Xu Ke was strolling with Xiao Keyi in the mall near the city center, but Xu Ke had no interest in anything there.
"Keyi, is there anything you want to buy? Since we’re out this time, in a few days when I take over the company, I might not have time to accompany you."
Xiao Keyi just wanted Xu Ke to spend time with her; saying it was shopping was really just an excuse.

"I don’t want anything; I have everything at home. I just want you to spend time with me. In a few days, you will be busy with company matters and won’t have free time for a while."

Xiao Keyi was reasonable, and since Xu Ke had spoken like this, she knew what she should do.

"I heard there’s a cafe downstairs known for its famous coffee. Why don’t we sit there for a while? I’m a bit tired after walking around for so long."

"There are really so many people here; I can’t understand what’s so great about this western food."
Finally finding a seat, Xu Ke and Xiao Keyi sat down!
"Today is a break day, yet you insisted on working overtime. Now it’s mealtime, so it’s no surprise there are so many people," she replied.
Xu Ke looked at the time and realized it was already 3 PM.
Meanwhile, Wang Lishan, as planned, arrived at the usual spot.
Last time, it was at this cafe that Wang Lishan and Murong Hai discussed business.
Coincidentally, Wang Lishan and Xu Ke were in the same restaurant.

"In that case, please call me if you need anything," the waiter said courteously before leaving the private room.
Checking the time on his watch, Wang Lishan’s expression instantly darkened.
He despised tardiness, especially for such important business; Murong Hai hadn’t arrived yet.
About ten minutes later, Murong Hai rushed into the restaurant.
Led by the waiter, Murong Hai quickly entered the private room.
Entering the room, Murong Hai immediately apologized to Wang Lishan, "Brother Wang, I’m really sorry. On my way here, I ran into some annoying journalists and had to shake them off, causing a delay."
Seeing that he had arrived, pursuing it further would be unwise for Wang Lishan. Cooperation was necessary, and strained relations would benefit neither party.

If he didn’t open up soon, his men would go hungry.
