Chapter 237: Chapter 237: Two Sides of a Coin
Alexander leaned down, his eyes locking onto Sophie’s lips as he moved in to kiss her. Sophie smiled against his mouth, but instead of opening up to him, she kept her lips tightly sealed, a mischievous glint flashing in her eyes.
A sharp, deliberate throat-clearing sound echoed from the classroom doorway.
"Hmm," cleared Lilly, stepping into the room with her arms crossed.
Alexander pulled back slowly, turning his head to look at the librarian. A low chuckle escaped his throat as he realized he had been set up by the two of them.
"It’s been a while, Lilly," said Alexander, taking a half-step back from Sophie’s desk. "I thought you wouldn’t want to see me after everything."
Lilly didn’t say a word. She closed the distance between them with quick, urgent steps, throwing her arms around his neck and pulling him down into a deep, desperate kiss. Alexander wrapped his arms around her waist, noticing how she avoided touching the faint, fading marks on his skin. Thanks to Stephen’s high-grade medical potions, the brutal wounds he had received days ago had healed up perfectly, leaving almost no trace.
Lilly finally broke the kiss, her eyes shining with a mixture of relief and lingering guilt as she looked up at him.
"I’m so sorry about what happened with Marcus that day," whispered Lilly, her fingers brushing against his jawline. "It was all my fault."
"I should be the one apologizing," said Alexander, shaking his head slightly. "I lost control. My mind was in a terrible place."
He kept his tone smooth, deliberately softening the situation. He couldn’t exactly tell her the truth—that Stephen’s combat potions had doped his system, turning him into a temporarily violent, bloodthirsty lunatic. Even now, looking at the two girls, Alexander was deeply confused as to why they were suddenly together in his classroom acting like a team.
Lilly walked over to Sophie’s desk, and the two girls sat side-by-side on top of the dark wood, looking straight at him.
Alexander took a step back, folding his arms as he openly appreciated the view. Each of them possessed a unique, contrasting beauty. Lilly was the shy, quiet librarian voluptuous with an heavy, massive chest that strained the fabric of her blouse. On the other hand, Sophie was the cute, energetic class representative, sharp, joyful, and full of lively charm.
"Alright, you two," said Alexander, a confident smirk returning to his face. "What exactly is going on here?"
"We’ve been talking, Alexander," said Sophie, narrowing her eyes as she crossed her arms. "And we want to know exactly how many women you have trailing behind you."
"None, in reality," said Alexander with a shrug..
"Do you think we are idiots?" asked Lilly, her cheeks flushing with a mix of annoyance and jealousy.
"A little foolish sometimes, but idiots? Never," said Alexander, a sharp grin cutting across his face.
"Would it kill you to be serious for once?" asked Sophie, letting out a frustrated sigh.
Alexander laughed softly, deciding to throw them a bone. He stepped closer, looking at both of them with an amused expression.
"Alright, look, I don’t have a girlfriend," said Alexander, his tone casual. "But I do have some fun here and there."
"How many?" asked Lilly, her voice dropping as she pressed the issue.
"Trust me, you don’t want to hear the number," said Alexander.
"Tell us," insisted Sophie, leaning forward on the desk.
"At least eight this week," said Alexander, deadpan.
"This week?!" shouted Sophie, her eyes widening in pure shock.
"It’s been a very busy week," said Alexander, entirely unbothered.
"You can’t just settle for having me?" asked Lilly, her voice trembling slightly as she gestured toward Sophie. "You look for her, and fine, I can almost understand that. But eight?!"
Alexander rubbed the back of his neck, realizing he might as well lay a card on the table to see how they handled the reality of his lifestyle.
"Maybe there’s something I should tell you both, though I’m not entirely sure how you’re going to take it," said Alexander.
"Just say it!" demanded Sophie.
"Well, basically, I’m an escort," said Alexander, his voice calm and professional. "My job is to get paid to give pleasure."
Both girls froze paralyzed by the sudden confession. They had expected him to be a player, a popular guy who liked to fool around, but this revelation went beyond their wildest imaginations.
Sophie’s expression soured, a look of profound disgust replacing her shock as she pushed herself off the desk. Lilly stood up right behind her, her eyes filling with tears as she looked at him like he was a total stranger. They both turned toward the door, clearly intending to leave the room.
"Come on, it’s not as bad as it sounds," said Alexander, stepping forward to block their path.
"How can it not be that bad?!" yelled Sophie, her voice shaking with rage as she pointed a finger at his chest. "I don’t even know how many diseases you could have, sticking your thing into every single hole you find out there!"
"I get tested and everything, don’t worry about it," said Alexander, raising his hands.
In reality, he had never actually bothered with a medical checkup, but he figured that with all the advanced TMC bio-tech and Stephen’s magical potions, they could probably cure any virus or disease in a matter of seconds anyway.
"See?! Your eyes are telling me you’re lying!" shouted Sophie, her sharp gaze locking onto his shifting expression.
Shit, I got distracted, thought Alexander, silently cursing himself for letting his mind wander while she was reading his face.
"Of course I’m not lying," said Alexander, his confident, arrogant smirk returning in full force as he stepped right back into their personal space. "But look, that’s just the truth of my life. I get paid to take women to heaven. And Lilly, you’ve already tasted it. You know exactly what kind of heavy package I’m packing."
Lilly’s face turned bright red, her breath catching as her eyes instinctively darted downward for a split second.
"Trust me, girls," said Alexander, a dark, wicked glint flashing in his eyes as he looked between the two of them. "If I belonged to you exclusively, I would ruin your cunts. You wouldn’t be able to handle fucking me every single day."
