Chapter 265: Bahamut’s Palace: The North Sea
The battle intensified as time passed, darkness was beginning to cover the sky and Forgan empire’s troops were reducing ruthlessly and were being pushed back. Even the moon empire had a lot of loss too. But compared to Forgan empire who lost even their generals, the Moon Empire had not lost even one soldier. However the battle was nearing its first ends as the Forgan empire soldiers began to move back.
Meanwhile in the city’s lord Castle.
"Rai...its your time" Edgerton Phillies, Rai’s father and one of the strongest Duke in Forgan empire said.
Rai bowed his head, "I’ll definitely fulfill my duty" he said and walked out, Reed met him on the way.
"So how is it going to be, we would be fighting with our comrades from the academy..." he said.
"What is there to think about...we eliminate everyone in our path" Rai answered.
"Indeed but I also do not plan on dying, retreat is not a disgrace for me" Reed said.
Both of them walked forward to the city gate, where over five hundred thousand soldiers stood, awaiting the enemy to breach the gate. Every land, every space was occupied by soldiers.
"Lord Jon, shall we retreat?" General Roland asked.
"No...we would end this tonight before day break...breach the gates!" Jon shouted.
Immediately General Roland also projected running forward, "breach the gate!!"
Jon’s squad prepared a earth magic and began to bombard the walls with boulders and pillars whilst the rest of soldiers(outside the gate) slowly began to surrender.
At the Temple of Rexia, imperial Knight along with the temple’s paladin stood guard which made it obvious that the Emperor is inside the Temple.

The door opened and someone entered into the altar Hall where the Emperor was sitting.
"I wish to be left alone, have I not made that clear?" The Emperor said.
But there was no response, instead the person walked closer amidst the darkness and the illumination at the front of the hall fell on his face to reveal his red hair.
"Nezahualphilli" the Emperor said.
Neza raised his hand in the air, a blood clots formed and expanded to a shirt Crimson blade.
"Are you crazy?" The Emperor asked him, without batting an eye.

As Neza stabbed with the blade the Emperor’s sharp aura rose and blocked the blade, the aura was a manifestation of malevolence which gave it the ability to be able to cut deep and prevent healing.
Neza jumped back and looked at his hand which had been cut by the aura. Instead of his normal red coloured blood, a black substance was what was coming out.
"This must be the rumoured Aura of Malovolence, said to be able to corruption anything in its path" Neza said.
The Emperor did not reply instead stood angrily has his red aura covered him and rose in agitation.
"But you have made a mistake", Neza said

A sword came out from the Emperor’s belly. His aggressive aura immediately died out.
The person behind slowly walked to the front as the Emperor held his stomach in unbelieve.
"H...ow?"
"Oh, that’s a cursed sword, don’t you know, as an half demon I have the ability to Curse, objects or persons...your aura has been killed, the sword is tainted with poison, I’m sure you would die from that" Eztli said as he walked over to Neza’s side.
Neza moved closer to the Emperor, several Crimson blades formed in the air.
"...we also have the same plan for the crown prince and everyone who plans to get in our way, we would definitely win this war and claim the empire for ourselves. And you shouldn’t be so surprised, afterall you were ready to use and dispose of us any time...you think I was a full? If you really wanted me to be your pawn, then sending me to the academy was a big mistake you made."
The Emperor smiled subtly, "it w...asn’t a mis...ta...ke" he said slowly and fell.
Neza gritted his teeth.
"We’ve come this far, don’t do that" Eztli said.
"I know, but how can you stand there so emotionless, he’s our father"
"...he abandoned me, years ago...as I was the son of a mere concubine, I was no good to him. He is not my father!" Eztli said and walked out of the hall.

Rein was awed at the structures of every building as the transparent elevator drove them to the top of the citadel. He came out alongside Raziel and the rest of his crew.
Raziel pointed to the high mountain covered in clouds.
"Bahamut’s Palace is in the summit of that mountain" he said.
Rein was grateful, his eyes lit up.
"Finally!" He said.
Theo immediately jumped out of the citadel and transformed into a dragon, so did Azes. Ariel and Rein climbed both.
"I’ll repay the help! For sure!!" Rein said happily as he flew towards the high mountain.
"How weird, I thought he was definitely going to procure your wrathe" Pisitis Sophia said, appearing in her dark form.
"I am not hotblooded, and compared to you I can see every being for who they are" Raziel said and went inside the transparent elevator, Pisitis Sophia followed.
"So you like him and don’t mind if he takes the Palace?"
"What good is the Palace doing me by staying there, and I know the only reason why you are like this is because you want something from there...what will you do if he recognises the worth and decides not to give you"
"Well, I’ll just scare him a little" She said.
"Are you sure...even though Kuthuya is a demigod, he’s a persistent one"
"Tchii, don’t remind me of that dumb headed boy" she said and disappeared.
Raziel smiled, "I am sure you will definitely be happy again, even I have lost count of how long your have had a master, now that you have one, you will be able to venture into the world again.." he said.
Theo and Azes flew high into the clouds, and finally reached the height of the mountain, Rein could not wipe the expression he had off his face as his gaze fell on Bahamut’s Palace.
"Woooowww" Ariel said not even knowing she had said, as her eyes were fixated on the massive Palace.
Bahamut’s legendary Palace was a palace made of crystal, the palace was a wondrous, glittering fortress with windows made from gems set in silver and gold, walls with inlaid platinum on the outside and the Palace itself reflected the an eternal light like a beacon on the horizon.
Rein landed on the floor of the Palace, made of beaten mithral. As he landed in front of the Palace, the front was like a wide veranda with a large green crystal in the middle of it, the floors were colourful and glittering. Rein walked forward and past the crystal. He suddenly stopped and stared at the crystal.
He placed his hand on the crystal.

[PROCEED TO THE THRONE ROOM]
The large platinum coating of whitish grey colour began to open and an enormous smoke seeped out from within the Palace.
Rein gulped.
"Are you ready?" Ariel smiled at him.
"Definitely, I am so happy. I can feel myself making progress with this" he said.

A single footstep approached from inside.
Rein gulped as the large tall winged dragonoid revealed himself.
Kuyutha was a large, winged dragonborn and compared to Katherine and the others look, Kuthuya was different, he clearly looked like a human but had a thicker skin and scales of a platinum dragon. His large wings spread widely behind his back and was grey. He was taller than usual and his eye colour was as that of a flame. His hair was black and long and he was cladded in a black heavy armour like every other paladin Rein met before now. He moved closer to Rein and looked down to Rein as he was way taller(13ft).
’I guess this is what to do in times like this’

Kuthuya immediately fell to his knee,
’No doubt, even though its way weaker than Lord Bahamut’s I can feel the same authority, plus...this undeniable resemblance to when Lord Bahamut took on a youthful appearance. I have no doubt, he is Master Bahamut’s son...then he is the heir?!’ Kuthuya couldn’t stop thinking.
"I greet my new lord" he said and looked at Rein who had a very good expression on his face. Kuthuya could tell Rein was way very happy.
’I wonder, if he knows that he is Lord Bahamut’s son...’ Kuthuya wandered.
"You are?" Rein asked.
"I am Kuthuya, a dragonborn demigod. Lord Bahamut’s first exarch and an ambassador of Lord Bahamut to the dragonborn race. I exist to protect them dragonborns, punish any evil dragonborns and to seek out any dragonborn worthy to be trained by me!" He said.
’So the dragonborn race are actually alive...’ Rein said in his head.
"Can you lead me to the throne room?" He said.
"Of course" Kuthuya replied with a proud smile on his face.
