Chapter 1291: Eternal Blood Space

Tasman shook his head. He would leave such arrangements to Souta and simply fulfill his own role.

"Angus, come here," he called out.

A few seconds later, a man appeared before Tasman.

It was Angus, the Prince of the Everlasting Kingdom.

Angus knelt respectfully and asked, "What is it, Father? Is there anything I can do for you?"

Tasman looked deeply at his son for a moment before nodding.

"You’ve reached the Seventh Shackle Realm. That’s good. Naturally, you now qualify to occupy a seat. Follow me, and you’ll meet the higher-ups of the Blood Realm."

Angus raised his head in surprise.

"Higher-ups? You mean...?"

"Yes, the central and core figures of the Blood Realm," Tasman replied with a nod.

Angus had been in the Blood Realm for quite some time, and he had also participated in the plan to take over the Tarrant Nation. Therefore, he understood many things about the Blood Realm.

First of all, the Blood Realm had been created by Realm Lord Souta, using the Land of Vanko and the Land of Reem as its foundation.

Then there was the matter of territories.

Previously, the rulers of the Land of Vanko had been known as Sovereigns, while those of the Land of Reem were called Rulers.

These Sovereigns and Rulers had formed connections with the cores, granting them powerful dream abilities and territories under their command.

However, the positions of Sovereign and Ruler were abolished after the Realm Lord unified the two lands.

With his strength as an Eighth Shackle Realm expert, King Tasman naturally earned a seat among the Blood Realm’s higher-ups.

This region became Tasman’s territory.

He named it the Everlasting Land. Although it spanned only fifteen kilometers in diameter, it was more than sufficient for its current population. Compared to the Everlasting Kingdom in the real world, the territory was small, but only a handful of its people were qualified to enter the Blood Realm.

After all, many of the Everlasting Kingdom’s elites had perished during the calamity.

Those who lacked sufficient strength were unable to enter the Blood Realm and could only remain in the Everlasting Kingdom.

With that, Angus and Tasman departed.

...

Soon, they arrived in an area of darkness.

Tasman and Angus stood within the vast space. Looking around, Angus saw countless lights flickering like stars scattered across the void.

At the center floated two black holes, revolving around each other. Circular bands of light surrounded them as though they were being sealed within an invisible cage. The bands extended both upward and downward, distorting the surrounding space and creating the illusion that reality itself was bending.

"This is the core of the Blood Realm. Although the Realm Lord’s power has already transcended the core, it still serves an important purpose. After all, it possesses tremendous power and remains one of the foundations of the Blood Realm," Tasman explained.

He then turned to Angus.

"Let’s go."

The two approached the twin black holes, stopping just before them as they sensed the immense power emanating from the core.

"It also serves as a gateway to the Eternal Blood Space, where the gathering will take place."

Angus nodded at his father’s explanation.

Although he had already reached the Seventh Shackle Realm, merely standing before the core allowed him to feel an overwhelming pressure bearing down on him.

"Come. Stand closer, and don’t resist its power, or you’ll suffer greatly. In the worst-case scenario, you’ll die."

Tasman stepped forward and pointed at the circular bands stretching above and below the twin black holes.

"Do you see those bands? They are manifestations of the Realm Lord’s power. That’s why I’m warning you not to resist as you approach the core. Otherwise, you’ll trigger a backlash from that power." He paused before adding in a solemn voice, "And before that power... you can only die."

Angus followed his father. As the immense energy enveloped his entire body, he closed his eyes and offered no resistance.

Ohm!!

Angus felt the space around him twist.

When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a completely different place.

This was the place his father had spoken of.

The Eternal Blood Space.

Suddenly, Angus turned his head as an incredible force descended upon him, threatening to crush his body.

"Argh!!"

His limbs twisted under the overwhelming pressure, and he frantically circulated his energy to resist the crushing force.

His vision filled with strange patterns and distorted shapes.

"Entering this space creates such terrifying pressure... I can endure it, but it won’t be easy."

