"Come," Alec gestured with his right hand.

"I can’t seem to see what makes you so arrogant, ever since we exchanged blows, I haven’t found anything special about you."

"Except for your extremely potent Mana that reinforces your physical strength to another level, you are basically just an average Mage, without your Golems " Asher said, trying to take a dig at Alec.

But Alec maintained his smile as he looked at Asher.

"I see you still don’t believe me when I said I was only using forty percent of my powers, if I used all my powers in full, I might end up defeating you with one attack and I don’t want that"

" I want you to entertain me, you know I just stepped into the Tier 3 Mage Realm and am not aware of how powerful I have become, So, you are kind of my test run," Alec said in response.

"You idiot, when I finally shut your mouth, how will you utter more nonsense?" Asher said in a fury of anger as he dashed toward Alec, who chuckled.

"Even though you were acting high and mighty, you still came at my request," Alec taunted as Asher closed in on him.

This time, it was Asher who was raining punches on Alec. As he was burning his Mana to gain more strength and match Alec’s power.

But Alec never caved in as they exchanged moves and dashed from place to place all around the arena, destroying the ground and sending small shockwaves flying every time they clashed.

Even the small rocks were sent in different directions as they clashed.

Asher’s blue flames burned brightly as he used them to attack with explosive force, while Alec kept using his Changdao to defend against each attack, almost as if he were ignoring the blood red flames latching onto his body.

They burned fiercely, but he refused to use them to attack, only resisting Asher with his physical strength and a smirk on his face.

"Even Asher’s attack powers seem to have reached the level of a low Tier 4 Mage Realm, seems he has been holding back all this time," one of the Mages from the War God Mage could not help but say.

They had been watching the fight, and now all they could see was blurs whenever Alec and Asher moved to attack.

It was becoming difficult to keep up with both Alec’s and Asher’s attack speed and how they exchanged blows for blows.

"Why don’t you use the your flame to attack?, You have such a high affinity for it, yet you neglect it," Asher said.

"You talk way too much!" Alec replied as he swung his Changdao in a deadly arc.

Making Asher dodged at the last moment but he made sure to countered by sending a kick to Alec’s stomach at the last moment

Bang!

Alec was pushed back a few steps as he sheathed his Changdao and threw it towards the butcher to keep it for him, as it’s long length was hindering him in such a close battle, it was at moment he would have loved to have his bone katana, but it has lost its durability and he felt if he used it now it might just be destroyed by Asher’s explosive flames.

"At first, it seemed like the longer you fight, the stronger you become, But then I realized that you have basically been using the chilling energy of your flame element more."

" I put two and two together and realized that the colder the environment Around you, the more boosted your flame power is," Asher explained.

"And when your flame power is stronger, that means every other aspect of you becomes strong because you rely solely on that element,"

" which is seriously bad, But I won’t tell you why it’s bad, I’ll just continue to fight you without increasing my powers above fifty percent," Alec said confidently.

"Even though you have explosiveness, you lack the right combat skills to really make a difference," Alec continued as he stood and started talking.

"Stop trying to lecture me!"

An angry Asher shouted as he sent a blue fiery fist toward Alec’s jaw, hoping to knock him unconscious in one move.

Bang!

Asher’s strike was stopped by Alec’s left hand without him even moving a bit.

Even though the blue flame seemed to escalate and move as if it wanted to burn Alec, it ended up being devoured by the Blood red flames still surrounding Alec’s body, begging to be unleashed.

"I told you to show me something new, or I would get bored, and Once I get bored, playtime is over,"

Alec said as the red tattoo on his right and left hands materialized and transformed into the red Salamander gauntlets.

The flames around his body spread straight to his gauntlets as he unleashed a strike straight for Asher’s stomach, making him kneel in pain.

The punch dealt way more damage than they were expecting.

Yet, Asher quickly casted his innate spell as a large red fire rune circle materialized around his free left hand, a huge fire chain appeared instantly.

However, before his hands could get close to Alec and activate his innate spell, he saw Alec’s right finger pointing at his hand, surrounded by brown earth element runes.

Pow!

Alec shot a Terran bullet straight into Asher’s hands, causing him to shout in pain and the spell breaking down due to the agony he felt in that moment.

Alec had a smirk on his face as he placed both of his hands on Asher’s chest as he was still in pains and cast the most basic spell of the fire element.

[> Low Tier Spell – Flame Burst <]

It might have been the most basic flame spell but the amount of mana Alec pumped into it, combined with the way the blood red flames accumulated around him, moved to initiated his attack.

Caused a loud explosion eruption as the students watched Asher being blown away by the attack, flung so hard that he was nearly off the arena’s battle ring.

"Get up!, you piece of blaze shit" Alec growled slowly, commanding,

[> Low Tier Spell – Winter Blast <].

Asher casted a spell while he was down as he created a storm of icy blue flame that rained down on Alec directly, each flame freezing a part of his body with chilling efficiency.

[> Low Tier Spell – Frozen tempest <]

Quick to seize the opportunity, Asher created two huge rolling flame blades that morphed into sharp ice blades and sent them flying fast towards the immobilized Alec.

"Well, I guess this is it," Alec’s forcefully stretched his right hand and summoned a huge earth wall in front of him, blocking the two sharp ice blades hurtling towards him.

Pushing himself forward, the ice attempting to freeze him shattered completely as he brought down the earth wall and dashed towards Asher, who was also closing in on him.

" You ready to go down, blaze shit." Alec taunted but Asher ignored him as his attack came first as he aimed a punch, but Alec sidestepped and countered with an upper punch to his Asher’s jaw, bypassing his hands and landing a kick in the stomach.

Before Asher could fully recover, the earth beneath Alec’s leg propelled him into the air as he delivered a swift air fiery punch to Asher’s face.

The crowd watched in awe as the fiery exchange of blows continued relentlessly, between both mages, as they saw the flame colours sparkle every time there was a blow, the red and blue flame was the only thing illuminating the battle ring every time there was a small explosion, indicating a direct hit.

Since they could not keep up with the blurs when ever Alec and Asher moved, so they used the flame colours to know who is attacking.

It was a brutal display as Alec effortlessly deflected or absorbed the attacks of Asher, while retaliating with powerful strikes of his own.

Asher, his face badly bruised, as he fell to his knees in exhaustion, only for Alec to drive his knees into Asher’s face, rendering him unconscious.

Alec then turned his gaze towards a seething Bolton.

With his vibrant red multi-coloured hair and a perfect body adorned with various cuts and burns that were slowly healing, as the red flame covering those wounded areas, he elicited cheers from the war god mage students as he emerged victorious once again.

It appeared that he had achieved victory with less effort this time, primarily engaging in physical combat and forsaking his usual reliance on magic spells.

"Do you think this will anger your outer branch or inner court elders, or will this truly seek to grab their attention? I wonder how they will react when they found out their own prodigy is defeated by just a fraction of a bastard’s powers,"

Alec taunted, but Bolton remained silent, feeling embarrassed to defend their losing streak against Alec.
