Just like the Starlight Empire on the Starlight Continent.

"With the typical methods of the Black Rope Tower’s Black Wizards, the people of the North Empire must not be faring well," Sherman mused.

Attila nodded, "Indeed, the Black Rope Tower exhaustively exploits the North Empire, and this oppression is shifted onto the common people by the empire’s royalty and nobility, making their living conditions unbearable."

Fleming laughed, "It seems we’re doing a good deed by attacking the Wulan Plane."

Everyone laughed and shook their heads.

Tajana asked, "How is the military strength of the Wulan Plane?"

Attila pondered, "We haven’t fully probed it, but current intelligence indicates that the Wulan Plane has at least fifteen Wizard Towers and over thirty Black Rope Giant Ships stationed permanently."

"That many?" Sherman frowned.

The others also ceased their smiles, displaying solemn expressions.

Such a strong defensive force in just one plane; no wonder the Wisdom Code wants the Star Alliance to join hands with the Ten Thousand Headed Bird against the Black Rope Tower.

Considering the Star Alliance needs to allocate some forces to invade the Xige Plane and the Manlo Plane, the actual number of war constructs available for the Wulan Plane offensive may even be less.

Even with the Star Alliance’s flying fleet to bridge the gap, they still don’t hold the advantage.

"What about the puppet armies?" Cole asked sternly.

"The puppet armies as well," Ethan said, "No matter how many puppets there are in the Wulan Plane, at most it’s just two army groups, we still have the upper hand in this area."

Though the Black Rope Tower is a top second-tier Wizard Influence, it cannot station large numbers of puppets on twenty-two planes simultaneously.
