Chapter 901: Chapter 881: I’ll Sleep with You!

Nie Yixiao’s suit jacket was already tossed onto the backseat. The collar of his shirt had been teasingly unbuttoned by a woman’s sharp, red Rouge-stained nails, revealing the graceful lines of his shoulder and neck. His skin was covered in kiss marks, yet he showed no intention of refusal. Instead, he comfortably rested his arms behind his head, his sharp eyes narrowed slightly, letting the woman escalate her provocations step by step.

"We had such a good time at the bar just now. Aren’t you going to invite me upstairs for a drink~"

The woman, clearly not satisfied, exhaled sensually next to Nie Yixiao’s ear. She was undoubtedly a seasoned veteran of the nightlife, well-versed in the art of seducing men.

The man she had just met was so breathtakingly handsome he left her short of breath. And to top it off, he lived in such an upscale part of town. He was clearly a prime catch—a diamond-grade bachelor.

There was no way she’d let him slip by so easily.

Though just a one-night stand, it wouldn’t hurt to snag herself a golden husband while she was at it.

"If you want to, go ahead," Nie Yixiao replied nonchalantly.

The woman was overjoyed.

Qiao Yongyong bit down on her pearly teeth.

She had been waiting here for him to come back and apologize, yet he went off to the bar to relax—and even brought a woman back for a one-night stand?

With a firm resoluteness, she barked at the woman, "Get out!"

The woman frowned as she spotted a girl who looked barely in her teens standing outside the car, gesturing and pointing at her. Annoyed, she pushed the car door open. "What do you want?! Who are you?!"

Qiao Yongyong dragged her out in one swift motion, raising her chin defiantly. "Don’t you have any shame? Get lost!"

The woman, slightly uneasy, glanced nervously toward the man in the car, worried the girl might be Nie Yixiao’s real girlfriend. "Do you know her?" she asked him cautiously.

Nie Yixiao’s eyes were calm as they focused straight ahead. He didn’t even spare Qiao Yongyong a glance. "No," he said flatly.

The woman instantly turned back to Qiao Yongyong, her embarrassment turning to rage. "Who the hell do you think you are?! You tell me to leave, and so I should leave?!"

Without a word, Qiao Yongyong’s gaze fell on the pitiful cake that had been smashed on the ground and left uncleared. Without hesitation, she stomped over, scooped some up, and smeared it all over the woman’s face!

"Ahhh—damn it—you—you—" The woman, her makeup ruined and her face full of cream, was furious. She spat viciously on the ground and whined to Nie Yixiao in grievance, "...Look at what this little brat just did..."

Nie Yixiao’s expression remained indifferent. He wasn’t the least bit surprised by Qiao Yongyong’s actions. Instead, he lazily pulled out the car keys, got out, and slammed the car door shut with a resounding thud. He cast the woman a brief glance before saying, "Come upstairs and take a shower."

The woman’s eyes lit up; she immediately forgot the humiliation and stopped bothering with Qiao Yongyong. She spat maliciously in Qiao Yongyong’s direction before following him eagerly.

Letting this woman go upstairs to take a shower?

And after the shower? What then?

"What is that supposed to mean?" Qiao Yongyong was trembling with anger as she called after him. "You’d rather pick up some random woman from a bar for a one-night stand than even look at me?"

"Random?" He paused mid-step, his cold eyes staring at the emotionally charged girl. Suddenly, he stepped forward, took hold of her chin with force, and sneered mockingly, "She’s a lot more charming and enticing than you. Looks like your brother and those ex-boyfriends of yours have spoiled you rotten. Do you really think you’re irresistible and everyone should worship you? And a one-night stand? I’m a man. I have needs. Is that so strange?"

She gritted her teeth, refusing to crumble under his blows. "Those club girls—who knows if they’re even clean? If you have needs, fine—I’ll sleep with you!"

The woman trembled with rage at being indirectly called diseased.

