Once Varon was killed, the Ritual circle pulsed as it began to evaporate, and Jason realised that Varon had used himself as the Ritual Element to create the Ritual. That was good. At least Jason didn’t have to go looking for the element anymore. Jason glanced over at his system tab, and he nodded when he saw that his stats were finally back to normal.
At the side, the Fey family watched the battle between Jason and the Machina with wide, fearful eyes! The Fey family was inside the house, and they were protected by Azrael’s barrier, but they could still see what was going on around them, and that allowed them to follow the battle! But none of them could have prepared themselves for what they had just witnessed! The cold execution that Jason had just carried out on all the attackers was unlike anything that the family had ever seen! The family only knew Jason as the friendly young man who laughed with them and joked around with a calm grin on his face! The Jason they were used to was the regular family man who cared about his family more than anything!
But the person they were seeing right now was not the Jason that they knew! This was the Overlord of the Domain and the most powerful man in the world, and the family couldn’t believe that they had been joking and laughing around with this same man just a few minutes ago!

One of the girls suddenly turned away and puked on the floor from the fear that came over her, and another girl quickly patted her back and helped her to move to a seat!
"I-Is that really Jason? He’s terrifying."
"H-He executed all those people. He didn’t even flinch when doing it."
"Hey, he’s looking this way!"
Jason turned his head to look towards the house to make sure the family wasn’t hurt, and nearly every one of them flinched when they saw Jason’s blood red eyes staring at them! But before anyone could panic even more, Mira spoke up.
"Everyone, please calm down. Jason’s only doing what he needs to do to protect us!"
Mira had a hard look on her face as she looked over the family, and she made sure they could all see how serious she was at that moment! Mira refused to allow anyone to think of her son as a monster! Everything Jason did, he did for them, so she wouldn’t accept anyone badmouthing Jason’s effort!
"Mira’s right. Y-Yeah, we can’t think of Jason like this. He is only trying to protect us, so we have no right to judge him."
Bett, Gina’s mother, finally walked forward and offered her support as well, and it wasn’t long before Gina’s father and some of the other men who had been joking and laughing with Jason around the grill also offered their support! The acknowledgement of the adults forced the children to all agree as well, and Mira smiled when she saw that the family was calming down.
Up in the air, Jason turned to Gina and spoke through their mental link.
’I’m going ahead to take care of the other Machina attacking the cities. I’ll leave a few subordinates behind, so you can take care of things here.’
Gina nodded, and she wished Jason luck, and Jason put his hand out towards Varon!

Varon’s soul was pulled from his body immediately, and Varon went to a knee and bowed his head to Jason! Jason needed Varon’s memories to figure out what exactly the Machina were planning, so Jason would take Varon with him and leave the remaining Machina for Gina and her subordinates to resurrect. Jason called his subordinates back into his Alternate Dimension and vanished in a [King’s Substitute]!

The scenes playing out around the world right now were like something straight out of a nightmare. Multiple large cities all across the world were being attacked simultaneously by Machina soldiers, and the sheer destruction taking place was nothing short of absolute carnage!
KA-BOOM!
In the city of Beijing in China, a massive explosion went off as a Machina unleashed an attack from her cannon blaster! Hundreds of people ran for their lives as they tried to avoid the falling houses and massive fires raging across the streets, but the Machina were relentless in their attacks! Only five Machina soldiers were attacking the city, but those five soldiers were all TITANs, and against such power, there was nothing the humans could do but run for their lives! The Machina had appeared from a large Yellow Gate above the Beijing Oriental Plaza, and all it took was one attack for the entire plaza, as well as every building for one mile in every direction, to be eradicated! This attack from the Machina had no order or organisation! The Machina didn’t have a plan of attack, and their only purpose was to cause as much destruction as possible in the window of opportunity they had while Jason was kept busy in Texas!
"We need to focus on evacuation! The China Guild and Monarch Guild members are already on the scene! Get the civilians out of the buildings and move them to the bunkers!"
A Chinese superhuman Enforcer shouted this out to his comrades as he moved a large rock trapping some people inside a building! The people inside began to run out once the rock was shifted out of the way, and the Enforcers shouted for everyone to move in an orderly fashion!
TWOON!
The Enforcer’s heart suddenly skipped a beat as he felt an insane surge of power heading in his direction, and he turned around to see that a Machina had fired a cannon blaster at him! Fuck, they were all going to die!
[Great Wall]!!
But just before the attack could hit, multiple Moonlight Wolves appeared in front of the attack, and they all activated their Legion skill to form a defensive shield! The cannon blast slammed against the Great Wall and pushed the Wolves back, but the wall didn’t break, and the defence bought enough time for the humans to quickly move towards a bunker!
The Machina soldier who had fired at the humans scowled angrily when she saw the wolves blocking her attack, and she was about to fire again, but a superhuman suddenly appeared from the side, and a flaming fist flew straight at the Machina’s head!
BOOM!
A massive explosion echoed through the air as the Machina was sent flying by the attack, and Yuslev Stragga watched with a small scowl to see how much of an effect his attack would have. Stragga had been in the Monarch Guild branch here in China getting ready for a mission into an Orange Gate when he heard about what was happening. And even though Stragga didn’t really care about people dying, Stragga knew that Jason would kill him if he didn’t come out to help!
The fire and smoke from the explosion cleared up, and Stragga felt his eyes widen when he saw that the Machina was perfectly fine! The Machina was rubbing her jaw with a small frown, but other than that, it didn’t even look like Stragga’s attack had done any damage!
