sure his parents were alive.

When his bloodline awakened, he felt a strange resonance, but it seemed too far away, so that feeling didn’t last long.

Even so, it didn’t change the fact that his parents were alive.

That was the best news for him, even more than the evolution he went through.

But putting aside the matter of his parents, his Great Void Bloodline didn’t come from his parents.

Instead, his original bloodline came from his parents. The Great Void Bloodline was evolved.

That’s why when he awakened the ability, he only awakened one, and it was connected to this bloodline. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺

[Hiding in the Void]

It was a simple ability explained by its name. It allowed him to coat himself with the void mana and make himself undetectable.

Unfortunately, because his strength and bloodline were inconsistent, he didn’t inherit the full power of this ability.

In fact, this ability could also make someone intangible.

Although it was a pity that he couldn’t turn himself intangible with this ability, he didn’t mind it as long as he could hide himself.

This could be a huge trump card in his future adventure.

Except for this bloodline, others didn’t do anything.

The boost he received from his two physiques was conditional.

First, he needed to activate the Dragon Scales to get a two-times boost in his defenses and strength from the Primordial Sacred Dragon Body.

Second, his Supreme Void Bloodline only gave him the passive ability to use void mana.

This was helpful if he could create a technique that could utilize the void mana.

This mana was extremely powerful. The reason why he couldn’t practice his technique was simply that his body couldn’t handle Void Mana.

So, if he could create a technique, its power would be amplified on top of being able to use void mana in the first place.

His Primordial Sacred Dragon Bloodline was less useful than its physique counterpart.

But it also had one advantage. His dragon blood would be refined automatically, giving him one hundred percent dragon blood all the time.

This meant he could use the dragon blood to constantly temper his body until its effectiveness had reached its peak.

As for the Great Dao of Time and Void Techniques, they were completely useless.

Of course, as inherent techniques at Divine Grade, these would make his cultivation fast.

But if he wanted to use the power of these techniques, he had to reach the Soul Sublimation Realm to practice the first level of these techniques.

The Great Dao of Void Technique was divided into five levels. The first level was known as Spatial Disturbance.

It was further divided into three stages.

Spatial Sensation, Spatial Nodes, and Spatial Jump!

Unfortunately, there wasn’t an introduction about these techniques in his mind. If he wanted to learn more about them, he had to practice them.

Without reaching the Soul Sublimation Realm, that was impossible.

The Great Dao of Time Technique was even more ridiculous, being divided into three levels. The first level was known as All Knowing Time.

It was further divided into three stages.

Watching the Past, Observing the Present, and Seeing the Future.

Just like the three stages of Spatial Disturbance, the three stages of All Knowing Time were also self-explanatory.

Even so, without concrete evidence, he wasn’t sure what kind of abilities they were.

Could they truly allow him to see the future?

And why was the condition for practicing Watching the Past the Soul Sublimation Realm, and for Observing the Present required the Death Rebirth Realm?

But when it came to Spatial Node, that only required the Law Creation Realm, while Spatial Jump required the Nascent Soul Realm.

But Seeing the Future required the Living Tribulation Realm.

Was it because time was more powerful than space?

He felt like that was the answer. Unfortunately, without reaching a certain level, it would be impossible to find out.

Regardless, he could only use those two techniques to condense Void Mana and Time Mana.

But this also meant he had to create a separate vortex of mana.

After all, he now had three inherent techniques.

Suddenly, he felt a dark future in front of him.

These techniques were certainly powerful, and if he was given these abilities in the future, he would’ve been happy to receive them.

But cultivating these techniques in a Lower Realm would be harder than climbing the stairs to Heaven.

The resources of the Lower Realm were limited. He learned this from his teacher a long time ago.

That’s why those who managed to reach the higher level of cultivation would try their best to enter the higher realm.

Even though the strongest person in the Lower Realm would be one of the weakest in the Spirit Realm, they would still enter the Spirit Realm.

Although living like a king in the Lower Realm was certainly a life to live, most cultivators chose to cultivate for immortality.

So, knowing there was a path above them, how could they not try to reach the upper realm?

Even though humans had an upper limit, the ones to truly reach the Spirit Realm and higher would either be human geniuses or other races.

Despite all their desire, some humans could never reach the Spirit Realm.

In the case of Tyler, if he wanted to cultivate these techniques in the Lower Realm, he had to steal most of the resources in the world.

In other words, he wouldn’t just be another thief in the cultivation. He would be the King of Thieves.

Just thinking about it made Tyler laugh in misery.

As a cultivator, he couldn’t escape the fate of being a thief.

But then again, he could also not practice those techniques and just rely on dual cultivation to improve.

That thought did come, but it only lasted a second.

Tyler no longer rejected the dual cultivation, but it didn’t mean he would just stay in this tower and dual cultivate for his entire life.

That wasn’t the path he wanted to walk.

"Red Hog Country, Northern Wind Continent, five continents and three Divine Oceans."

"This world is full of places I want to visit. How can I stay in one place for dual cultivation?"

Tyler took one deep look into his Mana Space. This space had a small portion of primordial chaos energy.

It was saved by Tyler while his body was absorbing it to evolve.

Originally, he shouldn’t be able to do it, but he had practiced swordsmanship, which had further refined his energy control.

So, he was able to pull some of that energy into the Mana Space.

He did this for a reason. Even though he could’ve used it to improve his realm, that’s not where it should be used.

This energy was full of evolutionary abilities.

His goal was simple. He wanted to keep this to evolve the Three Yang Spirit Body.

But after thinking about it, he decided not to do that.

Although he could improve his physique, it had a clear evolution path, and as long as he tried enough, he could find this path.

But he had another thing that couldn’t be evolved easily.

It was his soul.

He planned to use the primordial chaos energy to evolve his soul and give it a secondary mind that was completely under his control.

After his physique, bloodline, and techniques improved, even he realized there were things he wouldn’t be able to accomplish.

Like mastering everything to the same level.

He would have to sacrifice one thing for another. But he realized if he couldn’t do that, why not create something that could do that?

He decided to follow Slime-kun’s idea of having an intelligent spirit inside the body that could evolve with him.

This spirit would help him break down complicated techniques and master them.

If it evolved the way he wanted, it could also help him merge his bloodlines, physiques, and their abilities.

It could also merge the techniques.

This idea could fundamentally break the very understanding of cultivation for most cultivators.

Whether it would succeed or not wasn’t a problem.

He just wanted to use the advantages of a transmigrator to take advantage of his advantages.
