The area around the War God Mage Academy arena was crowded with members of the Royal Mage Academy, it was a place that used to be a gathering spot for students of the War God Mage Academy.

And it was because the arena was located in the middle of the academy that really made it a popular spot for many students, but now the War God Mage Academy students now avoided that same location because of the Royal Mage Academy crowding the area.

"Now I’m really wondering why we’re stuck in this outdated school, Not only are the students weak, but even their instructors are useless," one of the Royal Mage Academy visiting mages commented.

"I doubt we’ll gain anything from this exchange," another mage added.

"Be prepared to fight at any opportunity, If we can eliminate Alec Gordons, whom Mr. Bolton is interested in, we can easily return to our academy before the month is over."

" Because we need to go back as soon as possible if we want to compete for spots in the inter-academy team in a few months," lucky said.

Unexpectedly, Lucky had emerged from nowhere and shocked the Royal Mage Academy mages who had been waiting at the arena for any new mage that might dare to accept the challenge of facing them.

Iver Dragonmir, Asher Blaze, and Lucky Roo had been absent from all the waiting for a challenger.

As It seemed they weren’t needed, the remaining students were more than capable of defeating any challengers that came.

The fact that the War God Mage Academy students hadn’t won a single match was a source of shame for all the academy instructors.

The instructors wished they could gather all the mages eligible for the challenge in order to regain their reputation.

Just winning just one match would be satisfying for them right now.

Not only were the students of the Royal Mage Academy insulting the War God Mage Academy students, but they were also making snide remarks about the instructor’s qualifications and this is where they felt offended.

Arthur, who was dragging Kelvin along, walked past the arena area, completely unaware of what was happening.

Though he noticed a couple of people in specialized white attire robes that seemed to be from another academy but this didn’t bother Arthur much as his main concern was reaching Lucas’s master peak, and sparing with him, in hope that he might enter the Tier 3 realm too.

As Arthur walked through, the students from the Royal Mage Academy whistled and Lucky nudged one of the mage beside him, urging him to intervene.

The mage quickly rushed towards Arthur, blocking his path and earning a raised eyebrow from Arthur, who looked at him with surprise.

"Stupid and weak members of the War God Mage Academy are not allowed to pass this way, Go out of the arena and take the other route," the mage proclaimed.

Arthur tilted his head to get a better look at the badge on the mage’s robe, while Kelvin also stared at the mage in astonishment.

The arena was situated in the middle of the academy, and they usually passed through it without any issues.

It was a place where students hung out, with occasional fights erupting, But now they were being directed to take an alternative route to their destination by someone they didn’t even know.

"Are you a student of the War God Mage Academy?" Arthur inquired.

"No," the mage responded curtly.

"Are you related or connected to any of the esteemed Great instructors from the War God Mage Academy?" Arthur questioned, trying to identify the mage’s background.

As he had been warned multiple times by Agnes not to pick fights with any disciple of the great instructors, leaving Alec to deal with the repercussions.

Arthur wanted to ensure that the person he would confront wouldn’t pose a problem for his boss and brother, Alec.

"Of course not! Why would I even want to be associated with any member of this weak and degraded academy?" the mage replied disdainful, as Arthur smiled in response.

"Oh, that’s good to know, In that case, this situation is simple, You see, I’m not in a particularly good mood, and I can be quite impulsive, so I suggest you do not try stopping me or provoking me again,"

Arthur warned as he put his left arm around Kelvin’s shoulder and began to walk away, pulling Kelvin along.

The Royal Mage Academy mage watched helplessly as his colleagues laughed at him from a distance, realizing he had failed to prevent Arthur from continuing on that path.

This caused his cool facial expression to transform into one of anger as he tried to move his hand and forcefully break Arthur’s grip on Kelvin’s shoulder.

Arthur didn’t even bother wasting his words this time, knowing that the mage in question was not from the War God Mage Academy.

He didn’t care about any potential punishments from the Punishment Hall enforcers , as they would likely view it as two young mages competing.

After all, they were in the arena zone, where such actions were deemed acceptable, if not he might be in problem for just fighting a visitor of the academy.

Utilizing the momentum from the struggle, Arthur prepared himself and clenched his right fist, delivering a powerful blow to the mage’s face.

The force of the punch caused the mage to stagger backwards a few steps, using his hands to support his injured nose.

The rest of the Royal Mage Academy students, who had initially been nonchalant, were now shocked by Arthur’s strike.

Before any of them could react, Lucky raised his hand, signalling them to halt in their tracks.

Meanwhile, some of the War God Mage Academy students who had been idling around, hoping that someone would accept the challenge, were amazed that someone had the audacity to stand up against the arrogant Royal Mage Academy students.

As they took a closer look, they realized that it was Arthur, one of Alec’s clansmen, which gave them newfound courage.

They saw this as an opportunity to finally make some progress and connect with Alec, who they had been trying to reach for so long.

The mage slowly removed his hands from his nose, staring at the blood on his fingers, and shouted,

"You peasant!, How dare you sneak attack me?!, I will show you just how inferior you are to me!" He charged forward, with both his hands blazing with flames, as he attempted to strike Arthur with a fiery punch.

But to his surprise, Arthur calmly clamped down on the his flaming fist with his left palm, completely unaffected by the intense heat.

The mage looked on in disbelief, realizing that his attack had failed to inflict any pain on his opponent.

When the mage closely examined Arthur’s hand, he realized that it was covered by a gleaming golden gauntlet.

It had materialized so swiftly that the mage couldn’t comprehend what had transpired.

Bam!

Before the mage could react, Arthur’s second punch landed with tremendous force.

This time, instead of staggering backward, the mage practically lost consciousness.

Arthur had struck him with his right hand, which was now adorned with the golden gauntlet bestowed upon him by his master.

"You may be a low Tier 3 Mage and I a peak Tier 2 Mage, but you are nowhere near my level," Arthur proclaimed, his voice dripping with disdain.

"Just because Agnes can speak to me disrespectfully due to her possession of a complete spirit equipment set doesn’t mean I will tolerate every Tom, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn that crosses my path. I may not possess a full set, but I carry a spirit weapon."

As Arthur vented out his anger, as he leaned over the mage’s unconscious body, his words filled with a mixture of frustration and superiority.
