Little Taotie couldn’t hold back, choking up for a moment.
He lay under the quilt, covering his head with it.
Hua Jinyan pursed his lips, unsure how to comfort him.
Soon, the little girl emerged from the quilt, with her big eyes wide and a hint of tears about to fall.
"Shall we go to the Ancient Pagoda and take another look? Maybe... maybe we’ll find something."
Hua Jinyan looked at the sky outside, wanting to refuse, but when he met her big eyes, the words turned into: "Alright."
The two children sneaked out of the Ancient Castle and arrived at the Ancient Tower.
Someone was there earlier than them.
"Grandpa Agent, why are you here?" Little Taotie asked in surprise.
The elder turned around, a flash of surprise in his eyes, which turned to helplessness, his tone slightly reproachful: "It’s so late, what if you encounter bad people on the way?"
Little Taotie waved his fist: "Bad people can’t beat me."
Hua Jinyan touched the Rainbow Relic: "I can have Ghost do things for me."
The implication was that if bad people had the guts, they could bring it on, as he could send Ghost to confront them.
Little Taotie still wanted to personally take action, while this kid directly relied on his "assistant."
The elder, helpless, couldn’t decide whether to continue lecturing or not, so he could only sigh: "Don’t do this in the future."
His words carried little weight, as the two children treated them as mere idle chatter, not really listening.
Due to their overconfidence, they paid no attention at all.
"Grandpa Agent, when did you get here? Have you discovered anything?"
The elder shook his head: "So far, nothing has been found."
Little Taotie raised his little shovel to the elder: "Grandpa Agent, do you want to dig and see?"
Elder: "..."
After hesitating for a moment, he took the shovel and started digging.
It had been a long time since he did such physical work.
Little Taotie and Hua Jinyan sat on a large black rock, becoming two supervisors, watching the elder dig.
Elder: "..."
Just as the elder was feeling extremely frustrated, a box was unearthed by him.
The elder paused.
As he continued digging, without finding a box, and while he felt a bit frustrated, he found another one!

Once the elder grasped this pattern, he leveraged his emotions in the digging process. Soon, he was able to unearth, and quickly the boxes started to pile up, with Little Taotie in charge of stacking the boxes high and Hua Jinyan in charge of further digging.
Little Taotie suddenly had an idea. The size of the boxes seemed similar to Gold Bricks; if Gold Bricks could build an Ancient Pagoda, couldn’t they use these boxes to build a tower?
With this idea, she consciously adjusted her position, stacking the boxes higher and higher like building blocks.
Hua Jinyan noticed something amiss and asked: "Are you building a tower?"
Little Taotie nodded with a grin.
The elder squinted: "Perhaps it’s a good idea."
The three worked well together, the elder responsible for digging and discovering boxes, Hua Jinyan for picking and counting them, and Little Taotie for building the tower.
The tower grew taller...
Just at the moment the last piece was placed, the tower transformed into a golden box.

The elder tried to pick up the box but failed, only Little Taotie and Hua Jinyan could actually touch the box.
