"Sir…are you sure that is where you wish to have your family go…isn’t it a bit…dark?" The driver asked, clearly not wanting to drive in that direction, but since it was his job, he knew that if the customer wished it, he would have to oblige.

"I assure you, that is where we wish to go. Do not worry about the town’s history; that was the past. We have all seen the trials, so there is nothing to fear; this is merely a town with a sad backstory." Tapping the driver on the shoulder a few times to calm him down, I had to admit I was impressed by Vincent’s acting skills, as he assumed the role of a fellow German descendant.

---

About 15 minutes after that conversation, we were about to pass a large sign with the town’s name printed in both German and English in bold text, so I had Vincent tell the driver to pull over for a moment so we could take in the view of the town.

’Holy shit….Xipher, isn’t it a little messed up to unleash a serial killer here.’ Even Renni was concerned when she saw the name of the town, as most people had heard of it.

’What better place to have a killer doctor on the loose…than in the very place that tens of thousands of people were killed during experiments during World War 2.’

’Although there isn’t an EXACT figure for how many were killed, or how exactly they died, the estimated number ranges from 28,000 to 41,500.’ Spitting out facts, I sent word to Vincent to make the driver take us to a decent hotel, and soon we were back on the road.

’Dachau, Bavaria, Population 36,802, the site of one of the many concentration camps created by Nazi-occupied Germany, what better a place could I find to unleash a serial killer onto the world.’ Wearing a smirk, the irony of what I was doing wasn’t lost on me.

’Think of it, Xilia, it’s quite poetic, don’t you think?’ I asked while looking over at her again.

’Poetic how?’ the little girl replied with a look of clear confusion on her small face.

’You do know what type of Victimololgy Harlow Sheffield used, right?’

’Um, Xipher, what the hell is Victimology….’ Blinking twice, Renni stared at me like a lost puppy, making me sigh heavily.

’Victimology is a term that loosely means the type of people the killer victimizes; in this case, what type of people Harlow Kills, do you know?’

A few seconds ticked by as Renni cycled her thoughts before blurting out…

’Hm….holy shit….that’s sooo EVIL! The Doctor who kills old people will continue killing old people.’ Suddenly, realization dawned on Renni as her eyes widened in surprise and awe at what I had planned.

’Hehe, and what type of old people would live in 1997 Germany, Xilia?’ By this point, my voice had raised an octave as I was getting a little excited at what I had realized and shared with her.

’FORMER NAZI’S HAHAHA, THE ONES WHO ESCAPED FREE OF CHARGES HOLY SHIT XIPHER!’ Practically vibrating in her seat, Renni bounced up and down like an over-excited child.

’Exactly, like I said, isn’t it poetic, the one viewed as evil, killing another brand of Evil? I can hardly contain my laughter; it’s a little too perfect.’

’So what does that make him, Xipher? Is he going to be considered a good guy for killing Nazis?’ Tilting her head to the side, Renni asked.

’Not sure; I mean, killing isn’t good or evil in my mind, more like a natural progression of the Human race, but if one Evil kills another, is that enough to tip the karmic scales…providing Karma exists?’ With a shrug of my shoulders, my eyes scanned the town as it came into view.

’We have a lot of work to do first before he can pick up his extracurricular activity, and for that, we will have to go on foot. A suitable medical facility or clinic needs to be located first and foremost; that way, I can get in and use my talent to force the person in charge to hire Vincent without running background checks, with no questions asked, just give him a job.’ Crossing my arms, I closed my eyes and began narrating my plan to Renni.

’Once that is done, I need to go into the local registration office and forge all his documents, making him appear as if he was a German Citizen. I already did this once with his British paperwork, but now I need to make him some for here.’

’Once those two tasks are complete, he needs a means of transportation, along with a house or apartment to live in, along with some funds to get him started until he gets his first paycheck.’

’After all of that is said and done, only then can we head back to London, wrap up any loose ends there, and head back to America. Hopefully, I won’t hit any bumps in the road or side quests like I did in the first place.’ Opening my eyes, I noticed Renni frozen in place, with a shocked expression plastered across her face.

’What…why are you looking at me like that?’ I asked. Sure, I could have just read her mind, but I didn’t see any point in it, as it wasn’t that important for me to know, and I had a feeling she was about to…

’HOW THE HELL IS ANY OF THAT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY? You act like this is a regular thing for you to do; how many times have you changed identities and forged documents in the Origin Timeline? Is it really that easy for you to walk in and walk out of a registration office with new papers?’

…Blurt out a rapid fire of questions….just like that.

’Sigh, you have so much to learn, Xilia; the world is how I shape it to be. If I want new documents, I merely have to brainwash or coerce people of authority into hand-making them for me. Now, don’t get me wrong, it is MUCH easier to do it here in the 1990s than in the future, but it’s completely possible if you track down the correct staff to do so regardless of the country or time period.’
