Chapter 192: Let me Look at You!

For a prophet, a Singularity was a blind spot in the world’s design, someone the heavens could not predict, nor control.

Such beings were outside the calculation of even someone like Mireya, who could see the future.

Of course, it didn’t mean she would be helpless against such a hunter or anything. Her other skill would still work normally, even against them.

It just meant that those beings could ruin the calculation of her only SSS-rank skill: Great Revelation.

’Soren Kingswell...I don’t think I remembered seeing such a figure in my vision.’

Mireya bit her lips and thought.

She could understand Evan Alarion being a singularity since he was a heaven-chosen. But what about the other guy?

To be honest, Mireya felt as if he had popped out of nowhere.

’Sigh...forget it. I will know who he is once I use my skill, Chrono Snare. He should be here anytime now.’

Mireya thought, her cheek getting a bit red.

Remembering the love letter she sent to Soren just now, she felt like dying in shame. She never had a crush in her life, and now she has just sent a love letter to a random man?

Not to mention, she was shamelessly asking to become Soren’s harem candidate.

But what could she do?

This was the method she got from using her own skill.

Basically, her skill told her that this was the safest method that she could use to use her skill, Chrono Snare, on Soren.

Any other way, and she would risk being an enemy of Soren and even losing her life.

"Well...as long as I use my skill on him and know his identity, he will forget this event anyway."

Mireya forced herself to calm down.

She used this skill to know Evan was a heaven-chosen years back, didn’t she?

She should have no issue knowing Soren’s identity this time, too. That’s why she used the D-rank item to nullify any trace of that love letter.

She didn’t want anyone to find that content ever.

"Hm?"

Just as she was thinking, suddenly she heard light footsteps echoing through the corridor, heading towards her.

"He is finally here...!"

In an instant, Mireya’s expression shifted from solemn to slightly nervous as her gaze landed on a tall, handsome figure walking toward her.

For a moment, she felt a heavy aura spill from him, an irresistible charm that instinctively made others want to obey, swallowing her in an instant.

"..."

"..."

"So? You want to join my harem?"

Soren looked at the tall, slim girl before him and asked, his gaze lowering on her.

Now that he saw Mireya Solhart up close, he found that she was quite a looker.

With her long silver hair falling neatly over her shoulders, her calm violet eyes gazing up at him, and her lips slightly parted, she carried a quiet, striking beauty that made it hard to look away.

Not to mention this feeling of unique disposition and aura he felt the moment he came close.

"Hm... long legs, thick thighs, and huge bust...you are not bad."

Soren didn’t care to wait for her reply, though. Rather, he leaned a bit closer to Mireya and gave his comment.

His eyes focused on her figure as if he were assessing goods.

"It seems your breast is a bit on the smaller side, but your butt will compensate for it."

He spoke again, slowly circling around, with a faint smirk on his lips.

"W-What? What are you doing?"

Mireya was, of course, totally unnerved by his behaviour and abruptly turned around, glaring angrily.

What was he doing?

Did he just comment on her body? Was he assessing her just now blatantly with no shame?

’This pervert... no wonder my skill wants me to use this method. This guy is too lustful.’

For the first time in her life, Mireya felt uncomfortable under a male’s gaze. Especially when she could feel Soren’s gaze was anything but good.

He was openly looking at places that nobody ever dared to gaze at and even giving comments.

"Hm? What do you mean? Didn’t you say you love me and want to be my harem?"

Soren didn’t care about her anger, though. Rather, he acted rogue and spoke,

"Girl... you said you like me and want to join my harem, didn’t you? So, I am giving you a chance here. Or do you think anyone can just come and join randomly?"

He raised an eyebrow as if offended,

"Do you think I am such a shallow person?"

Soren had already confirmed that Mireya wasn’t in love with him or anything. Although he already knew this beforehand, he was a bit surprised that she wasn’t even trying to act right now.

In fact, he could feel a faint hostility from her the moment he came near, although he still didn’t know why that was so.

’I don’t think I have done anythign to her. The only time I even saw her was when Darius was proposing that E-rank Dungeon challenge in the classroom.’

The more Soren thought about it, the more puzzled he became, all the while keeping his guard up.

Now he was clear that Mireya’s motive was just to summon him here. Just...he couldn’t understand the point of such an absurd letter.

If she just wanted to meet, she could directly ask. He was about to meet her by himself anyway.

"Tsk... so, rumours are true. You are indeed a Playboy."

Mireya seemed irked by Soren’s remark and spoke annoyingly.

"Now I kind of regret sending you that fake letter. Maybe I shouldn’t have cared about offending you in the first place."

She mumbled, making Soren raise an eyebrow.

She really didn’t even care to hide it. This made him even more confused and alert, as his aura slowly seeped out as if warning her.

"What do you mean?"

"Hehe... are you surprised? Did you really think that a girl would fall for you and ask you to take her into your harem? Tch... so narcissistic."

Mireya seemed to be happy with his reaction as she faintly chuckled, before mumbling again,

"You don’t have to worry, though. Although I don’t like your behaviour, we aren’t enemies yet. So... let me just look at you for a while, okay?"

After saying that, she gave a sheepish smile to Soren, completely devoid of emotion.

"..."

For a moment, Soren looked at her a bit confused, as this was the first time he couldn’t make head or tail of the situation he was in.

’Look at me? What did she mean? Isn’t she looking at me already?’

Just as the confusion lingered longer, Soren suddenly felt his vision going dark all of a sudden, followed by an abrupt system announcement out of nowhere.
