Chapter 1031: Chapter 1031: Don’t Think You Can Cover the Sky with One Hand in M Nation

Caspian Parker placed the coffee cup in his hand on the table, creating a crisp sound. "In Country Z, you might have the power to control everything, but your influence doesn’t reach M Nation. Young man, it’s better not to be too arrogant."

Caspian was reminding Mason Nightshade to keep a low profile on his turf.

Mason continued peeling shrimp leisurely, raising an eyebrow at the words, "So what?"

Caspian curved his lips into a gentle smile, but it only felt cold, "Mason Nightshade, don’t think you can dominate M Nation as you do in Country Z. The waters here are deeper than you imagine and not something you can handle.

It would be wise to keep a low profile in M Nation; otherwise, if anything happens, I definitely won’t let Aurelia get involved."

Mason nonchalantly raised a smile, placing the freshly peeled shrimp into a bowl, "Thanks for the concern, cousin."

Caspian’s gentle face suddenly changed, "You..."

Just as he was about to say something, Aurelia Shaw pushed the door open and entered.

Aurelia glanced at the tension in the room, then at Caspian and Mason, and asked in confusion, "What are you talking about?"

Caspian was the first to smile, "Oh, nothing much, just chatting. The dishes are served, let’s eat first."

"Alright."

As soon as Aurelia sat down, Mason placed a bowl of peeled shrimp in front of her.

Aurelia seemed used to this routine.

Caspian, however, narrowed his eyes, glancing at the bowl of shrimp, then at Mason. Had he been peeling shrimp all along, just for Aurelia?

...

After finishing the meal, Caspian spoke before Mason could, "I’ll take you back first."

"Brother, aren’t you going to the studio to practice today?" Aurelia asked in confusion.

Caspian glanced at Mason, thinking: With a wolf eyeing my delicate and weak sister, how can I be in the mood for work?

He still maintained a gentle expression, shaking his head, "No need to go to the studio today..."

"Ha!" Caspian hadn’t finished speaking when a cool voice interrupted.

Mason snorted with a laugh, "If you don’t play the piano well, how can you do justice to those who listen to your music?"

Caspian’s expression turned slightly serious, "Whether I do justice to them or not is for others to judge, not for someone like you, who doesn’t understand music, to say."

"Who says I don’t understand music?" Mason suddenly raised his eyebrow.

Doubt flashed in Caspian’s eyes.

Mason suddenly stood up, looked around, and walked towards a decorative piano in the corner of the dining room.

Aurelia watched Mason. From her impression, Mason was almost omnipotent, there was nothing he couldn’t do.

But playing the piano...

She truly hadn’t heard him play before.

Could Mason play the piano?

Mason sat down at the piano, maintaining his defiant demeanor. Even with his hand casually placed on the piano keys, his long and well-defined fingers appeared pale under the light, with crystalline fingertips dancing on the black and white keys.

He barely glanced at the keys, his eyes lazily half-closed, and the music he played lacked rhythm or pattern, yet it left people in awe.

In the living room, all eyes were instantly drawn to him.

Aurelia felt slightly surprised; she truly didn’t expect Mason to play the piano.

Looking at Caspian’s expression, it was indeed somber and severe.

Because Mason played with no rhythm, it could be said he was just randomly hitting the keys, but still, there was a foundation of piano skills underlying his randomness.

For the ever-traditional Caspian, this was undoubtedly an unbearable torment.
