Chapter 1116: Chapter 785: Blood War Between Both Sides, Overlapping Areas_2
But he clearly doesn’t think so; after all, he is an Elf, with more information.
"Blood Silver Savior?" Kara tilted her head, "That name sounds... with a hint of power, but it ends with ’Savior’. Daring to claim such a title, that god can’t be neutral, can he? Orderly or good side?"
The title of a god isn’t casually given, it is strongly related to power, recognized by the world or the Star Realm.
A god’s title is a part of the manifestation of his power and his thoughts.
To the mortal Life, this is extremely important, it allows them to discern if this god is the existence they seek or should revere.
"Not just any existence can take on the title of Savior, it signifies a struggle against ’end’ and a promise to ’continuation’.
Aryan’s tone carried a hint of certainty.
"The chaotic Evil God wouldn’t, nor do they deserve such a respectful name. Those neutral wavering guys less so, they’re all indifferent fools. If that space turbulence is his handiwork... perhaps it’s not a bad thing."
For all Life participating in the Blood War.
Most gods on the Chaos side can only be enemies, while those gods on the neutral side are fence-sitting bastards.
Can those participating in the Blood War be expected to be pacifists? They’re all extremists.
Almost all are revenge-driven folks; only by blood for blood, eye for an eye, can their anger be cleansed.
To them, those neutral guys are just bastards, gods too.
Of course, they won’t say so out loud, but they definitely curse them in their hearts.
And gods on the Order side, especially those whose titles carry a certain iron-blood flavor, are all active participants in the Blood War.
Grom snorted out a sulfur-scented hot breath, his massive form seemed to straighten a bit, a flicker of mixed suspicion and hope in his eyes.
"Hey, if it’s really a powerful god on our side, that would be great! Let those damned demon bastards taste the feeling of being crushed!"
"Maybe... maybe we can actually push the battle lines forward in this hellish place?" His rough hand unconsciously gripped the handle of the War Axe on his knee, as if already seeing the heavy Weapon cleaving through the Demon ranks.
The last time they pushed the battle lines, who knows how far back it would have to be traced.
In recent years, they’ve even been at a disadvantage all along.
It’s somewhat annoying.
Karas didn’t respond immediately, only once again cast a sharp gaze to the strange overlapped time-space in the northwest, then slowly swept over the shadows of Demons stirring outside the fortress below.
Deep in his dark pupils, there also seemed to ignite a faint spark called hope.
Of course, he doesn’t expect anything like victory in the Blood War.
But the more Demons die, the better, he’d be happy unto death.
Outside the massive shadow cast by the Blood War Fortress, the scorched earth looked like a festering sore.
There was no Order here, only boiling malice and endless mutual crushing.
This is the outermost part of the battlefield center.
The camp where the Demons gather.
A small group of Demons of various forms gathered around a Desecration Campfire ignited with twisted limbs and broken Weapons, the flames sickly green and purple.
A Batwing Demon with tattered bat wings was using sharp claws to tear a still convulsing arm off a timid Demon, viscous pus blood dripped from its chin, corroding the ground with a hiss.
It screeched incoherently, its content illogical, just pure pain noise.
Next to it, a cunning little Demon jumped around, trying to steal a small piece of shimmering Soul Crystal hanging from the waist of a large, Lava Cracks-covered War Demon.
The War Demon’s massive hoof, burning with evil flames, impatiently stomped, the ground cracked, almost sending the little Demon flying, eliciting a string of vicious yet meaningless curses.
"Southeast!"
An Eye Demon covered in eyes hovered in mid-air, a few eye stalks randomly pointing at the region of time distortion northwest of the Blood War Fortress, its voice like countless overlapping whispers.
"Space is overlapping! Interesting, another god! Then you shall become the graveyard for Demons, go on, be eaten, until even bones cannot be spat out." It suddenly burst into a frenzy of laughter, several eyes turning excitedly, while others showed pure fear.
Eye Demon, this Eye Demon, is the elite among Eye Demons, able to predict some future possibilities from the area it constantly observes.
These possibilities are hazy, unclear, but allow these inherently Fragile Eye Demons to avoid danger.
"Graveyard?!" A muscle-bound, double-headed, four-armed Frenzy Demon roared, its two heads biting at each other’s necrotic flesh on the neck, spraying filthy black blood, only stopping in the next second due to a shared angry target.
"Who?! Who dares create a Demon graveyard on the Abyss’s turf?! Coward! Only knows to hide." It wildly swung rusty Giant Axe and Nail Hammer with its four arms, causing rubble to fly on the ground.
"Heard from the escaped Demons, there’s a god inside, isn’t there also a dumb dog here with us?" came another voice hissing from a Shadow Demon almost merged with the environment.
"It’s said that that god’s title is ’Blood Silver Savior’." Its words were laced with provocation.
"God?!" The Frenzy Demon’s two heads simultaneously erupted into deafening laughter, saliva mixed with black blood dripping, "Another self-righteous fool! Wants to be a Savior?! This is the Blood Battle! The Abyss! Only Chaos and Death here! Order? Salvation? Pah! Just the lies of cowards!"
One of its heads suddenly turned toward that overlapping space area, eyes burning with mad, chaotic flames, "A young godling hiding in the shell of space? Such a coward should die!"
It suddenly stood up, its massive form casting ominous Shadows, four arms lifted high with Weapons, issuing a soul-tearing roar toward that twisted region:
"Come, little brats! Follow me! Let that hiding ’Savior’ taste true Abyssal war! Rip that space’s tattered cloak! Pull out that young godling’s guts as ribbons of victory! For the Abyss’s eternal Chaos! Kill!!!"
Around, a large number of low-level Demons cheered madly, making the whole camp even more chaotic and disorderly.
Amidst such furious shouting.
This nearly senseless, brain-damaged by the Blood Battle battlefield madman, led a group of crazy Demons towards there.
The few Demons who had just stirred his crazy lust stood silently, watching this troop march away.
"How long do you think they can last?" the Shadow Demon asked slyly, its voice raspy and grating.
"You marked him?"
The Demons who went in earlier didn’t even spew out the dregs, it’s difficult to judge how long they stayed inside.
The Shadow Demon didn’t speak but looked at the Eye Demon.
The Eye Demon nodded.
Its entire body swayed, for it had no head; its body was its head.
"That dumb dog only possessed Weak Divine Power, so this god should correspondingly also be Weak Divine Power, not enough to recognize that just a life fluctuation detecting mark."
"Then bet on it, see how long it lasts, bet with Soul Stones but top quality ones, don’t bring out your trashy stuff."
These Demons played with their fellow’s lives for amusement and fun, but no one cared, perhaps even those Demons treated as playthings didn’t care.
This is Abyss Demons, ultimate Chaos and disorder, following their own instincts and will, wantonly doing any crazy thing.
"The Abyss’s will is wriggling, soon it will descend upon us, then we’ll go to the overlapping space, directly facing godly Power."
The Eye Demon muttered, seeming to see such a possibility.
"But when that space fully overlaps, we’ll naturally see the scene inside."
Currently, it’s still in the process of overlapping, hence the unclear box-like situation inside.
Once overlapping completes.
Both regions will directly manifest, naturally without any concealing ability.
Unless using Magic to create a shield isolating external probing, but that’s meaningless, Abyssal Chaos prevents such isolating shields from functioning.
Though they revel in Chaos, enjoying their fellow’s death as fun.
They also know soon they’ll have to attack there.
Current entertainment also serves as a way to gather intelligence.
