Chapter 1549: Chapter 1549: I’m Here

Willow Crawford couldn’t distinguish whether she was in a dream or reality for the moment. If it was a dream, why did he feel so real? If it was reality, how could he possibly appear here?

Willow looked at him, bewildered.

Morgan Ashworth sat on the bed and reached out to caress her little face. Pregnant for nine months now, she looked exactly the same as when she disappeared, with a small face just the size of a palm. Having just woken up, she had a childish, innocent cuteness.

Morgan slowly curled his lips into a smile, "What? After a few months of not seeing me, don’t you recognize me, my princess Willow Crawford?"

His familiar voice reverberating in her ears made Willow’s pupils shrink sharply. Only then did she dare to confirm that it was indeed real; this was not a dream, but reality. He had truly come to her side.

Oh my gosh.

Morgan caressed her little face, looking at her shocked expression, and amusedly said, "Why are you so surprised? You ran off with my son; did you think I wouldn’t come to find you? My princess Willow, I’ve had such a hard time finding you."

He had been looking for her, she knew, but why did he come?

Willow immediately shifted and sat up, staring at him, "Why are you here? You should leave quickly, or Aunt Weaver will find you soon."

"Aunt Weaver?" Morgan thought of the person who often disrupted his plans and chuckled, "Don’t worry, she’s already fast asleep; she won’t discover me."

"What? Did you knock Aunt Weaver out again?"

"Relax, I didn’t harm her. She’ll wake up on her own tomorrow."

"Then why did you come here? What do you want?"

Morgan leaned his handsome face closer, pressuring her, "Princess Willow, what do you think the purpose of my visit is this time? What do you think I want to do?"

They had been apart for a long time. Smelling his clean and fresh masculine scent again, Willow almost shed tears. She missed him dearly, thought of him constantly; he often appeared in her dreams.

"Morgan Ashworth, I don’t care what you want to do; you should leave quickly. My mom will be back soon."

"Willow, are you really that eager to chase me away? Don’t you miss me even a little?"

Yes, she did!

But she couldn’t say it. She had already prepared to accept death after giving birth, and she never expected him to suddenly show up. What should she do? Everything was in chaos.

"I don’t miss you, Morgan Ashworth, please leave." Willow said insincerely.

Seeing the evasiveness in her eyes, Morgan knew she was lying, "Willow, you missed me. You surely miss me as much as I miss you, right?"

"I didn’t."

Willow attempted to deny it, but Morgan reached out to cover her mouth, preventing her from speaking those heartless words.

Willow’s misty eyes gazed at him as Morgan’s finger rubbed across her tender lips briefly, then his fingers threaded through her silky hair, as he leaned down to kiss her red lips.

Ugh.

Willow’s whole body went limp; she felt herself melting into his embrace like water the moment he kissed her.

However, she didn’t want to get lost in his warmth and temptation, so she reached out with her small hand against his chest, urgently calling his name, "Morgan Ashworth..."

"I’m here." He replied, deepening the kiss.

He said he was here.

A pregnant woman needs her husband’s company most, and Willow was no exception.
