Zhang Yunlu turned back to look at Wang Yi. Wang Yi was using the Great Ore Vein Mountain God as his Battle Armor, golden light shooting from his eyes. He met Zhang Yunlu’s gaze, chuckled, and said, "I can’t be bothered to waste my time with the likes of you!"
With that, starlight appeared beneath the feet of the Great Ore Vein Mountain God, flowing like a river and carrying him swiftly into the distance.
Wang Yi then activated Starlight Rush again, chasing in the direction Li Longyu had been taken.
As for Wang Bushi and Wang Sanmei, while Wang Yi had charged the Mountain and River Battleship, they had quickly recalled the Celestial Eagle Warriors with the Wind and Cloud Banner. Wang Yi’s Divine Body unleashed Starlight Rush, accelerating him to nearly the speed of light. Within a couple of breaths, he caught up to the streak of light and, without a second thought, swung his axe.
"Hm? You actually caught up!"
The Golden Lion Illusion was stunned. It dodged the great axe’s slash, came to a halt, and roared, "Boy, do you have any idea who you’re up against?"
Wang Yi ignored it and swung his axe again, severing the streak of light. He reached out, pulling Li Longyu into his arms.
"Husband, you..."
Li Longyu was in a daze. When she clearly saw it was Wang Yi before her, a conflicted look appeared on her face.
"Let’s go!"
Wang Yi grunted, and with a flash of starlight at his feet, he carried her away.
"Trying to snatch someone from right under my nose? Impossible!"
The Golden Lion Illusion roared in fury. It opened its massive maw, generating a powerful suction that actually caused the Starlight River to reverse its flow.
Wang Yi frowned. He was using Starlight Rush, but he couldn’t get away.

Ten seconds later, the world blurred around them, and Wang Yi and Li Longyu found themselves in the second major mining city on Yamero Star.
