’He’s been acting awkward since I forced him to grope the twins’ Although Charles was acting normal I could easily notice how stiff he was whenever he talked.

"Very soft" I don’t know what came over me but I decided to tease the old butler for some reason.

"Thank you" Yet Kaiden just shamelessly nodded at me before walking over and taking a seat on the couch.

"If I have to talk to one more greedy merchant I’m going to off myself" He brushed his hand through his hair dramatically with the expression of a wounded animal.

"If they weren’t scared of you it would be much worse" Kaiden let out a deep sigh while kicking his feet up on the table in front of him.

"You’re welcome" I sat up from my desk and walked over to the couch while giving him a shameless smile of my own.

"Screw you bastard" Kaiden just glared at me as I took a seat across from him on the comfy cushion of the couch.

"Please show some respect" I wasn’t the one to respond though as a black haired young man stepped into the office.

"You’re speaking to the emperor" My loyal subordinate Kai who came in our direction gave Kaiden a look of clear distaste.

"Oh it’s the suck up" Kaiden sneered at Kai who just calmly rolled his eyes in response to the insult.

"I don’t know how you put up with this guy" Kaiden looked at me while gesturing toward him with his finger.

"He literally has zero backbone" The blond haired man said with a chuckle causing Kai to scoff in response.

"Your insults are nothing but childish" My number one Loyal subordinate looked at Kaiden like he was staring at a child.

"Both of you stop it" I interrupted before they could go further since I knew how much they disliked each other.

"Yes your majesty" Kai responded back respectfully while Kaiden groaned and made a face of disgusting in front of me.

"Yes your~" Kaiden started to mimic Kai’s voice but stopped once he noticed me staring at him with a smile on my face.

"I still have four more meetings today anyway" The blond haired man pushed himself off the couch with a sigh.

"How about you go in my place Kai since I’m childish and can’t handle such responsibility" Kaiden suggested with a polite smile as he looked toward Kai.

"No" Kai though immediately responded with a blank expression on his face and even rolled his eyes once more.

"This isn’t fair" Kaiden locked his jaw at the instant rejection and looked toward me with eyes full of pleading.
