Chapter 419: Chapter 420 : Submission

Victoria’s laughter faded into something sharper.

Her eyes locked onto him.

"Then let’s see how you handle that..."

She suddenly stomped her foot down.

The impact cracked the already fractured earth beneath her heel. A shockwave rippled outward in a circular blast, shattering stone and sending jagged slabs of the decayed ground rising several feet before crashing back down.

"Take this," she said coldly. "Let’s see how you handle that."

The earth split open.

Not in thin cracks.

In massive ruptures.

From beneath the ground, something moved.

Three colossal forms began rising—slowly at first, forcing their way through layers of broken stone.

The first monster emerged with a thunderous roar. Its massive body was built from jagged black rock, glowing green veins pulsing through its cracks like molten energy. Emerald eyes burned beneath broken horns, and its enormous stone claws could cleave through steel. Each step shook the ground.

The second followed, tall and armored in sharp blue crystal. Frost mist coiled around it, and pale-blue eyes gleamed from within its icy frame. Every step froze the earth before shattering it into fragments.

The third rose last—gold and darkness fused together. Metallic scales gleamed across its body, edged with faint black flames. Twin horns curved back like scythes, and molten fangs glowed within its mouth. Heat rippled through the air as the ground beneath it scorched and cracked.

Each one was the size of a building.

Their shadows swallowed Alex completely.

The ground trembled violently as they turned toward him.

Then they charged.

Their footsteps alone created craters. Their roars tore through the sky. Massive claws tore through the air as they lunged to rip him apart.

Alex looked up at them.

He sighed lightly.

"You truly underestimate me, lady."

He rolled his shoulders once.

"Let me show you a fraction of the strength I possess."

In a blur—

He vanished.

Not upward.

Forward.

The first monster’s claw came down.

It never reached the ground.

A thunderous impact exploded from its chest.

Alex’s fist had embedded itself deep into its rocky torso.

For a split second—

Nothing happened.

Then the entire upper half of the creature detonated from the inside out.

Stone, energy, bone—obliterated by raw physical force.

Alex twisted midair.

He didn’t draw his sword.

He didn’t use death energy.

Just his body.

He kicked off the falling debris and launched himself toward the second beast.

It roared and swung its massive arm.

Alex met it head-on.

His fist collided with the crystalline armor.

The sound that followed was deafening.

The monster’s arm shattered instantly.

Cracks spread across its entire body like spiderwebs.

Then—

It exploded into fragments of blue crystal.

Before the debris even finished falling—

Alex was already in front of the third.

The horned giant opened its molten jaws to swallow him whole.

Alex stepped into its reach.

Pulled his arm back.

And punched straight through its skull.

The back of the monster’s head burst outward in a violent spray of golden-black energy.

Its colossal body froze for half a second—

Then collapsed and disintegrated.

Silence fell.

Alex landed lightly on the broken ground.

Dust and debris rained down around him.

He brushed his knuckles casually.

Victoria’s mouth hung open.

"How..."

Her voice trembled faintly.

"How could someone possess that much raw power..."

Alex glanced up at her.

"See? Easy peasy."

Victoria slowly smiled.

"It doesn’t matter how powerful you are."

Her eyes glowed.

"Restore."

The shattered remains of the three monsters began vibrating.

Fragments of stone, crystal, and molten scale lifted from the ground.

They reassembled.

Bone fused back together.

Armor reformed.

Claws regrew.

Within seconds—

All three monsters stood again.

Whole.

Intact.

Their massive eyes glared down at Alex with renewed fury.

Victoria’s voice echoed.

"It doesn’t matter how many times you kill them. They will stand back up."

Alex stared at them for a moment.

Then sighed.

"Whatever. Now you’re boring."

The sword in his hand began glowing brighter.

Not violently.

Precisely.

A steady radiance that hummed with structured power.

"Let’s end this."

He lifted the blade.

Then—

He slashed.

