Watching Nini walk towards him stark naked, Zhang Hao instinctively wanted to step back.
"Miss, I only treat illnesses, I’m not responsible for meeting your needs."
Nini’s actions were bold, she seemed not to care how others saw her as she walked over to Zhang Hao with a catlike grace.
Her eyes languidly sized him up, feeling his body heat through his pure cotton T-shirt.
"My husband is busy with his career and often not at home; we’ve been married for three years and still don’t have children. Doctor Zhang, can you help me see if there’s a problem with my body?"
Nini grabbed Zhang Hao’s hand and placed it between her legs.
Zhang Hao’s actions were forced, so when his fingertips touched that place, he didn’t feel comfortable at all.
He even took the opportunity to pull his hand back.
"Miss Nini, my eyes are not X-rays, I can’t determine why you don’t have children. I still hope you go to the hospital for a comprehensive check-up."
After speaking, Zhang Hao felt something was still missing. Having already opened the door, he turned back and added, "Also, have your husband get checked as well."
After leaving Nini’s room, Zhang Hao took out his phone and called Gu Yue; if she didn’t come back soon, things would become uncontrollable.

A door closing sound came from behind, startling Zhang Hao.
Gu Yue, driving on the road, saw the call from Zhang Hao.
She immediately pulled over to the side of the road.
"Nini just called me, and now you’re calling. Are you two teaming up to play me?"
Accused by Gu Yue, Zhang Hao didn’t dare to say much for a moment and simply hinted for her to hurry back from grocery shopping.
It would be easier to eat out; cooking at home is tiring with all the pot scrubbing and dishwashing involved. It’s more convenient to eat out.
With that word from Zhang Hao, Gu Yue decided not to bother with groceries.
"Alright, I’ll head back now. Wait for me, I should be there in about twenty minutes."
After hanging up the phone, Gu Yue felt the call was somewhat strange.
Nini had just asked when she would return.
Chances are Zhang Hao was listening on the side, but it had only been a few minutes since then, and now Zhang Hao had called again. The more she thought about it, the more it didn’t sit right with her.
Gu Yue took a shortcut, managing to shorten the twenty-minute drive to just about ten minutes.
When she rushed back, she saw Zhang Hao sitting in the living room on the sofa, his back straight as a rod, hands cradling a cup of hot tea.
Seeing his expression and movements not quite at ease, she couldn’t help but ask,
"What’s wrong with you? Got cursed, or were you playing some sort of ’freeze’ game?"
Zhang Hao looked up at Gu Yue and said in a suppressed voice,
"Let’s go back now. Your friend’s mother-in-law’s situation isn’t as serious as imagined. I’ve left a prescription for her."
"As long as she follows the prescription I’ve written, there should be a significant improvement within half a month."
Nini stood at the top of the stairs, wearing that pearl-white nightgown, casually crossing her arms in front of her chest.
"Yueyue, make sure to thank Doctor Zhang properly for me. We’ll have dinner together once my husband returns."
Gu Yue nodded repeatedly while Zhang Hao grabbed his medical kit and headed outside without looking back.
This behavior seemed a bit odd to Gu Yue.
In her memory, Zhang Hao was not someone so impolite.
Once outside, Gu Yue caught up with him and said, "What’s wrong with you? I only went out to shop for some groceries, and it’s like you’ve become a different person?"
Zhang Hao turned to glance at the villa and said, "I’ll explain on the road, let’s go."
Once in the car, Gu Yue continued to murmur: I thought my friend was such a good person, she wouldn’t bully you.
She’s not a tiger or anything, what are you afraid of?
Zhang Hao buckled his seatbelt, and with the back of his hand, he wiped his forehead, even though there was no sweat.
He just felt he needed this action to express his nervousness and unease.
It wasn’t until they were on the road that Zhang Hao revealed the truth.
As soon as Gu Yue slammed on the brakes, both of them lurched forward due to inertia.
"What? Nini said she wanted you to help her satisfy her needs, and you did?"
Zhang Hao glanced sideways, "Am I that quick to act? Besides, she’s your friend."
"If I really touched a hair on her, not only would I potentially have trouble with her husband, but you’d probably beat me up first."
Gu Yue chuckled lightly, "It’s not that serious. But I’m surprised she was so bold, with her mother-in-law just next door."
"If they were caught, divorce would be the least of their worries. It’s good that you weren’t tempted by a woman."
Zhang Hao let out a long sigh, "Though I wasn’t tempted by her charms, my mood has been affected. I need to find someone to properly sort me out."
Upon hearing this, Gu Yue’s eyes immediately lit up.
With a cough to compose herself, she said, "The person who can satisfy your needs is far away in the sky, but also right before your eyes, how about me?"
Zhang Hao feigned dissatisfaction and waved his hand, "No, you’re not good enough for me."
Gu Yue scoffed and pressed down on the gas pedal, driving straight to the hotel where she was staying.
The room hadn’t been checked out yet, and hotel housekeeping had already cleaned everything up neatly.
As soon as she entered, Gu Yue drew the curtains shut.
"Hurry, go take a shower, you’re all sweaty."
Zhang Hao began to strip off his clothes while watching Gu Yue.
As she turned around, he quickly embraced her in his arms.
"It’s so boring to shower alone, let’s do it together."
Gu Yue immediately tensed up, but soon got comfortable.
She pounded lightly on Zhang Hao’s chest with her small fists, "You’re so naughty, but I do want to know what it feels like in the bathtub."
There was a large mirror in the bathroom, and Gu Yue paused in front of it as she passed by.
She admired her beautiful body.
Perhaps because she had been moistened by Zhang Hao these past few days, she felt that her body had undergone some subtle changes.
This change was something only she could feel.
Zhang Hao filled the bathtub with water, watching the water level rise bit by bit, then called Gu Yue over.
"Come take a bath."
Gu Yue twirled in front of the mirror and pinched her own buttocks.
"Zhang Hao, do you think my butt is round enough, or should I work out more in the gym?"
Zhang Hao glanced over and said, "It’s round enough, come here."
At Zhang Hao’s command, Gu Yue stepped into the bathtub.
The double bathtub was spacious enough that once inside, she sat right onto Zhang Hao’s lap.
"What do you think our relationship is now, lovers or just regular bed partners?"
Zhang Hao lowered his head, kissing up and down Gu Yue’s neck.
"Whatever you say it is."
"Then let’s call it regular bed partners. After all, I know too many women are interested in you."
"I don’t want to be a flyswatter, keeping all those buzzing flies away from you."
"But you have to promise me one thing, as long as I have these needs, you must satisfy me before I get married and have a family."
Before she finished speaking, Zhang Hao reached out and forcefully parted Gu Yue’s legs.
The splashing water landed on them both, feeling warm.
