Chapter 1339: Chapter 1354: Demanding One Billion Up Front

"I’ll stay at the hotel. If there’s anything, come find me, or I’ll just call you!" Lin Mu said, feeling restricted living in someone else’s home. It was more comfortable staying at a hotel.

"Alright then." Haihua nodded in agreement. She couldn’t stay with Lin Mu because she had to take care of her injured father.

After leaving Haihua’s house, Lin Mu took a taxi to the Jin Family.

At this moment, Lin Mu had to continue dealing with the four major mafia families in Handan. He had to take them down one by one. He crippled the Wang Family yesterday, so today it was the Jin Family’s turn. Lin Mu was not afraid of them in a fight. Although they were wealthy and skilled in business warfare, if it came to a real confrontation, a punch or a knife would still hurt or kill them. Business strategies wouldn’t work; Lin Mu preferred real combat. And when it came to real combat with the Wolf Fang Soldier King, Lin Mu was confident he could take them down in minutes. No one could stop him!

Ten minutes later, the taxi driver parked at the entrance of the Jin Family. Lin Mu got off the car, and he was already being watched by the large men at the gate.

It seems that the other three mafia families already knew about the Wang Family incident. Well, in Handan City, which was essentially their territory, such a significant event couldn’t go unnoticed. Clearly, the Jin Family was prepared; otherwise, there wouldn’t be so many special guards at the entrance!

Lin Mu glanced around; there were about twenty people, and more special guards constantly came over from patrolling around the mansion, totaling around forty. He wasn’t sure how many people were inside, but judging by the scene, there were certainly more guards inside.

"Who are you?" A special guard at the gate asked Lin Mu cautiously.

"Haha, I’m Lin Mu, the one you’re supposed to deal with." Lin Mu stepped forward, smiling carelessly.

"You’re that Lin Mu?" Several special guards immediately showed hostility, gripping their weapons tightly, seemingly ready for action.

"Genuine and unaltered, haha, your head’s fine. That’s right, it’s me. By the way, is your Boss Jin, Jin Zheng’en at home? I want to talk to him." Lin Mu chuckled, looking at the guards.

"Just you? Want to talk to our Boss Jin? Alright, let’s capture you first. Brothers, go!" The leader of the guards shouted, leading forty to fifty men charging at Lin Mu.

"Oh well, since you want a beating, I won’t be polite." Lin Mu sighed, then swiftly charged into the crowd.

Lin Mu’s figure darted through the crowd rapidly, combining fists and kicks, knocking down the outer guards quickly. His speed was so fast that these people couldn’t evade him, and wherever he passed, there was a constant sound of deafening screams.

Of course, forty to fifty people were quite a number. Lin Mu had to put in some effort, but in about a minute, he had beaten all these special guards. For Lin Mu, these ordinary guards posed no challenge at all.

"I told you, you didn’t listen, such a shame." After dealing with them, Lin Mu clapped his hands, shook his head, and walked towards the mansion.

But because there were too many people on the ground, Lin Mu reluctantly stepped over their bodies to enter the Jin Family courtyard.

In the courtyard of the Jin Family, Lin Mu opened the mansion door.

Entering the mansion, in the living room, sat two men, approximately forty to fifty years of age. As Lin Mu entered, both their eyes turned to him.

"You’re quick!" One of the men said. The speaker turned out to be Jin Zheng’en, Jin Douya’s elder.

"Haha, just a few guys, can they stop me?" Lin Mu chuckled lightly, then looked at the other man, "Hey, you’re Sha Tongtian, right?"

Lin Mu had seen his photo, the father of Sandbag, not a good guy either, and Lin Mu’s next target was actually him.

"That’s me." The middle-aged man next to Jin Zheng’en said honestly.

"Great, then I don’t need to find you. Let’s clear everything up today." Lin Mu smiled, then sat on the bed without any hesitation.

"Lin Mu, aren’t you too arrogant? This is Handan City." Jin Zheng’en said displeasedly.

"What’s wrong with Handan City? I am arrogant, and I have the capital to be. You won’t allow it?" Lin Mu laughed, spreading his hands.

"You did the Wang Family thing, right?" Jin Zheng’en asked coldly.

"That’s right, I did. Did you expect me to watch him deal with me? So I struck first." Lin Mu explained.

"Then you mean we’re next?" Jin Zheng’en said.

"Yep, you’re quite smart. That’s right, I’m planning to cripple you!" Lin Mu said without any concealment.

"Haha, what are you going to do to us then?" Jin Zheng’en chuckled coldly.

"I don’t want to do much to you. Here’s the deal, I won’t ask for much: ten billion from each of you as compensation for my loss. Of course, ten billion isn’t much for you; living fiercely is always better than being crippled or killed!" Lin Mu said, smiling.

"Hmph, you sure have a big appetite, asking for ten billion right off the bat? Dream on." Jin Zheng’en scoffed.

"I’m not forcing you right now. You can refuse, then I’ll give you a beating, and you’ll end up paying me obediently. I’m just giving you a heads up, don’t be like the Wang Family, suffering unnecessary pain. Actually, there’s no deep hatred between us!" Lin Mu said, crossing his legs and lighting a cigarette comfortably.

"Haha, keep dreaming; this is Handan City, not Wancheng. You might rule in Wancheng, but that doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want here." Jin Zheng’en said sternly.

"Is that so? Okay, it seems you still have hard bones, need some suffering." Lin Mu exhaled smoke.

"Who will suffer isn’t certain. Since we aren’t afraid of you, make sure you’re well-prepared." Jin Zheng’en said, then clapped his hands. A group of agile special guards jumped down from the upper floor, about ten of them, clearly much stronger than those at the entrance.

Lin Mu looked at the sudden appearance of ten special guards and chuckled, "Just these ten?"

"Of course not, look above." Jin Zheng’en gestured to the upper floor with his finger.

On the second-floor location, there were four or five black-clad guards holding guns aimed at Lin Mu.

"Oh, just these rotten folks?" Lin Mu said indifferently.
