Chapter 219: Sandals
"Don’t you think your mother is beautiful? I bet my men have already captured her. If you don’t stop all this right at this instant, I don’t know what my men will do to your mother."
Auric furrowed his brow. Katarina shouted, "You are an incorrigible asshole."
Even Katarina couldn’t contain herself anymore. Milinda slightly clenched her hand, creating a perfect hole to form a spear.
"Don’t move! If they hear nothing from me, there’s no telling what will happen to your mother."
"I don’t believe you." Auric’s expression turned solemn.
"!!!" Katarina and Milinda were startled by Auric’s words.
"You don’t believe me? Well, if you think this is an empty threat..." Trevor grinned and called the number.

With a big smile on his face, Trevor asked out loud, "Matthew! Have you captured that bitch?!"
"Congratulations. Death has sent you an invitation," a female voice replied.
Katarina and Trevor didn’t recognize this voice, but Auric and Milinda knew who it was.
"Teacher." Auric smiled in relief.
The moment he said that one word, Katarina realized that Auric had prepared for everything. Trevor, on the other hand, panicked because this wasn’t how it was supposed to be.

Auric looked at his phone after sending a message to Maya.

"There she is!" Maya heard someone shout. She leaped to a rooftop that allowed her to see what had happened.
There she was—Auric’s mother, Natalia Elfe. She turned around and saw a group of people. Their strength couldn’t be underestimated.
’A big group? I can see someone as strong as me. Does the government...’ Maya glanced to the left, noticing that a few rank 4 humans were fighting.
After Auric’s announcement, the government had added four more rank 4 agents to protect Natalia.

"Sandals..." One guy turned around and saw normal sandals fall to the ground.
"!!!" The leader widened his eyes and turned back to Natalia, who turned out to be the one throwing the sandals. "You..."
"I always wanted my son to do something bad so that I could punish him. You know? My bucket list as a mother is tossing my slippers at my son. Too bad that he’s such a good kid that I can’t even raise my voice at him. However..."
A six-winged angel suddenly appeared behind Natalia. This avatar suddenly started to disperse like energy, flowing into Natalia’s body.
Six angelic wings then emerged on her back. Her black hair turned blond. The pressure emanating from her body intensified.

"You can come down now." Natalia smiled, looking at Maya.
Maya didn’t dare to do anything but follow her instructions.
"Auric told me to come here..." Maya reported.
On the other hand, Natalia was waving her hand up. All the bodies that had been scattered around suddenly rose into the air and moved to a single spot, creating a small mountain.
But there was a reason to do this. Before the bodies were dumped into a single pile, their phones or anything that could be used to identify them, such as wallets, had been taken out.
’Her control of energy is so exquisite that she can even do it like telekinesis...’ Maya gulped nervously.
Suddenly, one phone rang.
"!!!" Maya widened her eyes, trying to locate the phone, but Natalia had already found it and tossed it to Maya.

Since she had given it to Maya, Maya answered the call.
"Matthew! Have you captured that bitch?"
Maya turned pale when she heard those words. She looked at Natalia, who was smiling but much more terrifying than when she had killed these people.
Natalia simply raised her thumb and waved it in front of her neck.
Maya’s body trembled and her hands were sweating. She took a deep breath before saying, "Congratulations. Death has sent you an invitation."
Natalia suddenly added, "My dear. Your teacher and the government are so reliable. Don’t worry about your mom here."
"..." Maya’s eyebrows twitched. She couldn’t help but shout in her heart, ’What teacher? What government? She’s the one who single-handedly solved the situation.’
Still, Maya chose to play along. She couldn’t imagine what would happen if she were angry.
After hanging up the call, Maya looked at Natalia. "You are... No. Nevermind."
Maya shook her head furiously, shaking the curiosity off.
