The little creature tilted its head, uncertain whether it understood or not, flapped its wings and pawed twice, pointing towards the distant space barrier.
"Did you break the space barrier yourself to come in?" Su Yang asked.
The little creature nodded, which allowed Su Yang to breathe a sigh of relief, glad that the little creature could understand him.
It’s strange that the little creature could understand Su Yang’s words but couldn’t speak. Furthermore, the most crucial point is, there were no spiritual fluctuations, which made communicating a guessing game.
"Where are the Divine Artifacts here?" Su Yang asked.
The little creature immediately shook its head, indicating it didn’t know.
Su Yang glared at it, although it was shaking its head, its eyes betrayed it. Its black eyeballs roving guiltily while shaking its head, clearly indicating it knew something.
"Don’t pretend you don’t know!" Su Yang said, "I know you took them away, confess honestly, where did you take them!"
The little creature continued to shake its head, simply turning its head to the side, refusing to meet Su Yang’s gaze.
"Oh, you still want to respond passively?" Su Yang glared, "If you don’t give me a clear explanation about the artifacts today, I’ll keep you by my side and interrogate you regularly. I wonder how long you can take it!"
The little creature rolled its eyes, glancing at Su Yang and then at the pile of artifacts, chirping twice, and made a swallowing motion.
"What do you mean?" Su Yang wondered, "Are you hungry? Fine, I’ll get you something to eat. But after eating, confess properly, or don’t blame me for being rough with you!"
Su Yang casually grabbed a bunch of Spiritual Medicine and placed it in front of the little creature, feeling quite baffled internally. This little creature has quite some skills, being able to freely enter and exit his personal space, how could it possibly not find food? There are plenty of Spiritual Medicines inside his space.
However, the little creature looked at the Spiritual Medicine Su Yang brought out without showing any desire to eat, even turning its head away, unwilling to look.
"You’re being picky now?" Su Yang fumed, "These are the best Spiritual Medicines, most suitable for you to eat. If you don’t want these, what do you want to eat?"
The little creature still ignored him, showing no interest in eating.
Su Yang had no choice but to put down the Spiritual Medicine in his hand, "So, what do you want to eat then?"
The little creature glanced at Su Yang, its eyes swiveling, then pointed at the Divine Artifacts nearby with its paw.
"What?" Su Yang was wide-eyed, "I asked what you want to eat, why are you pointing at the Divine Artifacts?"
The little creature chirped twice, struggling to fly out of Su Yang’s grasp, landing directly on one of the Divine Artifacts. Its long beak pecked at the artifact, and it surprisingly poked a hole in the robust Heavenly War God’s Divine Artifact.
Su Yang’s eyes almost popped out; this was the Heavenly War God’s Divine Artifact, something that remained intact even against the Guardian God during Ancient Times. Now, it was pecked and holed by this little creature in one go? What’s going on? Is its beak really that formidable?
As Su Yang was in shock, the little creature’s long beak pulled out a mass of dark light from inside the artifact. Then, under Su Yang’s dumbfounded watch, it joyfully devoured the dark light.
Su Yang was stunned, what was going on? The fact that the Heavenly War God’s Divine Artifact was easily pecked through wasn’t its real issue; the problem was, why would there be a mass of dark light inside the artifact?
The little creature didn’t care about Su Yang’s reaction; it seemed to really like that dark light. After devouring the first mass, it lowered its head, pulling out another one, ready to swallow it.
There’s no way Su Yang would let it eat another; he quickly dashed over, grabbing the little creature, snatching away the dark light from its mouth.
"Chirp chirp chirp!" The little creature bounced and fluttered its wings, appearing quite frustrated with Su Yang.
Su Yang tossed it aside, carefully observing the mass of dark light in his hand.
On the surface, the dark light didn’t appear to have anything special, but being inside this Heavenly War God’s Divine Artifact, and favored by the little creature, it surely wasn’t ordinary.
Su Yang attempted to put his hand into the dark light, as soon as he touched it, the protective barrier outside the dark light seemed to break, causing it to disperse completely.
Simultaneously, a powerful aura erupted, enveloping Su Yang within. This aura started assaulting Su Yang’s body.
Su Yang was surprised as he felt the aura of Spiritual Energy within. Yet, this Spiritual Energy totally differed from the Spiritual Energy he previously perceived. Or rather, it was an entirely different type of Spiritual Energy, seemingly of a higher grade.
Su Yang’s heart stirred, isn’t this exactly the Earth or Heavenly Level Spiritual Energy contained within the artifact?
As he thought of this, Su Yang was overjoyed, this was truly a case of searching far and wide yet finding it effortlessly!
He had been working hard for so long without drawing out this Spiritual Energy, unexpectedly, the little bird casually pecked and extracted it all.
