Riley shot down another badge of frost soldiers unleashed against him, this time....his movements were more twisted and balanced, making use of his guns without any limitations.
A chuckle escaped his lips, glaring at the last frost soldier he gunned down.
" Perfect and precise ain’t it? how do you rate my footwork? Alpha " Riley asked, a lopsided smile was displayed on his lips, tilting his gaze.....he faced Alpha whose eyes were fixed on the battle since the beginning.
" Not bad, I could give it one out of ten, It’s still beginners steps, so it’s understandable " Alpha calmly explained but Riley frowned at her words, he expected the ratings to be atleast a bit higher.
" Hmph, just one huh? quite poor ain’t it? " Riley asked.
" Not really, the fact that I the battle queen Alpha rated you one out of ten should prove how good your foot work is, what you’re lacking is the strength, you won’t be able to kill a single Mogorth if you are faced with one " Alpha uttered.
" Are the Mogorths that strong? " Riley asked.
" Just listen to yourself? are the Mogorths really that strong? well it depends on their ranks, Mogorths are determined by their ranks, the red eyed ones are the weakest amongst the Mogorth species "
" But they are still instruments of destruction, above the red eyed are the green eyed and the blue eyed, the black eyed ones are mostly at the top of the food chain, the boss of them will be the white eyed ones "
" Depending on the body of the host they possess, they could become the strongest creature to ever exist...Mogorths are shape shifters, evil spirits with no limitations "
" Strong enough to terrorize even the Themzaronians of Amazon so yes, they are that strong " Alpha explained.
" I see.....so they can be judged by the colors of their eyes huh? but the Mogorths....do they have any weakness? " Riley questioned.
" Yes...be stronger than them, that’s their only weakness "

[Now]
Riley coughed out bloods from his mouth, his nose...his eyes....his mouth, they all bled in unison, with black mana released within his body, black veins covered his face....his eyes blurred.
Glaring directly into the red eyes of the Mogorth before him, it’s surrounded with black radiations, with destructive pressure scattered across space itself, life burned at a rapid rate.
" I’m hungry.....I can’t resist "
" We’re here on the orders of Tamian, to delay and prepare you but your blood is tasty, I cannot resist, if it meant disobeying Tamian to savour this sweet taste of your blood, I’ll have to risk it, child "
His distorted voice echoed, it’s mouth widened.... barring his fangs, it’s head expanded and it’s fangs grew up in numbers, thousands of venomous fangs were on display, creatures of ultmost chaos.
Riley shivered, he struggled, trying to break free from the grip of the red eyed Mogorth.
The Mogorth chuckled, it pulled out it’s hand from Riley’s stomach, grabbing Riley by the neck, his grip tightened, he choked Riley, increasing the pressure.....Riley gasped out, struggling to breath.
" Trying to resist fate huh? C’mon child.....you’re a mere human, you are weak! "
Riley let’s out a loud groan, with his teeths gritted aggressively, he spat out bloods on the face of the red eyed Mogorth, the Mogorth was enraged by what it witnessed, lifting Riley into the air with more ferocity.
Meanwhile.
Around the corners, a loud groan erupted.
Jackson who was sent crashing few minutes ago was struggling to stand, he could feel intense pains within his bones, groaning softly, he struggled to stand.... scanning through the vicinity.
Buildings were brought down by the savage attacks, he was relieved when he saw Shilo still unconcious, atleast he’s breathing ok.
His relief changed into panic when he overheard a sudden groan.
Jackson’s gaze widened when he saw Riley struggling on the air, with the red eyed Mogorth choking him, Riley bled out from every angle of his body, with a hole on his chest....despite his struggles.
Against such monstrosity, he was still a weakling.
Jackson’s eyes squinted, he clenched his fists tightly, causing mana to rapidly flow through his veins, he vanished....waves of shock unleashed as a result of his immense speed movements.

