Chapter 25: Chapter 25: The White Shadow’s Pact

Kellar remained locked in a defensive stance, every muscle coiled. The snow-white kitten stepped forward, ignoring Mila as its glowing eyes locked back onto Kellar’s groin. It stretched its neck, extending a rough, pink tongue toward his semi-erect shaft.

"Whoa, back off" said Kellar.

Having a creature capable of gouging solid earth with a flick of its paw anywhere near his vitals was a hazard he wasn’t willing to risk.

The kitten’s ears flattened in clear frustration. In a blur of motion that bypassed Kellar’s perception, it vanished from the grass and reappeared on his bare shoulder. It was light as a feather, but its lethal speed made Kellar’s blood run cold. One swipe to his jugular, and it would be over.

[The Shadowless White Cat wishes to initiate a Master-Slave Familiar Pact with the Host.]

[Accept / Deny]

Kellar’s eyebrows shot up. Without a second thought, he mentally slammed the accept option.

A sharp spike of white light flashed between Kellar’s forehead and the kitten’s eyes, forging an neural link. Suddenly, a strange, high-pitched echo resonated inside his cranium. It didn’t sound human; it carried the raw chirping of an exotic animal cub.

"Master... food... hungry..." said the familiar.

Kellar grimaced, his jaw tightening at the bizarre sensation of a second consciousness in his brain. He communicated back using his thoughts, asking what it ate.

The kitten slithered down his chest, landing near his thighs. It nudged its soft nose against his scrotum, opening its jaws to lick the base of his shaft. Kellar caught it by the scruff of its neck, pulling it back.

"Hey! Stop right there. You are not eating my balls, you little psycho" said Kellar.

The creature paused, its large eyes blinking as the neural link translated the command.

"No... not meat inside... want the essence..." said the familiar.

[Well, well, Master. You are so lucky. A Shadowless White Cat is an unique classification of magical beast,] said the system.

"Why the hell does it want to consume my groin?" said Kellar.

[It doesn’t want your meat, Master. It wants your semen. The Shadowless lineage is unique—they possess no males. Every single offspring is born female. To sustain their evolutionary development and eventually reproduce, they must consume vast quantities of high-grade seed. The more potent the biological source, the faster they mature,] said the system.

"Why choose me? There are high-tier predators out in the deep woods" said Kellar.

[Simple Master. Her instincts can perceive the latent potential of your system-enhanced lineage. She wants her future offspring to inherit those traits. Don’t worry, she is still just a cub. You can’t fuck her anyway; she can only drink it like standard milk for now,] said the system.

"Hey! Who said anything about fucking a cat? I’m an engineer, not a zoophile" said Kellar.

[You won’t be saying that once she completes her evolutionary development cycle,] said the system.

"What the hell does that mean? Hey! Explain that!" said Kellar.

But the system hologram dissolved into thin air, leaving the prompt unanswered. The physical white kitten remained on his lap, letting out a soft, demanding purr as it pawed at his thigh, waiting for its master to provide the breakfast it had been promised.

Kellar thought for a moment about whether he should pleasure himself to feed the cat, but he had just come inside Mila and it would take some time to recover. Besides, the sun was already coming up and they couldn’t keep wasting time in the freezing woods.

"I’ll give you more later," said Kellar.

The kitten nodded but resigned itself, climbing up his chest until it sat on his shoulder.

Mila, who had witnessed everything from the ground, didn’t know what to say. Everything had happened far too fast. It seemed like the animal wanted to be with her man and lick his cock; she had never left the village before and had never heard of a beast doing anything like that, so she simply accepted it as something normal for Kellar. She tried to reach out her hand to stroke the feline, but the cat bared its teeth at her.

"Bitch... Slut... You smell like the essence of my master" said the familiar.

The strange voice resonated inside Kellar’s mind, and he couldn’t help but let out a little chuckle. He understood what the animal meant. He had just acquired a jealous pet that didn’t want any other women getting close to him. He knew it would be a headache in the future, but there was nothing he could do about it now.

"She’s a bit temperamental," said Kellar to Mila, before looking at the feline. "Don’t attack her. She is important to me."

With reluctance, the cat turned its head away with disdain, but it didn’t try anything else. Kellar’s commands were absolute for her.

Kellar sighed, looking around the quiet clearing as the morning light began to filter through the trees.

"We need to head back, but we haven’t hunted a single thing," said Kellar.

He couldn’t help but curse under his breath, his jaw tightening at the thought of returning to the village empty-handed. On his shoulder, the little white cat looked at him with an intrigued expression, tilting its head.

"What makes you angry, Master?" said the familiar.

"I need to kill a beast to bring back to the tribe," said Kellar.

The kitten blinked its glowing eyes, letting out a soft, knowing purr.

"Wait a moment" said the familiar.

Kellar was taken aback. The kitten’s words were starting to sound much more natural and precise, flowing just like a normal person speaking inside his head. Before he could process the change, the familiar holographic voice of the system rang out right behind it.

[Check your stats and you will understand why,] said the system.

Kellar quickly opened his interface, his eyes widening as the digital display projected his updated status. He stood frozen, his heart hammering against his ribs as he stared at the unbelievable numbers flashing before him.

"This isn’t possible, is it?" said Kellar.

[The stats are 100% real,] said the system.
