Gu Li’s efficiency was undeniable. He led a group to shop in the supermarket, but they didn’t take everything, only a selection of the more representative products.
For example, they picked a few types of bottled and canned beers, only two kinds of red wine, and not many types of white wine, just three.
The remainder consisted partly of Ling Corporation’s rice wine and apple cider.
As for tea, Gu Li only bought the three most representative types: green tea, black tea, and flower tea.
This selection felt rather monotonous, with very simplistic box packaging. Placed on the shelf, they didn’t stand out compared to the bottled alcohol.
For the people of Lingjian Mountain, seeing glass bottles for the first time, the most attractive thing would definitely be those drinks.
Once everything was displayed on the shelves, Yun Cheng asked Ling Feng, "Brother Ling, should we have an opening ceremony to make it lively?"
"No need, we’ll just stand at the door and shout a few words. The fragrance of good wine needs no bush!" Ling Feng laughed.
"Then let us handle it. You are the shopkeeper, no need to personally hawk!"
Yun Cheng chuckled and led his brothers to the entrance.
In fact, people passing by had already noticed the display being set up inside, so they curiously watched from outside.
When Yun Cheng’s group gave a shout, announcing that the store was now open for business and inviting people to come in and choose from the drinks and tea, some folks immediately poured into the shop.

This pricing was very affordable, so people quickly paid to buy the bottles they liked.

The tea, however, attracted no attention.
As for the ordinarily packaged rice wine and apple cider, almost no one looked at them either.
Ling Feng found this quite frustrating and couldn’t help but loudly remind, "Don’t buy just for the bottles; the contents inside are the real treasures!"
No one paid heed, though. People were only thinking of pouring out the liquid inside to use the bottles for storing condiments; it would look quite nice that way!
In the end, Ling Feng gave up on struggling. Let them be; if worst comes to worst, he could have Gu Li acquire a few container loads of bottles from Earth, which might instead be more profitable!
Seeing almost everything in the store being bought up, Ling Feng and the others brought out the remaining goods from the back.
Outside the bustling crowd, Feiyan had shown up at some point, standing silently not far from the store entrance, watching.
Ling Feng hadn’t noticed her initially; it was Xiao Xiao who saw her and nudged him: "Brother, she’s here!"
Following Xiao Xiao’s indication, Ling Feng saw Feiyan.
He was startled for a moment but then squeezed his way through the crowd: "You’re here."
"Hmm, it’s quite lively here." Feiyan said faintly.
"Everyone hasn’t seen products from our place, so they’re fond of the packaging now; it’s almost like putting the cart before the horse." Ling Feng said helplessly.
"Is there anything special about the wine and tea?" Feiyan asked.
"No matter how I explain it, it’s better if you experience it yourself. How about joining me in the back for a taste?" Ling Feng asked.
Feiyan hesitated for a moment and then slightly nodded: "Alright."
Instead of entering through the entrance, they leaped effortlessly into mid-air, skirting around the bustling shop to reach the courtyard behind it.
Ling Feng then pulled over a table, brought out some rice wine, and said, "Wait a moment while I get some hot water to brew you some tea."
"Thank you, go ahead."
A few minutes later, when Ling Feng returned with the hot water, he saw that Feiyan had already drunk half a bottle of rice wine, her face flushed, looking brighter than her usual cold demeanor.
Seeing her like this, Ling Feng asked with a smile, "How do you feel?"
"This wine feels pretty good," Feiyan replied and continued, "I tried using the Xuan Qi inside me to control it, and though I managed to control it, I couldn’t experience the lightheaded feeling it brings. But if continued, it might end up feeling uncomfortable, right?"

"Mm," Feiyan nodded, picked up the cup, gently blew on it, and cautiously took a sip.
Then, her face lit up with surprise: "This taste..."
"How does it taste?" Ling Feng asked with a smile.
"It’s very good!"
Feiyan smiled.
As soon as that smile appeared, her whole demeanor utterly changed!
Ling Feng was instantly mesmerized!
He hadn’t expected that despite her usual ice-cold demeanor, which was already quite pretty, her smile would be as bright as a blossoming flower!

Feiyan looked up at him, revealing a thoughtful expression.
After a moment, she suddenly said, "These are things that can become addictive, best not to consume too much, but a little occasionally is fine."
Ling Feng was taken aback, then laughed, "You’re right!"
He hadn’t expected that this woman could discern the essence of wine and tea after just a little tasting!
These things are meant to be life enhancers, but relying on them daily would mean addiction.
