Chapter 32: Morning
"Ahhh..."
Luna cried out as Liam pinched a sensitive spot.
"What are you doing?" she said.
"Don’t treat me like some kind of weirdo," Liam replied.
"I just think you’ve become a superhuman," she said.
After that, she checked her phone.
"Wow, two million..." she said in shock.
Liam was also surprised.
(MindChain: 2 Million Market Cap!)
It had already risen that high, with volume in the last hour exceeding $500,000.
That meant nearly $25,000 in fees.
He tapped Luna’s phone screen to open the website.
Previously, there were only four comments, but now there were over a hundred.
"They want you to trade again," Luna said as she read the comments.
"This has already gone viral in the new meme coin community."
"Huh, of course. I paid a lot for ads," Liam replied.
Ads guaranteed wide exposure. As long as there was momentum, the price would rise.
Going from $500,000 to $2 million wasn’t difficult for a new meme coin with low liquidity.
And it could also drop just as quickly if Liam did nothing.
He took his phone and opened his second wallet, which now held $62,000, accumulated from previous fees and profits.
"Are you going all in again?" Luna asked.
"Not now..." Liam shook his head.
"I just want to sleep," he added.
After everything he had done during the day, he was already exhausted.
Luna got off the bed briefly to turn off the lights.
Her room didn’t have automatic lights that could be turned off with a snap.
It didn’t even have a night lamp.
Once the lights were off, the room became completely dark.
Liam didn’t mind. His own room was the same.
He hugged Luna when she returned to the bed, and they fell asleep.
---
When he woke up in the morning, the room was already bright.
The curtains hadn’t been closed from the start.
Luna had woken up earlier and was lying beside him with her legs crossed, looking at her phone.
"Look!" she said, showing him the screen as he opened his eyes.
(MindChain: 800 Thousand Market Cap!)
It had dropped sharply from its ATH.
"Why bother..." Liam replied, taking her phone and placing it aside before pulling her closer.
"Stay under," she said, forcing Liam to remain lying down while she climbed on top of him.
Liam chuckled and enjoyed the morning play as she stayed on top.
Because desire was stronger in the morning, it ended faster—though it still took about thirty minutes, leaving Luna weak again.
Liam only thought about going home now, worried his mother might get confused.
He sat up and put his clothes back on while Luna remained lying down.
When he opened the bedroom door, he was stunned to see a boy around 13 or 14 years old at the end of the stairs.
Max Allen, Luna’s younger brother.
Why was he here? Wasn’t he supposed to be at the hospital with his parents? Luna said they would stay overnight.
Had they already come back? How could it be this early?
"Liam?" the boy was shocked to see him coming out of his sister’s room.
His voice naturally reached Luna, who was still on the bed.
She immediately stood up, covering her body with a blanket, and walked to the door—making the boy even more shocked.
The problem was obvious. There were many kiss marks on her neck.
"Max, when did you come back? Are Mom and Dad home?" Luna asked.
"I came back last night. Alone. Took a taxi. Mom and Dad aren’t back yet," the boy replied.
Hearing that, Luna let out a sigh of relief.
She was clearly worried her parents might be downstairs.
That would have been very awkward for Liam if they saw him directly.
Even if they were open-minded, it didn’t mean they would ignore a man sleeping in their daughter’s room.
Even if they wanted freedom, they should at least go somewhere else or wait until the house was truly empty.
As for her younger brother, Luna simply assumed he didn’t understand things like this.
She waved her hand and said, "Go buy me breakfast. I’ll give you allowance later—$100."
Hearing $100, it was hard for the boy not to be tempted.
"Fine. But if you lie, I won’t keep quiet," he said before going downstairs.
Luna gave Liam a wry smile.
"I didn’t expect this to happen," she said.
"It’s fine..." Liam didn’t care much. He was just a 13–14-year-old kid.
He left immediately, still through the back, jogging lightly to move faster, then climbed back through his still-open window.
After wiping off some faint marks on his neck left by Luna, he went out again.
His mother was on the terrace, watering her plants.
Liam didn’t greet her and went straight to the bathroom.
The morning water was slightly warm, making the shower feel comfortable.
He used a lot of soap, leaving his body fresh when he came out.
Back in his room, he checked his wallet.
The total fees were now only $85,000, not as much as he expected.
Then he checked Bitcoin. The price was almost unchanged from last night.
(6–7 AM)
(Price Now: 77,502.02)
(Highest: 77,637,45)+0,17%
(Lowest: 77,400,01)-0,13%
Liam leaned closer to his phone, dissatisfied with the small movement.
It seemed Bitcoin traders hadn’t started moving yet this morning.
He then switched to Dex to check new meme coins.
MindChain was still at the top, of course, even though its price had dropped far from its ATH.
He noticed three new meme coins with a market cap of only $100,000.
Two of them would reach $1 million, and one would reach $2 million.
Liam put $1,000 into each of them. At the very least, he would gain around $35,000 profit from them.
But he knew this wouldn’t create any major impact, and it would still take time before the profit came.
As he monitored major coins to see their prices five minutes ahead, he saw that BNB would rise by 1.5%, from $633 to $642.4.
With 100x leverage, that meant a 150% gain.
Liam immediately opened a $40,000 long position through his wallet, leaving the rest as free margin since he didn’t know how the movement would unfold—
It might drop first before rising.
However, it started rising immediately after he entered the position.
Perhaps the developers were also doing buybacks using their accumulated fees.