Angus gritted his teeth as his mana pool pumped vast amounts of energy throughout his body.

Then someone grabbed his wrist and pulled him away.

Whooosh!!

Angus’s eyes widened as the crushing force instantly disappeared.

Turning his head, he saw that it was his father who had rescued him.

"That’s the effect of entering the Eternal Blood Space," Tasman explained. "The crushing force is the result of crossing its boundary. Anyone below the Seventh Shackle Realm would be crushed to death. Since you’ve only recently broken through to the Seventh Shackle Realm, you’re still vulnerable to its effects."

He paused briefly before continuing.

"This Eternal Blood Space is a dreamscape created by the Realm Lord. It is connected to the core and serves as one of the foundations of the Blood Realm."

Angus let out a deep breath as he listened to his father’s explanation.

He hadn’t expected the transition into the Eternal Blood Space to be so dangerous.

Just how much has the Realm Lord’s strength increased?

He had met Souta when the latter was still a Fourth Stage Monster.

But now...

The gap between them had become unimaginably vast.

"Look."

Angus lifted his head and gazed ahead.

An enormous golden circular platform floated in the air.

Surrounding the platform were dozens of majestic thrones arranged in a vast circle. Above them stood an even grander row of thrones, each larger and positioned higher than the last.

Beyond them, white clouds stretched endlessly in every direction.

At the very center, suspended above all the other thrones, was a single throne that dwarfed the rest.

It was forged from radiant gold. Its armrests were carved into the shapes of skulls, while its towering backrest bore the symbol of a moon.

Above that majestic throne hung a colossal moon.

Its size rivaled that of a planet, its silvery radiance illuminating the entire Eternal Blood Space.

"This is...?"

Angus stared in awe.

It was the first time he had ever witnessed such a magnificent place.

Words failed to describe what he was feeling.

"This is the Eternal Blood Space, the gathering place of the Blood Realm, the Blood Thrones." Tasman said with a smile.

"From now on, all meetings of the Blood Realm’s higher-ups will be held here."

He pointed toward the lower thrones surrounding the platform.

"Those are our seats. Only experts who have reached the Seventh or Eighth Shackle Realm are qualified to occupy them. For monsters, only those at the Initial Fifth Stage or Intermediate Fifth Stage are eligible."

Those were the lower seats of the Blood Realm.

The experts who occupied them were granted the honorific Light Oracle before their names. Thus, Angus would be known as Light Oracle Angus, while Tasman, as an Eighth Shackle Realm expert, would be addressed as Dark Oracle Tasman.

The title Dark Oracle was reserved for those among the lower seats who had reached the Eighth Shackle Realm or the Intermediate Fifth Stage.

As for the upper seats, those positioned above the lower seats, they bore the title of Blood Saint.

They were reserved for beings who had reached the Ninth Shackle Realm or the Advanced Fifth Stage.

It was a mark of respect bestowed upon those who wielded extraordinary power.

Such individuals were not to be addressed by name alone. Their titles reflected both their status and their strength within the Blood Realm.

And finally, above every other seat stood the throne of the Realm Lord.

There was only one.

It was reserved solely for the ruler and creator of the Blood Realm.

Angus raised his head and gazed at the majestic throne suspended high above.

"The Realm Lord’s throne..." he muttered in awe.

"Let’s go," Tasman said as he led his son forward.

The two made their way toward the lower seats.

Tasman found his assigned throne, while Angus continued looking around.

When Angus finally found his own seat, he realized it was some distance away from his father’s.

The two exchanged a nod before taking their respective seats.

Ohm!!

A figure appeared in the air.

Tasman turned his head slightly and saw that it was an old demi with thick murderous intent around him.

It was Franklin.

Without paying attention to anyone else, Franklin calmly walked toward his assigned seat. He sat down, closed his eyes, and remained silent.

’That’s... Sir Franklin!’

Angus immediately recognized him.

Franklin was well known throughout the Blood Realm, having been one of the very first people to follow the Realm Lord during his early days.
