Chapter 263: The Ruin Princess Arrives
While Sona continued to stare at him with an unreadable, slightly irritated gaze, Finn blinked slowly. He calmly placed his empty noodle bowl on the table, wiped his lips with a linen napkin, and called for his Queen and lover.
"Akeno. Come here."
"Yes, Finn-sama~?"
Akeno appeared instantly, smiling sweetly as she gracefully walked to his side, her hips swaying alluringly under her traditional Japanese casual wear.
"Why did you let her inside?" Finn asked, keeping his voice low. He didn’t actively hate Sona Sitri, but he certainly didn’t consider their relationship to be particularly warm.
"But, she is your friend, isn’t she?" Akeno asked softly, tilting her head with perfect innocence.
"...She isn’t exactly a friend. We are just acquaintances who recently argued," Finn corrected.
What exactly was his relationship with Sona? If he had to classify it, it was a volatile mix of mutual respect and ideological annoyance.
"Then there is absolutely no problem letting an esteemed acquaintance inside, right?" Akeno blinked her violet eyes, completely dodging his question.
"...Are you actively trying to tease me right now?" Finn narrowed his eyes, wondering what complex, degenerate scheme his Queen was brewing.
"I am not," Akeno sighed softly, placing a warm hand on his shoulder. "I am simply thinking about your political future, Finn-sama."
"...What do you mean by that?" Finn asked, genuinely confused.
"I mean, as the sole heir to a High-Class Devil Pillar, you are eventually required to secure an official wife, correct?"
"...Unfortunately, yes," Finn nodded slowly.
"Then, isn’t Sona-sama an incredibly good candidate?" Akeno leaned in closer. "She is beautiful, highly intelligent, and boasts an impeccable High-Class pedigree."
"...."
Finn stared at his Queen, completely speechless.
There were many things he wanted to say, but strategically, he couldn’t deny Akeno’s logic. Sona was a highly optimal choice for a wife. She was a pureblood High-Class Devil with immense administrative talent. While her chest was undeniably on the flatter side, she possessed incredibly long, flawless legs. More importantly, her cold, strict eyes held a very specific, sharp allure.
Finn imagined the immense satisfaction of breaking that strict, disciplinary facade—watching those cold, judgmental eyes completely melt into a heavy, flushed, desperately lewd gaze underneath him.
Yeah... I am definitely not a masochist, Finn thought pragmatically. I just enjoy breaking the unbreakable. However, he still didn’t trust Akeno’s sudden matchmaking agenda. "What exactly are you planning?"
Knowing she couldn’t hide her true motives from the man she loved, Akeno leaned down and whispered hotly against his ear. "Sona-sama is incredibly ambitious and remarkably strict, correct?"
"She is," Finn nodded. He knew the immense burden Sona carried. As the heiress of the Sitri Family, she couldn’t just casually delegate her duties like Rias Gremory did. Sona personally oversaw the Sitri Clan’s massive medical empire, educational facilities, and human-world real estate holdings.
In fact, the Sitri Family’s operational structure was the closest thing to Finn’s own corporate empire. While Finn aggressively invested in literally anything that generated massive liquid capital—from instant noodles to aerospace materials—the Sitri Clan was highly conservative, focusing entirely on ’soft power’ like medical technology, education, and entertainment.
Their entertainment division was terrifyingly profitable, mostly thanks to Sona’s older sister, Serafall Leviathan, and her absurdly popular Magical Girl Levia-tan television franchise. It was incredibly silly, but the merchandising revenue was astronomical. Furthermore, because Serafall handled Foreign Affairs for the Underworld, the Sitri family possessed a massive geopolitical advantage.
The Gremory family, by contrast, focused heavily on luxury tourism. It was highly profitable—and incredibly useful for laundering dark money—but it lacked the sheer systemic influence of the Sitri medical monopoly.
Regardless, whether it was Rias or Sona, Finn generally preferred to avoid them. They were the pampered little sisters of the two absolute strongest Devils in existence. The sheer amount of political baggage attached to them was a nightmare.
"Because she is so incredibly busy..." Akeno whispered, her voice dropping into a husky, wet purr, "...won’t she be forced to leave you alone all the time to manage her territory?"
"Well..." Finn looked at Akeno strangely. Why was she so happy about the prospect of his hypothetical wife neglecting him?
"If your official wife is always away on business," Akeno smiled, her eyes swirling with a dark, deeply lewd excitement, "then that means we will have all the time in the world to be together, Finn-sama~. We can do whatever we want, whenever we want, right under her nose."
