Chapter 15: Stacey’s Boyfriend
While Max drifted off to lalaland, Cassie was inside preparing for her interview. Her reason for coming to Brookshire wasn’t entirely because of Stacey’s coaxing. Yes, she wanted to see her friend, but the most important thing was getting a job in a field she loved.
She had been scrounging through the internet, applying to every and any job that had to do with interior architecture and spatial design. She was lucky enough to receive a few replies.
Taking advantage of the fact that it was Sunday and she had nothing to do. She steamed her clothes to ensure they were wrinkle-free and hung them up in the closet. Her hand smoothed the outfit. A simple black blazer with a white blouse and a black knee-length skirt.
She silently touched her butt. She was blessed with a large posterior, and it did cause some inconvenience. The first thing people usually saw wasn’t her face, which should be the first thing they see, but her ass.
While Cassie was contemplating whether she needed to find something else to wear, Stacey was on her way to her boyfriend’s place.
The term boyfriend here should be used loosely. It’s more like a rich guy she fools around with. She met him at work. He wined and dined her, pretending she was the love of his life.
But Stacey wasn’t so naive. He could fool some women with his tricks, but not her.
That didn’t mean she didn’t enjoy the experience; she did. But what she enjoyed more was meeting more influential men. While the man, her ’boyfriend’, was rich, he had richer friends.
Right now, she knew for a fact, through her own contacts, that he and his friends were at his villa having a good time. And by good time, she meant they had girls over. She was most certain that her ’boyfriend’ had some woman he was trying to impress.
Her job was to pop in unannounced, trying to surprise her boyfriend. If she found him cheating, she would claim she could do the same, drag one of his friends into a kiss, and then go from there.
The worst that could happen is that he says no. It didn’t matter if they called her slut or whore. If they didn’t take the bait, someone else would.
Working at the club, she had seen too many young masters chasing women. With her figure, he wasn’t the first, and he certainly wouldn’t be the last.
Stacey could admit she liked the thrill of the chase. When the chase was over, it was time to cut them loose. As for how, that wasn’t up to them; it was up to her.
Using the keycard he gave her, she easily got into the villa area. It still amazed her; he would be willing to give out something that gives access to his residence so easily.
The property management helped her get to the apartment using the area’s electric vehicle, since she didn’t drive.
Inwardly, she couldn’t help clicking her tongue. It was definitely nice to be rich. She gave him a nice tip despite his resistance. She stepped off and walked up to the door.
She didn’t know the door code, so she could only ring the bell.
The expected butler didn’t come to the door; instead, she saw a young man, topless, in a pair of swim trunks. His hair was ruffled. His gaze was flamboyant.
Stacey clocked him as another rich playboy looking for a good time.
As Stacey took him in, he did the same.
"Who are you?" he asked.
"The girl from your wet dreams," Stacey answered cheekily.
He raised a brow and leaned against the door. His eyes scanned her body. He saw the trench coat she was wearing and reached out. Stacey swatted his hand away and he laughed.
"Aren’t you here to fulfil my wet dreams?"
Stacey leaned forward. "Maybe later." She winked. Then, putting aside her playfulness, she said. "I’m actually here to see Malcolm. Is he here?"
"Yeah, what do you want to see him for?"
"He’s my boyfriend." She emphasized the word ’boyfriend.’ She may not believe it, but that doesn’t mean others can’t.
"Well, shit," he said, a cocky grin spreading across his face.
This guy’s up to something, she thought.
"Come on in," he said. "I’m Noah, by the way."
Stacey walked into the villa. "Nice to meet you, Noah. So where’s Malcolm?"
"I’ll take you to him."
As they approached the living room. Laughter and shouts became more audible. When they saw Noah walk back in with Stacey. They went silent for a beat.
"Yo, Noah, where’d you find this one? She’s got a rack on her."
Stacey’s eyes met a guy with bleached blonde hair and a devil-may-care attitude.
"She’s Malcolm’s girlfriend."
A resounding chorus of ’oh shit’ and ’damn’ filled the room. There were other females in the room. When they heard that Stacey was Malcolm’s girlfriend, their eyes darted towards the stairs. Stacey followed their gaze.
A smile crept onto her features. "Is he upstairs?"
"Yeah," Noah said. "Let me show you the way."
As he walked past the others, he flashed them a grin. They followed behind him. The look of anticipation on their faces was almost laughable.
Stacey looked at them, confused. "Why do you all look like you’re watching a show?"
The smile on Noah’s face disappeared. "No, no, we just didn’t expect Malcolm to have a girlfriend. He never told us about you."
He spoke as they went upstairs. " How long have you two been together?"
"Not long," Stacey replied. "Just a few months."
They approached the top of the stairs when they heard it. Stacey narrowed her eyes and turned to Noah. "Are you sure Malcolm is up here?"
"He’s up here. Trust me." Once again, he turned to the people behind them.
Stacey heard their snickers. She knew they were waiting to watch the show. A broken-hearted girl who cries and runs away.
The moans were becoming more obvious as they walked. They stopped in front of a door. The moans spilling from the door were audible.
Stacey bit her lip, her eyes downcast. She reached out to touch the handle but stopped short, her hand trembling.
"Need help?" Noah asked.
Without waiting for her response, he reached for the door and pushed it open.
What came before their eyes was a sight to behold. The smell of sex and sweat hit them first. Then the image of Malcolm and a woman she had never seen before, naked, in bed.
He had one hand fisted in her hair, pulling her back, another hand on her breast; he was biting his lip and pounding away inside her. He didn’t even stop when the door opened.
Stacey saw it all. She stood there frozen, unmoving.
Cheers rang out behind her. Only then did she move, finally registering what was happening.
"Hey, Malcolm, your girlfriend’s here."
Only then did his stride falter. Still buried in the woman, he looked over and saw Stacey. Her mouth was open, and her face was pale.
"I guess we’re breaking up?" He said it so plainly as if he didn’t recognize who she was.
A single tear fell. She clenched her fist. They were watching. They wanted to see her break down. She wouldn’t give them the satisfaction. She wiped away the tears, turned, and walked out of the villa.
