Chapter 133: Give Me Another Chance

Alben’s house.

Alben’s kitchen was filled with the low hiss of the gas stove and the scrape of a steel spatula against the pan. The room was modern, bright, and completely clean.

Nero stood in front of the counter, completely naked. His tall body was hunched, his shoulders slightly rounded from the continuous confinement of the past week.

A leather collar wrapped tightly around his throat, the brass buckle locked firmly at the nape of his neck. His soft hands carefully plated a fresh portion of grilled fish and seasoned vegetables.

Alben sat at the nearby table, entertaining himself by watching the live cooking. His sleeves were rolled up to his elbows as he watched the entire process with a satisfied expression.

His eyes traced every inch of Nero’s skin as the man moved. Sometimes he smiled as he looked at the cock hanging between Nero’s legs. Such a beautiful sight.

"I usually hate eating at home," Alben said, leaning back in his chair and twirling a fork between his fingers. He let out a short chuckle, his eyes tracking the smooth line of Nero’s back. "But you are making me entirely addicted to eating here."

Nero didn’t answer. He kept his eyes fixed on the plate, his breathing shallow as he adjusted the position of the fork on the tray.

He looked heavier than he had during his days in the Hartley mansion, his skin pale and slightly softer from the forced confinement, but the old, arrogant light in his eyes had been completely replaced by a hollow, watchful stillness.

Alben turned his head slightly, addressing a heavily built guard who stood near the kitchen doorway with his hands folded across his uniform.

"Did he try to put any poison in my food?"

The man didn’t smile. He kept his eyes on Nero’s hands, his posture professional. "No, Sir. It is completely safe. I watched him from the start, and I tested the oils myself before he plated the fish. I guarantee its safety."

Alben smirked, standing up from his chair. He walked over to the counter, his shoes making a distinct, sharp sound on the tile.

He stopped right beside Nero, his physical presence instantly making Nero freeze in anticipation.

Alben reached down with a slow, deliberate hand, his fingers sliding between Nero’s thighs to firmly grip his penis.

He stroked its length with rough, steady pressure until blood rushed into the tissue, making it fully hard and rigid under his palm.

"Ahhh... D-don’t..." Nero let out a sharp, ragged gasp through his teeth, his knees trembling slightly against the counter, but he didn’t dare move away. He kept his hands flat on the edge of the tray, his jaw locked.

"Very good," Alben murmured, his dark eyes glinting with amusement as he released his grip and patted Nero’s cheek once. "You are improving. Okay, let’s eat now. Bring the food and come here."

Alben walked back to the table, sliding into his seat.

Nero gasped, trying to control his breathing. He carefully lifted the tray, his muscles tensing as he carried it across the tiles. He set the food down perfectly in front of Alben, ensuring the glass of water was within easy reach.

Once the task was complete, Nero didn’t wait for a command. He lowered himself directly onto the cold floor, settling onto his hands and knees right beside Alben’s shoes.

Alben picked up his knife, cut a small piece of the fish, and ate it slowly. The silence in the room stretched out for several minutes, the only sound the clinking of cutlery against the plate.

Nero remained on his hands and knees, his forehead nearly touching Alben’s trousers. He felt uncomfortable with his penis still hard.

He swallowed the thick lump of humiliation in his throat, his heart hammering hard against his ribs before he finally gathered the courage to speak.

"Please..." Nero whispered, his eyes fixed on the floor. "What can I do to make you release me? Please... Help me."

Alben didn’t stop chewing. He took a small sip of water, a soft, mocking chuckle leaving his lips as he looked down at his beautiful pet.

"Even if I opened that door and freed you right now, Nero, you know you wouldn’t survive Salvatore’s grip."

Nero’s hands clenched into tight fists against the floor, the skin over his knuckles turning stark white.

"Anyway... I gave you a chance to kill the boy at the event. And you failed entirely," Alben continued, his tone turning smooth and flat.

"You couldn’t even kill him properly. I cannot help you now."

Nero looked down, a hot wave of desperate rage and shame burning through his chest. He remembered the heavy, crushing weight of Salvatore’s hand on his windpipe and the absolute, terrifying finality in the Don’s eyes.

He knew his family empire was completely dead, but his basic survival instinct kept him begging.

"Please," Nero choked out, his shoulders trembling as he shifted on his knees to face the chair. "Give me another chance. Just one more time. You can take all my money, my assets. I won’t ask for anything. Just help me get out of this country."

Alben enjoyed the last piece of his dinner, thoroughly satisfied with the flavor. He wiped his mouth with a white linen napkin, tossing it carelessly onto the empty plate before looking down at Nero’s frantic, hollow expression. A slow, lazy smile spread across his lips.

"I don’t know," Alben drawled, leaning his chin on his palm as his eyes traced Nero’s naked, bruised thighs. "I will get your assets with or without you. But your value as a submissive is much higher to me right now. You’d better prepare yourself now."

Nero looked up. He wanted to ask more, but Alben stopped him.

"I want you to be ready on my bed in five minutes. On your stomach, with the wrist restraints already buckled. If you are late, I will have someone bring the wire whip down to the room."

Nero’s breath caught in his throat, his face turning an absolute, deathly white at the mention of the tool. He knew Alben’s discipline was entirely real. The man would not hesitate to draw blood if the rule was broken.

"Yes, Sir," Nero whispered frantically.

He scrambled up from the kitchen floor, his knees scraping against the tiles as he turned and hurried down the dark hallway toward the master suite, his naked frame shivering with severe, helpless panic as the five-minute clock began to run.

Alben smiled. He might have a good use for Nero later.
