Chapter 33: Chapter 33 Fever
Xiao Ru on the other end of the phone, upon hearing Lin Wan pant and speak in broken sentences, also guessed what was happening.
She said directly, "You slut, the moment you see Doctor Zhang, you just itch uncontrollably."
"No wonder Dr. Xu was angry today, did Doctor Zhang make you feel good or not?"
Zhang Hao felt somewhat ashamed when he heard Xiao Ru say this.
"Good, you have no idea, Doctor Zhang’s thing is especially big, it almost burst me."

Zhang Hao cupped Lin Wan’s delicate waist with both hands and gently lifted her buttocks.
The place where their bodies joined was making smacking sounds.

He felt something soft and damp in his trouser pocket.
When he took it out and looked, Zhang Hao’s eyes widened; it was Lin Wan’s lacy net underwear.
The dampness on the underwear, Zhang Hao knew what it was.
He unfolded it and saw that the underwear resembled lingerie.
Upon seeing the lacy edges, Zhang Hao vividly recalled that day when he passed by the nurse’s station.
He saw Lin Wan bending over, looking for something in the medication room.
She must have been wearing these panties then.
Zhang Hao couldn’t help laughing out loud; she really was a provocative woman—Dr. Xu wasn’t wrong.
He tossed his clothes into the washing machine and washed Lin Wan’s panties in a basin with his hands.
Worried that his parents might see, Zhang Hao had no choice but to take them back to his room to dry in secret.
Planning to bring them to Lin Wan when he went to work the next day.
He just couldn’t understand when this woman had managed to slip her panties into his pocket.
After tidying everything up, Zhang Hao dragged his weary body back to his room.
The next morning, he arrived at the office for a normal day of work and saw Dr. Xu eating breakfast.

Dr. Xu had already reached the door when he suddenly stopped in his tracks upon hearing Zhang Hao’s words.
"What’s the point of saying this to me? Everyone in our department knows that Lin Wan is famously pure and chaste," he said.
"Even though she’s always cracking dirty jokes, no doctor has really succeeded with her, except you, who took the lead and became the first one."
"This is going to spread through the entire department soon. Don’t say I didn’t warn you; you’re going to become the enemy of everyone here."
Zhang Hao remained calm in face of this, not thinking too much about it: "Let’s wait and see."
The morning passed and Zhang Hao saw a few patients with minor injuries, all of whom were easy to treat with simple bandages and then discharge.
In the afternoon, a patient with a serious condition from a car accident arrived.
All the doctors from the surgical outpatient clinic gathered to offer their advice.
Zhang Hao stood out, although he couldn’t be the chief physician,
he was able to collaborate with more experienced surgeons to treat the patient together.
They were busy until late evening before finally finishing up.
When he was ready to go home from work, Zhang Hao approached the nurses’ station.
Seeing that Lin Wan was the only one there, he quickly handed her the bag.
Lin Wan took it and saw her own panties, which she had taken off, inside.
"Why give them back to me? They were a gift for you," Lin Wan said.
"What use do I have for a pair of ladies’ panties? I don’t have a hobby for women’s clothes. Anyway, I washed them for you, take them back and sort it out yourself."
Zhang Hao said this and quickly left the nurses’ station.
Lin Wan also hurriedly hid the bag where no one else could see it.
She, too, was ready to finish work and head home.
While she was packing up her things, Xiao Ru came back carrying a medical tray, gently massaging her shoulders.
"I’m exhausted. There were so many patients at the hospital today."
"If it was busy, then you should rest well tonight. I heard your boyfriend is back, right? You should take full advantage of him tonight," Lin Wan suggested.
Xiao Ru sighed, "What comeback? We broke up. He seamlessly moved on to a new girlfriend on the other side, and I was the one who got dumped."
"Speaking of which, Doctor Zhang, aren’t you two together now?" Xiao Ru, also a gossip enthusiast, inquired.
She had been wanting to ask since she came to the hospital, but didn’t expect to be so busy until now, when she finally had a chance to catch her breath.
Lin Wan smiled and said, "Doctor Zhang and I are just colleagues, don’t overthink it."
"If you want him to help you out with something, I wouldn’t mind sharing the wealth."
Just as she finished speaking, Zhang Hao came out of the office, and Xiao Ru’s gaze towards him was somewhat suggestive.
"Doctor Zhang, do you have any plans for tonight?" she asked.
"Nothing special, why? Is someone celebrating their birthday?" Zhang Hao replied.
Xiao Ru chuckled, lowering her head, while Lin Wan, not holding back, reached out and playfully grabbed and squeezed Xiao Ru’s chest.
Then she said, "What else could it be? Of course, we have to trouble Doctor Zhang to take a look at our Xiao Ru. She’s coming down with a fever."