Not at the monsters.

At space itself.

The air in front of him split like fabric being cut.

A straight tear carved through reality and passed directly through the three towering beasts.

They froze.

Then—

Their bodies separated cleanly in a blink.

Each one cut down instantly.

Victoria narrowed her eyes.

The monsters’ bodies began attempting to regenerate.

Fragments trembled.

Energy tried to reconnect.

But something was wrong.

The power surrounding them became unstable.

Their forms flickered violently.

The green, blue, and gold energies clashed chaotically.

Then—

Boom.

All three exploded simultaneously, torn apart by their own unstable power.

Victoria’s eyes sharpened.

Alex looked at her calmly.

"Now, my soon-to-be slave..."

He tilted his head slightly. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶

"Tell me what just happened."

Victoria’s teeth ground together.

"You...You.."

Her gaze snapped to the sword in his hand.

Her voice trembled with fury.

"How dare you use my own powers against me."

Alex chuckled.

"Bulls-eye."

He looked down at the sword thoughtfully.

"The fragment Kaelith possesses governs order and stability."

He rotated the blade slightly, watching the light ripple along its edge.

"For everything to function properly... stability is essential."

He lifted his eyes toward her.

"If someone’s energy becomes unstable..."

He snapped his fingers lightly.

"Boom."

"They explode because of the very thing that made them strong."

Victoria muttered under her breath.

"Damn you, Kaelith..."

In the next instant—

Both of them vanished.

The sky erupted.

Explosions detonated midair.

Shockwaves tore through clouds of decayed energy. Impacts collided faster than sight could follow. The sky cracked with every exchange.

Victoria unleashed the full force of the Law of Destruction.

Blades of annihilation. Waves of collapsing force. Spears of cursed energy that ripped through space.

Alex countered every single one.

Death energy swallowed her attacks.

The Law of Order stabilized the surrounding chaos, neutralizing her distortions before they could spread.

Their clash was relentless.

Then—

For a fraction of a second—Victoria’s cursed energy spiraled out of control.

The Law of Order pressed down on her, disrupting the flow of her power. For the briefest instant, her powers got out of control, turning unstable.

That single flaw was enough.

Alex appeared in front of her.

His hand shot forward and grabbed her neck.

Her eyes widened.

Before she could regain control—

His fist slammed into her gut.

The impact compressed the air.

Her body folded around the punch.

Then she was launched downward like a meteor.

She crashed into the ground with catastrophic force.

A massive crater formed, stone and dust erupting skyward.

Alex descended slowly.

Within the crater—

Victoria lay embedded in the fractured earth.

Her body broken.

But—

Law of restoration pulsed around her.

Her bones reassembled.

Her flesh healed.

Within seconds she stood again.

Whole.

But her breathing was uneven.

But Her mind was spinning as she refused to believe the outcome.

"It can’t be..."

Her hands grabbed her hair, pulling violently.

"I am losing... to a human?"

She screamed.

"No! I can’t lose! Never... never again!"

Cursed energy spiraled around her wildly.

Unstable.

Violent.

The entire world began shaking as if an earthquake was tearing it apart.

Then—

SCHLK.

A clean sound.

Her arm separated from her body.

Again.

It fell to the ground.

Alex stood before her, sword lowered.

He slowly bent down.

Picked up her severed arm.

Victoria’s eyes widened in horror.

"What are you doing..."

Her voice cracked.

"Give it back... No... No... No... don’t do that..."

Her breathing grew frantic.

"It’s mine. Give it back!"

Alex’s mask tilted slightly downward.

A menacing smile formed beneath it.

He looked at the sword in his hand.

"Kaelith... absorb it."

The blade hummed as if confused.

Alex continued.."Absorb it and you will attain another fragment. The power of another law."

Victoria screamed.

"NO! GIVE IT BACK THIS INSTANT!"

Her voice broke.

"PLEASE! I GIVE UP!"
