**Origin Timeline May 2009 Junior Year**

In the United States, there is no other event in high school quite like Prom. Big expensive dresses, expensive DJs or live bands, Tuxedos, fancy venue, and food, it’s a pretty big deal, and a ticket to the Prom alone will set you back around 125 dollars.

One hundred dollars for a tuxedo, 125 for the ticket, and another 75 for a limo; coming from a family struggling financially, it was a massive leap to afford such things, especially on short notice, but after talking it over with my Dad, who ended up working overtime and combining money with me, we were able to pull it off.

Standing in the dining room, Brenden took a picture of me in my tux and our Dad, who was proud and happy that I was doing something "normal" for a change. Once the Limo honked outside our house, he rushed me to the door before shoving a corsage *flower* into my hands to give to Sadie.

"Now, remember to have fun. Don’t worry about coming home late; just give this number a call," Dad said as he stuffed a card and a wad of cash into my hands, much to my surprise.

"It’s for a hotel; I don’t think I need to explain things to you, right?" He said with a cheesy smile.

"Jesus, Dad, I get it, I get it…" I complained while feeling awkward. I knew nothing like that was going to happen between Sadie and me, as we were only going together as friends, not a couple, but still, the fact that Dad went out of his way to earn some extra money so that I could have the full "Prom Experience" was beyond my expectations.

It was no secret in our family that we were struggling financially, especially since my father was basically out of work due to the recession and was picking up any job he could find to make ends meet.

Yet, at the time, I was too embarrassed by his words and excited about going to Prom to notice the fatigue and dark rings around his eyes.

Looking back, I understand now how many sacrifices he must have made to give me this experience, especially since I hadn’t been able to go on any of the big school trips, which made everything that happened that night that much more painful.

Hurrying out to the Limo, I told the Driver Sadie’s address, which I had gotten from her ahead of time, and we were off.

It was a roughly 20-minute drive to Winter Park, one of the upscale residential areas in my city. Where Sadie lived, and when we pulled up to her house, I got a feeling that I couldn’t quite put to words, one I have long since accepted as my sixth sense for trouble since it had saved my life more times than I can count.

But back then, I just thought it to be nervousness.

Upon pulling up, the first indication that something was wrong was the fact that Sadie wasn’t alone; no, there were six other people with her, other couples that I recognized as the "popular" kids from our grade.

But since none of them were generally people who bothered me much, I didn’t pay it much mind, especially since there was plenty of room in the Limo for everyone.

If anything, I remember thinking to myself, at least Paul and his goon squad weren’t trying to tag along.

When the Limo stopped, and the driver opened the door, I got out feeling like a million bucks and instantly greeted everyone with open arms.

"Hey guys, good thing we booked a large limo, right? Haha, Sadie didn’t tell me we’d have so many people joining us." Trying my best not to sound totally uncomfortable or awkward, I played it off as if it were no big deal. When Sadie ran over to me wearing a stunning green dress, which I thought complimented her eyes, I smiled and offered her the corsage my Dad had given me.

"OH GREAT! You got me one; I was hoping you didn’t forget," She said cheerfully while offering her hand to me so that I could put it on for her.

"I would never," I said, matching her excitement, unknowingly ignoring the looks of criticism and disgust coming from her entourage.

Hell, the only reason I know about them now is that I ended up bumping into one of the girls many years later, after the descent of Arkadia, and, well, stealing all of her memories, but I digress.

At the time, I was in the clouds, but everything took a turn for the worst 15 minutes into the limo ride.

Being a bit neurotic even back then, I had already memorized the entire route that the Limo would be taking, and as such, knew it was approximately 32 minutes from Sadie’s house to the hotel venue in downtown Orlando.

But the moment we got off the highway earlier than expected, I knew something was up.

Unfortunately, Sadie noticed my reaction to the detour and did something I hadn’t expected in a million years: she placed her hand on my thigh and started running it up my leg until it was resting in between them.

Mind you, me, at 17, was a total virgin, so of course, my rational mind shut down and was focusing solely on the developments goin on between my legs.

With a single glance around, I noticed everyone in the car was getting frisky with their date, either making out or feeling each other up, so I quickly decided to go with the flow.

I was suddenly hyper-aware of Sadie, from her scent to the sparkling glitter on the surface of her breasts. When she leaned over, I wholly expected her to go in for a kiss…however, her lips never touched mine or even my cheek, and instead, she whispered into my ear.

"I’m sure you don’t mind, but we have a couple of extra people to pick up; it’s no biggie, right?" She said in a breathy voice as I felt her hand snaking around my groin.

Unable to answer verbally, I mimicked everyone else in the Limo and…well, lifted my hand to her breast and copped a feel of my own, which caused Sadie to smile and take my action as acceptance.
