Chapter 299: Chapter 299: Allocating Tasks - 2
Damian spent the next two days in bed with his wives, giving them all the attention they needed from him and even more.
By now, all of his wives were completely exhausted.
The moment they fell asleep, they slipped into a deep slumber without even realizing when it happened.
They had simply continued making love to their husband until they could no longer move, eventually drifting off one by one.
After all, being intimate with a Progenitor had always been an intense experience.
It was even more so with a Primordial Progenitor like Damian, who also possessed the soul of the World Tree. It took a great deal to keep up with him, especially when they were being so passionate and intense.
Once all of them had fallen asleep, Damian allowed himself a few hours of rest as well. He only woke when he felt a strange movement on top of him.
Opening his eyes, he found a vampire with long white hair and a mature figure sitting astride him.
She was completely naked, and her ample chest moved rhythmically as she shifted above him.
"Aaahhh... Mhmm..."
She moaned uncontrollably as she rode him, not even realizing that her husband had woken up and was watching her take advantage of him.
"Look at this little nymphomaniac..." Damian mused to himself as he reached out to her and gently pinched her pink nipples.
"Kyaaa..." Tiana Valthryne screamed in surprise until she saw her husband watching her with a grin on his face.
"H-Husband... Y-You’re awake?" Tiana asked, but she didn’t get up from the warm lap she was riding, and she certainly wasn’t about to take his dick out of her pussy.
"Hmm, what are you doing?" Damian asked.
She leaned against his upper body and hugged him tightly, pressing her chest against his.
"It’s... I... it’s your fault. You’re too good. I simply couldn’t resist. You can’t blame me," Tiana said, turning her face away in embarrassment as she blamed him for taking advantage of him, as though he had made her do it.
"Is that so?" Damian chuckled as he looked at her cute face.
His hand moved behind her back and between her ass cheeks before his middle finger entered her asshole, while he pushed his hips upward, forcing his huge, long dick deeper inside her.
"Aaahhh... Husband, you’re too deep..." Tiana moaned.
Her body shuddered as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him deeply.
The atmosphere remained peaceful for several more minutes before Tiana finally succumbed to exhaustion.
Unable to keep her eyes open any longer, she drifted off to sleep while resting comfortably on Damian’s lap.
Several hours passed.
One by one, the others gradually woke up.
As they stirred from their slumber, Damian released a gentle stream of energy, replenishing their stamina and washing away every trace of fatigue.
Within moments, everyone felt completely refreshed.
"That was amazing, darling. Can’t we do that for another couple of days?" Amelia asked, wrapping her arms around his waist and beaming happily.
Damian chuckled and pinched her nose.
"As tempting as that sounds, Amelia, we have far too much work to do. Now be a good Vampire Goddess and get back to your responsibilities."
Amelia pouted immediately, causing several of the others to laugh.
"Speaking of work, darling," Lilian said while putting on her red panties, "you entrusted Kylie Ramuras with overseeing the expansion project and even gave her your essence. Are you considering taking her as one of your wives?"
"Perhaps..." Damian replied with a sigh.
"Personally, I think she’d be a wonderful addition to the family," Amaya said. "She’s incredibly intelligent, and her ability to perceive future probabilities is remarkable. More importantly, she’s completely devoted to you."
"You think so?" Damian asked.
"I agree," Akira said, raising her hand like a student answering a question. "We’ve always gotten along with Kylie. She’s dependable, cooperative, and works well with everyone. She’d definitely fit in."
A mischievous smile appeared on her face.
"You could even make her the Sixth Countess once she becomes strong enough. And considering you’ve already turned her into a Superior Noble Vampire like us, that won’t take very long."
"I’ll think about it," Damian replied. "There’s no reason to rush such a decision. For now, we all have work to do."
As he spoke, Hela and Gaia helped their husband finish getting dressed.
"Wait, you’re assigning us work too?" Akira asked in surprise.
"Yes," Damian answered. "You could call it an expedition."
With a casual wave of his hand, a sphere of shimmering energy appeared before him.
The glowing orb floated silently in the air before rapidly expanding and transforming into a miniature planetary projection.
Everyone’s attention immediately focused on the image.
