Chapter 88: Chapter 87: War Arch: Pre-War II
Rein wasn’t expecting this to happen. He looked as everyone looked up to him.
"Are you guys sure about this"
All of them nodded.
"This could be at the expense of your test, I’m not capable, yet asking me to lead every single person isn’t that too rash"
"No, Party leader, we are just putting our trust in you, you said it right, we should utilize the party for our growth"
"Still..."
Jon spoke, "I’ve seen you evolve Rein, and I am confident you still have more to show us. The war that lies ahead of us is a big one, most of us it’s probably our first war plus even though we were appointed very strong individuals by the academy we see still doing the whole war thing ourselves plus we’ve got enemies within the Academy to look out for, but I know that you will lead us well"
"Well Jon said it all" Zolin smirked
"Creepy" Rein murmured,
An army of 4460 including the other 10 guild members and 11 individuals assigned by the academy.
Rein took a deep breath and tightened his fist.
’I can do this’
Jon smiled as he looked at him.
Each of them was to leave the Academy immediately and find the best camping area. The academy did not instruct them on how to exactly win the best the Academy could do was to assign them those individuals they had never met, though rumours say they’re from the union.
Rein headed to his master’s office before he departed.
"Hmm... I trust that you will do well"
Hlofgar talked after a while that Rein had said, he was leaving. He stood up and faced his window as usual.
"Remember, all I have taught you, nothing beats the basic, power is not gotten in whole, I told you it’s like mounting bricks upon bricks. So even within your soldiers do not force them to respect you, they automatically will when they see your patience, perseverance, skills as a leader. I trust that you will do well Reinard."
It was the first time He pronounced Rein’s name in full. For some reason, Rein’s heart felt heavy. He had been with Holfgar long enough to get attached to him.
He bowed 90 degrees and was about to take his leave when Holfgar stopped him.
"Take the bag."
Rein looked towards where the hand pointed he carried the backpack and left.
’Ahhh... the backpack the elf gave me.... I forgot. I should check it when I reach my quarters’
Everywhere in the academy was bustling, students were going there and here, sorting things out before leaving.
Rein finally began to sort his stuff.
’It’s gonna be a long journey... I’ve never been to war, I barely know what to carry along with me.’
He untied the bag he received from Holfgar.

’...another item they don’t know about... but if the system does not know how will I know..come to think of it, they were like this when that lady touched me...Ahh whatever I don’t know.... but there is one I do know for sure
’This one is an egg...but whatever animal or beast is inside I have no idea’
Rein brought out a long item wrapped with a cloth.
"A sword?..."
Rein removed the clothing and unsheathed the sword. The scabbard was a brown bamboo but the blade itself was very straight and transparent but the weird thing was Rein looked into the sword but could not see his reflection.
The bag he had received from his first master, contained much more wonderful stuff, it did leave Rein a bit concerned that he could not determine their grades and see information about them.
He packed and wore his war uniform, unlike their normal Academy uniform the war uniform was way beautiful, it was a bright grey and black camo designed uniform with a short coat, black boots and black belts, with black caps which were not compulsory. He used the bamboo sword instead of the white dragon who was too flashy.
And headed outside.