His expression darkened.

A girl who was innocent in both body and spirit would never have said such a thing.

No doubt, with those ex-boyfriends, she had already slept with more than she could count. That’s the only way she could utter something like that so freely.

An inexplicable gloom settled over him as his thumb pressed harder against her delicate jawline, nearly sinking into her tender skin. "You want to be my sex tool? Sorry, I don’t see you being much cleaner than those club girls."

"I’m not—"

But he was already leaning close to her ear, his brow furrowed. "Qiao Yongyong, I really regret saving you."

The intricate cufflink on his tailored shirt was ripped off with a sharp "clack" due to his brute force, falling to the ground.

He didn’t bother to pick it up. Taking two steps back, he wrapped his arm around the woman’s slim waist and strode into the apartment.

Qiao Yongyong froze in place.

"I really regret saving you."

Those words echoed relentlessly in her mind, piercing her chest like a needle. The pain was sharper than any other blow she’d suffered that evening.

He regretted saving her. Because of that, she became even more clingy, sticking to him like an unshakable leech.

If time could rewind, perhaps he’d rather have watched her die in that car rigged with explosives than rescue her.

She watched as Nie Yixiao embraced the other woman and led her upstairs, unable to come up with a single reason to hold on any longer.

Everything she should have done, and everything she shouldn’t have, she had done, yet she still couldn’t win a fraction of his affection.

He’d saved her from the bomb-laden car not for her sake, but because he didn’t want Jiayi to feel heartbroken.

Now, he’d rather touch an unfamiliar woman for a one-night stand than lay a finger on her.

His attitude toward her had always been so clear; she was just too deluded, unwilling to admit it.

After a long silence, the sky was already as black as ink. 𝕗𝗿𝕖𝐞𝐰𝗲𝕓𝐧𝕠𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝐨𝚖

She slowly walked onto the road like a lifeless shell and flagged down a taxi.

"Miss, where to?" the driver asked.

Where to? Back to Disheng? Or maybe straight to Mexico?

She didn’t feel like going anywhere.

Her eyelids flickered. "Take me to the busiest bar nearby."

**************

In the bedroom of the apartment, the sound of running water cascaded from the bathroom. Nie Yixiao sat on the couch, his face dark and brooding.

It was always like this.

That girl was sent away, but she left his emotions in turmoil, a swirling mess.

He didn’t know how much time had passed when the bathroom door slammed open.

Immersed in his dim thoughts, he didn’t notice until a sultry fragrance, fresh from the shower, wafted through the air.

Wrapped in a large bath towel, the woman slid onto his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck.

Seeing the apartment Nie Yixiao lived in had already made her heart race. Entering this place only made her breath catch.

The nearly 300-square-meter duplex wasn’t enormous, but in this area, the astronomical property prices spoke volumes.

Clearly, the owner was someone of significant wealth.

She hadn’t expected a man this young to be such an unassuming tycoon.

The interior design bore the mark of a renowned designer—minimalist, sophisticated, and coolly austere. The cost of the décor alone must have been staggering.

The glass wine cabinet by the bar in the living room held rare wines, each valued at over five figures.

Not only was he rich, but he exuded understated elegance and taste.

With these thoughts, her determination to claim this rare find only grew. Looking at his flawless features marred by a stormy expression, she whispered coyly, "Thank you for letting me use the bathroom. So... I think it’s only fair that I repay you now."

As if to quell the chaos in his own mind, he didn’t refuse her advances. With a sharp "rip," he yanked off her bath towel with near-brute force, gripping her waist firmly and pulling her roughly into his embrace.

Beneath the stunningly handsome exterior lied a ferocity like a predator. The woman’s heart leapt with joy.

Just then, the phone on the coffee table rang, interrupting the heated scene.

He acted as though he hadn’t heard it, continuing to entangle himself with the seductive woman on the sofa.

The ringtone grew increasingly urgent, one tone after another.
