Gu Yue replied with ease, "You were right, he did lay hands on me, but I didn’t let him bully me, so don’t worry."

Zhang Hao didn’t blame her, "No news is good news. How should I thank you?"
Over the phone, Gu Yue couldn’t help but laugh.
"If you want to thank me, you’ll need to put in some effort, think it over yourself, and come to me once you’ve figured it out."
When it was time to leave work, Zhang Hao didn’t linger a minute longer in the hospital.
Even though Lin Wan had hoped he would leave later,
Zhang Hao frankly said he had more important matters to attend to and had to hurry back.

"Turn off the main light. I want you to serve me well tonight."
At her commanding words of service, Zhang Hao knew he would not get any sleep that night without a few hours of exertion first.
Just as they were about to begin, Gu Xing suddenly called.
She was inquiring about her sister’s whereabouts. Their parents were away on a trip, leaving her alone at home.
Being alone in the house inevitably made her feel somewhat scared, so she wanted to know where her sister was at that moment.
However, Gu Yue simply said she was out having some fun.
Gu Xing let out a surprised shriek over the phone.
