Chapter 193: Chapter 193: An Invitation of Love
"Mm..." Su Yaoyao hummed softly, feeling her cheeks grow hot. Even though it wasn’t the first time they had all slept together, it still made her heart race every time.
On the other side of the bed, Reg twirled a lock of Su Yaoyao’s hair around his fingertip. "Yaoyao’s hair smells so good..." he murmured, his expression infatuated.
"Shh! Sister is trying to sleep," Noah said, hugging Su Yaoyao’s waist tightly as if guarding a precious treasure.
But that wasn’t enough for him. One of Noah’s tentacles quietly wrapped around Su Yaoyao’s ankle. The cool, slick sensation made her shiver slightly.
The tentacle immediately flushed a faint pink—a sign of shyness in the Octopus Clan.
"Noah!" Reg smacked the mischievous tentacle away. "No sneaking touches!"
Noah’s other tentacles curled up defensively. "I just wanted to help Sister cool down..." his voice echoed with the ethereal quality unique to the Water Clan.
Bai Lian lay quietly at the foot of the bed, his gaze never leaving Su Yaoyao’s face. When he noticed her looking at him, he gave a small smile that could melt ice and snow. "Go to sleep, Yaoyao."
Lucia was the most heart-wrenching of them all. He was curled up at Su Yaoyao’s feet like a wounded animal. "Yaoyao..." he called out softly, a hint of fragility in his voice. "My wound... I think it really hurts..."
Su Yaoyao immediately sat up, a motion that caused a stir on the bed. "Let me see the wound," she said with concern, only to be held down by five pairs of hands at once.
"Don’t move!"
"I’ll check it!"
"Let me see the wound!"
Five voices rang out almost simultaneously. Su Yaoyao didn’t know whether to laugh or cry as she looked at the group of overprotective men. "I just want to look at Lucia’s wound..."
"I’ll do it." Pani moved past the others, his slender fingers gently peeling back the bandage on Lucia’s abdomen.
His movements were professional and gentle. "The wound is a little red. It needs a fresh dressing."
Pani got off the bed. "I’ll go get the first-aid kit." His rabbit ears stood straight up in his haste.
Reg sighed, his eyes filled with worry.
’That little fox shouldn’t have come out with an injury like that,’ he thought. ’But I get it. If I were Lucia, I’d want to be by Yaoyao’s side too, even if I were covered in wounds.’
Mingye frowned at the commotion, ultimately just pulling Su Yaoyao a little closer. "Wife, you need to sleep."
Not to be outdone, Noah squeezed closer. "Sister, should I sing you to sleep? The Sea Clan’s lullabies are the best for helping you rest..."
"Just a little longer. I won’t be able to rest easy until I see Lucia’s dressing changed." Su Yaoyao’s eyes were filled with concern. She gently raised a hand, her movement so soft she seemed afraid of startling the injured Lucia. She tenderly placed her palm on his head and began to stroke it slowly, channeling a continuous stream of her warm and gentle spiritual power into him.
The spiritual power seemed to carry endless care and comfort, seeping into Lucia’s body thread by thread, dispelling the pain and discomfort from his wound.
Like a docile little animal, Lucia felt Su Yaoyao’s affectionate touch and her powerful, warm spiritual power. The brow he had furrowed in pain gradually smoothed out.
He instinctively nuzzled against her palm, his movements intimate and dependent. His small head turned gently in her hand as if to express his trust and feeling of security, and he let out a few soft whimpers from time to time, as if responding to Su Yaoyao’s silent care.
When Pani returned with the first-aid kit and had finished re-bandaging Lucia’s wound, the room finally fell quiet. The moonlight remained gentle, and the bed, though crowded, was exceptionally warm.
Su Yaoyao looked at this group of men who argued for her sake and then united for her sake, and her heart swelled with infinite tenderness.
"Yaoyao..." Pani called softly, his rabbit ear brushing against hers. "Do you really not regret choosing all of us?"
Su Yaoyao turned to look at him. In the moonlight, Pani’s eyes glittered like rubies. She reached out and caressed his cheek. "How could I ever regret it? Every single one of you is the most important person in my life."
Her words seemed to touch everyone. In the darkness, Su Yaoyao felt six pairs of hands take hold of her at once—some warm, some cool, some rough, some soft... but every pair was full of love.
"Let’s sleep," she said softly. "We still have all of tomorrow to be together."
Gradually, the breathing in the room evened out. Surrounded by the six men, Su Yaoyao felt an unprecedented sense of security and contentment.
Just as she was about to fall asleep, a soft kiss landed on her forehead, followed by a second, and a third... She couldn’t tell whose kiss was whose, only that each one was full of deep affection.
When morning light streamed through the gap in the curtains, Su Yaoyao found herself lying alone in the bed.
She sat up in confusion, noticing the lingering warmth on the sheets and the aroma of breakfast filling the air.
"Yaoyao, you’re awake!" Pani came in through the door carrying a tray. On it was a carefully prepared breakfast and a cup of steaming herbal tea. "Everyone saw you were sleeping so soundly, so we all got up quietly to prepare a surprise."
Su Yaoyao took the tray and found a note tucked under the napkin. She unfolded it and saw six different styles of handwriting:
"Love you forever" —Reg
"You are my one and only" —Mingye
"Thinking of you every minute of every second" —Bai Lian
"Please pet my ears" —Pani
"Sister is my treasure" —Noah
"I need your hug" —Lucia
Her eyes instantly welled up with tears. Seeing this, Pani immediately put down the tray and wiped her tears away with his fuzzy palm. "Don’t cry, Yaoyao. We just wanted to make you happy..."
"I am happy," Su Yaoyao said, her voice choked with emotion. "So happy I don’t know what to do."
Pani pulled her into a hug, his rabbit ears gently brushing against her cheek. "Then just enjoy it. We’ve prepared a full day of surprises for you."
In Pani’s warm embrace, Su Yaoyao’s excited heart gradually calmed down.
She looked forward to the surprising day ahead, ready to embark on one sweet, exclusive date after another with the six most important men in her life on this beautiful Coral Island.
Reg was the first to come and invite Su Yaoyao out. He wore a lightweight, sea-blue hunting outfit, which was studded with fine sea crystals that sparkled with a captivating luster in the morning light.
He bowed slightly and extended his hand to Su Yaoyao, a mysterious smile in his eyes. "Yaoyao, come with me. I’ve prepared a special gift for you."
Su Yaoyao placed her hand in Reg’s and followed him to a quiet beach behind the villa.
On the beach, an exquisite sailboat was moored, its hull painted with elaborate Sea Clan totems.
Reg led Su Yaoyao by the hand onto the sailboat. He raised the sail to catch the sea breeze, and the boat slowly headed out into the deep ocean.
