The conversation between Flossie Wright and Becca Reyes didn’t last long. After all, her viewpoint was straightforward and clear, leaving no room for negotiation or hesitation. After promising Flossie, Becca left without any formalities or goodbyes to Janice Wood in the sickroom. At the same time, Flossie didn’t linger in the corridor and turned to go to Janice’s sickroom.

As soon as she stepped outside, Mia couldn’t wait to make a call to Neal Thompson.
"Mia, what’s happened?"
Neal happened to be free and answered the phone quickly. However, seeing the caller ID, she already had a rough idea about what had happened.

The more Mia pried, the more restless she became. Now that she had run into Flossie once again, naturally, she couldn’t wait to call Neal to inquire about Flossie, hoping she had no connection whatsoever with Glenn.
