Vel´Kha´Lems roared, slamming his hand down. A shockwave of black smoke erupted, instantly destroying thousands of skeletons around them, though his eyes never left Ethan.
"What are you?!" the Lich demanded.
Ethan decided to push the gamble to the limit. He unleashed his Amethyst Eyes. If he was going to bet his life, he would do it with everything he had. When he unleashed only his Void lineage, he turned into that nightmare creature. When he unleashed the Amethyst power, a purple brilliance and aura covered him. But he had never released both at the same time; he had been too terrified to fuse them, fearing a catastrophic failure. There were no records of this fusion, no manual he could follow.
The Void lineage surged. A black hole materialized, but not in his mouth like in his nightmare form. Instead, it hovered directly above his head. His pupils shifted; the familiar vertical curves fused, forming a split line right through the center of his amethyst eyes.
Crul panicked, his voice sounding completely frantic inside Ethan’s mind as he spammed alerts to stop the process. But Ethan felt an absolute sense of freedom. He did not stop. He let the power flow wildly around his frame.
The black hole began to aggressively vacuum the shattered remains of the skeletons the Lich had just destroyed. Vel´Kha´Lems’ jaw literally dropped in sheer disbelief. He could not comprehend the reality playing out before his eyes. ’What the hell is this brat? How can he use the Void power, transform into a Void Nightmare, and devour the aura of death so effortlessly? He should have a biological limit!’
But the absolute rules of cultivation seemed to mean nothing to Ethan right now. The black hole expanded rapidly, its gravity growing so intense that even the unharmed undead further back began to be pulled toward the vortex, as if it wanted to devour the entire tomb.

Ethan unleashed a savage roar that shook the very walls of the tomb.
He blurred at an incredible speed, becoming an imperceptible streak. The air exploded around him as he threw punches into the empty space, testing the raw physical strength and spiritual density of his new realm. Each impact generated physical shockwaves that cracked the stone floor.
A laugh of pure, unbridled happiness erupted from his throat, echoing loudly through the vastness of the hall. Finally, he held the power he had sought so desperately in his hands.