The planet displayed before them possessed a striking appearance.
Its surface was covered in varying shades of deep red and blue, while vast masses of azure clouds slowly revolved around it, giving the world an almost otherworldly beauty.
"It’s a planet... but what is it?" Lillian asked, raising an eyebrow. For some reason, the world displayed before her felt strangely familiar, as though she had seen it somewhere long ago.
"It’s the homeworld of the Ghouls," Damian replied calmly. "One of the races known as the Creatures of the Night. They went extinct during one of the Universal Invasions. That world is called Kaylian."
"You want us to conduct an expedition to Kaylian?" Amaya asked, looking at the projection. "Isn’t the entire planet abandoned? I thought nothing lived there except Night Beasts."
"Not exactly," Damian said. "Most of the planet is a wasteland covered in dark vegetation, and the Night Beasts spend most of their time hunting and killing one another. However, the ruins of the Ghoul civilization still remain. There are countless artifacts, treasures, and remnants scattered across the world."
A faint smile appeared on his face.
"Some of those artifacts were gifts I personally gave to the Ghouls. I want them recovered."
The women exchanged glances.
"There’s another reason as well," Damian continued. "The bodies of Ghouls possess unusually high energy properties. Even though the race died out ages ago, there’s a possibility that some of their remains have survived in a preserved state. If you find any, I want them brought back."
He turned his gaze toward the four vampire countesses.
"Akira, Amaya, Lillian, and Kathryne. Each of you will lead a separate expedition team to search the planet and recover everything of value."
"What about Tiana?" Kathryne asked, pointing at the fox woman who was comfortably curled up in Damian’s arms.
Tiana looked completely content where she was, showing no intention of moving anytime soon.
"I’m taking Tiana with me," Damian answered. "Along with Hela, Grace, and Avanya. We’re going to meet with the dragons."
The moment he finished speaking, Tiana stuck her tongue out at Kathryne.
A vein instantly bulged on the vampire countess’s forehead.
"Brat..."
Ignoring the brewing conflict, Damian continued.
"The System has already completed a comprehensive scan of most of Kaylian. It has marked the locations of every significant artifact, ruin, and hidden cache that it could find. Your job isn’t exploration, it’s recovery."
A series of markers appeared across the planetary projection.
"Collect everything and transport it safely to the Library in the Shadow Dimension. That includes any Ghoul remains you discover."
The women nodded.
"Take as many personnel as necessary," Damian said. "However, my wives will be leading the expeditions personally. I’ve also arranged for demons and werewolves to assist your teams."
Grace tilted her head.
"Why only demons, vampires, and werewolves?"
"Because Kaylian is one of the worlds of the Creatures of the Night," Avanya answered before Damian could speak. "The environment itself is naturally hostile to most races."
As a member of one of the ancient noble werewolf bloodlines, Avanya possessed extensive knowledge regarding the various races that fell under the umbrella of the Creatures of the Night.
"Demons, vampires, and werewolves are naturally compatible with that kind of environment. Other races would find it far more dangerous to operate there for extended periods."
Understanding dawned on the others as they looked once more at the dark, ominous world floating within the projection.
Kaylian.
The graveyard of an extinct race and a forgotten world filled with treasures waiting to be reclaimed.
...
After several lingering kisses and a fair bit of hesitation, the wives finally departed to attend to their duties.
As queens, every one of them possessed unrestricted authority.
They could travel freely between any worlds whenever they wished, and they could bring along anyone or anything without needing permission from anyone.
Gaia was the last to leave. Before stepping away, she wrapped her arms around Damian and gave him one final deep kiss.
The transformed Typhon accompanied her, now serving as her familiar beast.
Once they were gone, only Hela, Avenya, Tiana, Grace, and Damian remained.
This was the group that would be heading to the Upper Plane to deal with the dragon.
Of course, "dealing with" was a rather generous description. In reality, Damian intended to simply overwhelm the dragon with his aura and bring it under his control.
A shimmering gate suddenly materialized before them, its surface rippling with divine energy.
"Shall we?" Damian asked, his gaze moving across his wives.
The women exchanged smiles before nodding in agreement.
Without further delay, they stepped through the gate together.