"....." Finn pinched the bridge of his nose.
He finally understood her absolute, degenerate genius. By actively pushing him to marry a workaholic like Sona, Akeno was securing her own absolute dominance in his daily life. Legally, Sona would hold the title of ’Wife.’ But functionally, behind the closed doors of their estate, Akeno would remain his true, undivided partner.
His Queen was terrifyingly cunning.
Before Finn could formulate a response, Akeno completely ignored him and walked gracefully toward Sona.
"Please, come sit down, Sona-sama," Akeno offered a flawless, polite bow. "Would you prefer tea or coffee? Also, Finn-sama might look a bit grumpy right now, but I assure you, he is incredibly happy you came all this way to visit him."
"Happy?" Sona pushed her glasses up the bridge of her nose, her strict eyes sweeping over Finn’s deadpan expression. "Yes. I can clearly see the overwhelming joy on his face."
"...."
Finn mentally sighed. Was he genuinely happy she showed up unannounced at his private estate in Chengdu? Or did she just use him as an excuse to travel to China to see the pandas?
"I would like tea, please," Sona added politely.
"Right away. Please wait just a moment, I will bring out some traditional snacks for you to enjoy. In the meantime, please feel free to catch up with Finn-sama~."
Akeno winked playfully at Finn before walking away. As she left, she deliberately swayed her hips, putting her soft, heavy curves on full display, practically daring him to drag her back to the bedroom despite their exhausting, incredibly wild session the night before.
Sona watched the Queen leave before turning back to Finn. "She is your Queen?"
"She is," Finn nodded, seamlessly dropping back into his polite, corporate persona. "She might act a bit playful, but her magical potential is genuinely terrifying."
He didn’t want Sona assuming he had simply reincarnated as a busty girl just to keep a personal concubine on hand.
"I am well aware. Don’t worry about that," Sona replied smoothly, taking a seat across from him.
Sona knew the basic intelligence. Finn and Akeno had been deeply bonded since childhood. Finn had aggressively shielded her and reincarnated her the absolute second he obtained his Evil Pieces. Ever since Finn publicly crushed Issei, Sona had used Sitri’s intelligence networks to dig into Finn’s background.
His history was absolutely fascinating. It made perfect sense why she hadn’t known much about him until the wedding. Unlike the other flashy, arrogant young heirs who wasted their time attending high-society parties, Finn was entirely off the grid, actively building a terrifying corporate monopoly in the human world.
If Sona was being entirely honest with herself, she wasn’t completely sure why she had traveled to Chengdu today. But when news broke of a massive, localized earthquake suddenly rocking Taipei, she felt a strange, uncharacteristic spike of panic in her chest.
When she confirmed through her sister’s channels that Finn was safely lounging in his Sichuanese estate, the immense relief she felt was entirely illogical. So, acting on a rare, impulsive whim, she had teleported here.
"I am glad you don’t hold any misunderstandings about my Peerage," Finn said, pouring them both a glass of water.
Finn knew he wasn’t exactly a generic ’good guy.’ He was a healthy, wealthy man with intense physical appetites, but his profound connection with Akeno was built on genuine, unwavering loyalty, regardless of her bizarre cuckold fetish.
"No, I don’t assume the worst of you." Sona looked directly at him, her sharp eyes studying his face. "But... why do you look so relieved that I don’t misunderstand you?"
"....."
Finn paused, his glass hovering near his lips. He stared at Sona, suddenly realizing the incredibly dangerous, slightly romantic implication of her question. Was the strict, untouchable Sitri heiress actually probing his feelings?
Before Finn could carefully navigate the political minefield of that question, the heavy wooden doors of the courtyard slid open.
Akeno stepped out, a sweet, highly amused smile on her face. "Finn-sama, it seems we have another unexpected guest."
"Another guest?"
Who the hell else would track him all the way to a private estate in central China?
Yet, when Finn and Sona turned to look at the entrance, they both froze in absolute disbelief.
"I am so sorry for dropping in on you so suddenly, Finn-kun, but I hope you don’t mind—"
Rias Gremory stepped into the courtyard, her stunning crimson hair glowing in the afternoon sun. She froze mid-sentence, her bright blue-green eyes locking directly onto Sona sitting across from Finn.
"...."
A heavy, suffocatingly awkward silence blanketed the courtyard.
Finn slowly turned his head, glancing over his shoulder at Akeno. His Queen was standing by the door, hiding an incredibly dark, deeply sadistic smile behind her serving tray.
She is an absolute menace, Finn groaned internally.
