Chapter 260: I am your sovereign
For several seconds, Ethan stood motionless, rereading those two system notifications, his eyes scanning line by line as if to make sure he hadn’t misunderstood.
A fourth-stage elven mage, over a hundred thousand years old, who in life had already reached level eight hundred.
Knowing full well how status levels scaled at such heights, he could only imagine just how absurd her power must have been at its peak...
Ethan let out a long sigh, allowing his thoughts to run free for a moment.
Given her age, she belonged to the Ancestral Era—the most remote period known to history, practically the cradle of all intelligent civilization in Estria.
As a young man from the twenty-first century trapped in a medieval world, Ethan had naturally turned to his family’s vast libraries, trying to make up for the lack of a cell phone and the quick entertainment he had grown used to.
Among the works scattered across the shelves, only a few dealt with the Ancestral Era—about ten in total.
One of them recounted how that region had been nothing more than a barren desert, dominated by orcs and goblins, until the death of a powerful expert caused life to finally sprout and spread across the lands.
The crater left by that expert’s fall gave birth to Lake Azur, and the impact deposited at the center of the eternal forest what many called the Heart of the Forest.
Ethan’s pulse quickened.
Lake Azur covered about five hundred thousand square kilometers, roughly the size of a country called Spain back on Earth.
Not even a sixth-stage expert should have been capable of carving out such a gigantic crater.
Ethan took a deep breath, forcing his heart to slow.
"System, is there any chance she might suddenly kill me?" Ethan asked, a note of caution in his voice.
[No. All summons possess a one-month protection period toward their master and carry a natural, ingrained loyalty within their souls, even if they do not acknowledge it.
Unless you do something truly horrible to her, you have nothing to worry about.]
Hearing that, Ethan felt the weight on his shoulders lift a little.
Dealing with such powerful beings always carried risks, but at the end of the day, what really mattered was that Goldenveil had just acquired its first Rank SSS talent and its first fourth-stage specialist.
With a heavy sigh, Ethan left the office, making his way through the hallways toward the spacious backyard of his mansion.
After a brief moment of hesitation, he retrieved Arwen’s character card from the system’s inventory.
For an instant, he simply held it between his fingers. Then, with a firm motion, he tore it in half.
The very next moment, a blinding green light engulfed the entire garden—so intense that Ethan took half a step back, his eyes squeezing shut against the surging wave of mana.
An orb of light materialized in the air, floating a few centimeters in front of him.
For a few seconds, it pulsed, radiating energy so dense that the hairs on the back of his neck stood on end. Then, slowly, the sphere began to collapse in on itself, revealing the figure resting within.
The first thing Ethan saw was long green hair, falling in soft waves over delicate shoulders of pale skin.
An elegant circlet adorned her forehead, set with a gem that resembled a perfectly cut emerald.
Amid the verdant locks, long, sharply pointed ears extended outward, marking her elven lineage.
Her face featured regal cheekbones, her eyes still closed in repose, while her full, rosy lips completed a strikingly mature silhouette.
The rest of her body followed that same divine harmony: a slender waist that looked as though it would fit within the hands of single man, wide, full hips that curved in sinful proportions, and breasts worthy of a goddess of fertility.
The largest, heaviest, and most perfect pair Ethan had ever seen in his entire life.
Covering that divine body, a white dress of fine fabric draped with loose elegance over the huge pair of pale tits.
The cloth pulled against those exuberant curves, exposing the milky valley of her cleavage, where the soft, heavy globes pressed against one another, jostling for space within the delicate confines.
For a moment, she remained suspended in the air, a dense, powerful mist enveloping her voluptuous body like a shimmering green cocoon.
Her back arched slightly backward, thrusting her full breasts forward. Those milky mountains rippled in slow, weighty waves, the soft flesh swaying as if possessed of its own gravity, trembling beneath its own glorious mass.
Her eyes finally opened.
Green as living emeralds, they shone with the same intensity as the hair that framed her mature face.
Slowly, she descended to the ground. Her feet, shod in delicate white shoes, touched the refined stone tile with a faint click that broke the garden’s silence.
Around that spot, small flowers began to sprout, spreading rapidly across the grass bordering the stone path.
Her gaze fell upon Ethan.
For a moment, a shadow of confusion crossed her face.
Her elegant eyebrows furrowed, and a faint flicker of pain rippled through her expression.
Her body tensed slightly, and her hands instinctively rose to the tops of her breasts. Delicate fingers sank deep into that vast, impossibly soft flesh, the pale, plush mounds parting around them as if swallowing her digits whole.
The pain passed as quickly as it had come, replaced by a flash of understanding, while a sweet sigh escaped her pink lips.
"Ah... fate and its curiosities... fufufu~" Her voice echoed through the garden, purring and divine, followed by an elegant, noble chuckle.
Her emerald eyes refocused on Ethan, whose own gaze seemed to be fighting a losing battle to leave her bosom alone.
He quickly regained his composure, stepping forward to meet her stare.
"You..." She regarded him with an amused voice. "I suppose you’re the sovereign who snatched me from the clutches of death?"
Ethan nodded.
Steeling his resolve, he reached out and grasped the delicate waist of the elven woman.
"Yes, I am your sovereign. And your future husband," he said, pulling her against his body.
