Chapter 39: Chapter 39: Divergent Release
A few minutes was all it took for the Earth Dimension to be engulfed in chaos, the rifts occured in diverse areas of the world, reaching every single country that exists on Earth, the release of demons.
But demons weren’t the only creatures unleashed upon this Dimensional Plane.
The rifts affected other Dimensions, granting access to the creatures that exists in the depths of Universe, hordes of monsters came rushing out of the rifts, an opportunity to incite chaos upon this world.

Sounds of intense gunshots echoed, Riley was swift.... using his amplified AR-15 assasult rifle to gun down the hordes of lesser demons charging forward, but he wasn’t alone.....the Guardians were with him.
Just as the Young Master commanded.
They found themselves clashing against demons, cutting down anyone their blades could overpower, Johan Kirk materialized a giant sized shield, blocking the charging demons, he manifested a mana barrier.
\Gigantification Talent is active/
Johan let’s out a loud growl, he caused his mana to surge, activating his Talent, he could feel power flowing through his veins, his Talent grants him access to the strength of the giants who exists.
His brazen power that could crush anything and everything in his path, a perfect tank.
Johan expanded in size, he became more muscular, taller and broaded, crushing down the lesser demons he could encounter, the Young Master Joel was surrounded and heavily protected.
As the son of the Chairman.....he must be protected at all cost.
Jasmine giggled softly, she charged forward.... manifesting a glowing whip, she swung the whip with pressure, slicing through demons with ease, but demons weren’t the only things they needed to worry about.
Riley’s movements came to a halt, his eyes widened.....shocked by the animosity revealed to him, the fierce existence he encountered when he was dragged into a different Dimension.
Creatures of the dread.....
Nightmares!!
" Fuck " He muttered.
Screams filled the air as a dozen of the Guardian’s soldiers were slaughtered in a split second, screeches echoed and the ground quaked...darkness covered the air.
Emerging from the ground was a twelve legged spider, it’s armored back shined brightly, black scaled and eight eyed.....
" What the hell is this thing? " Jasmine questioned.
" A..."
Riley couldn’t complete his statement, he got interuppted by the Young Master Joel.
" I don’t know what this is but it’s not on the record, it means it’s not from our world, neither is it a Zupture, not a Nightcrawler and neither is it a Mana Beast, this is something different " Young Master Joel explained.
He took a step forward, Johan tried stopping the young master but the Young Master Joel ignored everyone’s pleas, he advanced forward..... approaching the Nightmare from where he stood.
" Alpha...Myzel.....Zaine.....where are you guys? " Riley called out.
But he was met with no response from his three wives, his eyes squinted.....the Nightmare screeched, directing a web attack against the Young Master Joel, Riley supersped....he charged forward.
But he was unable to cover such distance in a split second, the attack collided with the Young Master but it was swiftly blocked, not by mana shield nor a mana barrier, It’s more like reality itself blocked that attack.
" Tch "
" Just when I thought I would return without having to make use of my Talent, you will be forcing my hands, it proves how strong you are.....monster " the Young Master voiced out, his words echoed.
Riley took a step backward, he felt it.....the reverberating force.
The eyes of the Young Master glowed brightly golden, a mystical symbol appeared on his eyes, causing space itself to be overflown with mana, Riley turned his gaze, he noticed the grin of Jasmine.
Even Johan wore a smirk.
" Get everyone to safety Jasmine, Aarling.....make use of your teleportation Talent and take everyone far from here, I might not be able to control the quantity of power I exert " the Young Master commanded.
The Nightmare got extremely agitated, it charged forward..... covering the distance between itself and the Young Master, a clash occured....
A disastrous one to be precise.
Both Jasmine and Johan Kirk gathered the survivors together, one of the soldiers named Aarling activated his teleportation Talent, they were all transported out the scene, appearing few miles away.
Riley was exempted from this travel.
" Quite shocking isn’t it? to think he was this strong...I guess I understand why he was all that prideful but can he kill that nightmare? " Riley asked himself, he witnessed the battle between Joel and the Nightmare.
But his attention was focused on somewhere else.
His connections to his wives never faded but he called for them and no answer was given, he needed to figure out what’s truly happening, the battle could wait.....he had to leave.
[Meanwhile]
" Our husband called and we refused to answer his call, we’re bad wives aren’t we? " Myzel questioned, she was enraged after being silenced by Zaine, she was blocked from answering Riley’s call.
She took out that anger by slaughtering more monsters emerging from the rifts, she’s covered in pints of bloods, soaked in the bloods of her victims, Myzel caused her frozen battle axe to vanish.
" Sorry about that Myzel...I had no other choice " Zaine explained.
" Alpha....is it ready? " She asked.
" Yes it is...the perfect imitation to disrupt the factors of the rifts, and to create a balance in this already unbalanced world, monsters who crossed will remain here, the rifts will be shrunken in size "
" This world will be left to deal with the aftermaths "
Alpha uttered, she stretched forth her right hand.....she caused a purple colored sphere to appear on the air, Alpha’s eyes glowed brightly.... releasing intense pressure into the atmosphere.
" Divergent Release..."
She chanted.
A single enchantment affected the entirety of the Human Dimension with ease, releasing a catastrophic power surging in all areas of the realm, the rifts were shrunken down in sizes, distorted and imbalanced.
But chaos has already been unleashed.
[Location: The J-T center]
The alarm system of the Us Marine Corp’s Base blarred, signalling the destruction of the new cataclysm, Commander Serjio rushed into the room, his gaze laced with panic, he had no idea what was happening.
Unlike before...
The alarm system has gone into a full panic mode, the Commander noticed the horrors in the eyes of the Privates operating the network, they were receiving various news corresponding to the recent incident.
" Privates.....why are you men silent? what’s going on out there? " Commander Serjio questioned.
" Sir.....sir....Sir Commander Serjio, we have been hit by an unknown forces, the balance of our Dimension has been twisted and monsters, creatures of the outside are trespassing, as we speak "
" We’re losing hundreds of lives every second " One of the Privates explained.
" And where are the Guardians? are they still alive? " Commander Serjio questioned.
" I believe so sir....we’re yet to confirm them dead " the Private answered.
" Whatever happens will remain a secret until our death, prepare the Ejector, we will be launching the mana fusion nuclear warhead against Chicago, whatever exist in that city is the source of this calamity "
" We’ll wipe every single one of those fuckers out of this world " Commander Serjio gritted his teeths, he’s enraged at the manner which the event is moving, they were supposed to be the victors.
Soldiers who defeat the enemies of this world and brought peace back.
But now everything is going blank.....chaos is uprising.
The door leading into the control room opened up and a Lance Corporal walked into the scene, he’s seen holding a phone, his movements came to a halt when he stood before the Commander himself.
" What is it? Lance Corporal? " Commander Serjio questioned.
" Sir Commander..... someone wants to speak with you " the Lance Corporal spoke out.
" Huh? someone wants to speak with me? who the fuck is that? don’t he see I’m busy? any calls can wait until this calamity is brought to a stop " Commander Serjio roared out.
" I understand Sir Commander.....but this man, he’s from E-C-H-O "