Jackson felt his flesh hardening by the spirit awakening, he covered the distance between them, shocking both Riley and the red eyed Mogorth when he unleashed his punch, shockwaves erupted.
The ground quaked.
The red eyed Mogorth was sent crashing into a building, Jackson fell on his knees, struggling to catch his breath, meanwhile Riley collasped on the ground, he breathed a loud sigh of relief.
" Thank you " Riley showed his appreciation.
" I only did what a friend needs to do, are you ok? " Jackson asked.
" Nah, as you can see.....I have a hole on my chest so I’m not ok, we need to run " Riley spoke out, Jackson helped him to his feets but the peace didn’t last long, dozens of black tentacles sprouted out of nothing.
Scattered across the air.
The black tentacles sent everything smashing, blocks were destroyed....any human within the range were all pulverized, they were no exceptions but their reaction speed saved them for the catastrophe.
Jackson fell back, deflecting the attacks of the black tentacles while supporting Riley, Riley noticed the change in air, the black mana surged, Riley pushed Jackson off him, he caused his Glock to appear on his hand.
He pulled the trigger.
He fired six bullets in two seconds, he shot at nothing....the atmosphere was shrouded by darkness, disrupting his vision in the process, Riley gritted his teeths, enraged that he’s struggling.
He needs to find a way and kill that Mogorth.
Jackson rose up to his feets, he sensed an approaching presence but it was too late, a shadowed creature appeared behind him, It’s right hand was shaped into a black shadowed axe.
And it’s axe bled.
Jackson’s eyes widened in shock, his neck dripped with bloods, he collasped on his knees, unable to comprehend what exactly happened, the Mogorth manifested it in its human state, chuckling softly.
" Hmph.....you sure have a tough skin for a human, I was aiming to behead you but I ended up only slitting your throat " the red eyed Mogorth uttered.
Manifesting a black spear out of mana itself, it sent the black spear flying, piercing through the chest of Jackson.
" Nooooooooo "
Riley screamed out, he charged forward, Riley was sent crashing by the red eyed Mogorth, with its black tentacles slamming Riley down.
Jackson’s coughed out bloods from his mouth, his eyes widened....black veins covered his face, struggling to breath....he collasped on the ground, driven into a state of absolute unconciousness.
Watching this.....Riley screamed out.
Overwhlemed with anger, his teeths gritted....he got insane boost, ripping through the black tentacles.
he stared at the red eyed Mogorth standing before him, with venoms laced in his gaze, he could feel his heart racing, Myzel wrapped her arms around his waist.
Resting her head on his chest.
" Baby, why do you hesitate.....why do you refuse to give us the chance to defend you? this wouldn’t have happened if you weren’t so stubborn, those humans would have died if you weren’t so keen on staying with them "
" We’re ready....we’re waiting.....release the restrictions and give us the signal "
" We’ll kill this thing " Myzel whispered.
She glared at the red eyed Mogorth, eyes filled with rage.....she was being restricted by the seal, a seal casted by Riley to stop them from interfering with the human world, a seal that prevents her from using her powers.
Riley careesed Myzel’s hair, a sigh escaped his lips.
The effects of his Adaptation Talent took control, healing him up.
He sighed in defeat.
" I accept, I’m not strong enough yet, I cannot defeat this thing on my own.....It’s too strong, I’ll need your help, Alpha.....can they be treated? " Riley questioned.
Alpha glanced at the unconcious bodies of both Shilo and Jackson, they were both in dire states.
" Yes.....but the radiations corrupts their cells every second, I need to be quick about it " Alpha answered.
" Good, take them away from this field and have them treated, the two of them will do " Riley commanded.
Alpha let’s out a sigh, she obeyed....she grabbed both Shilo and Jackson from the scene, she disappeared, taking them along to be treated, the moment Riley confirmed they were out of range.
He locked in, his eyes squinted.
Releasing the restrictions of his wives.....they felt their powers surging.
" Ladies...kill this bastard! "
