“An explosion, a huge steam explosion, has somehow occurred and blocked our view of this amazing fight between dragons,” Soots, the Ashes Galaxy correspondent for the USNN, said in excitement before she turned to Admiral Eterna and asked, “Admiral, while we are waiting for the steam to clear, please give us your opinion on the fight so far.”
“I would be happy to,” Eterna replied before continuing. “It has been a long time since I last watched a fight between dragons and while I can say this isn’t the most flashy fight I have seen, it is still very interesting and full of surprises you don’t normally see.”
“Oh, really?” Soots asked excitedly before adding, “Could you give us some examples?”
“Naturally, the first example has to be how White Dragon Tephe managed to hold her own at the beginning of the fight. Kalre is, after all, almost three hundred years older than her and so realistically, this fight should have been a quick thing. Somehow, she was able to hold her own, or at least until Kalre got serious.
Then there is the fact that she turned green after reappearing from the lava. Now I’m sure some of our younger audience were amazed by this and are wondering how she turned into a green dragon. Unfortunately, I am going to have to disappoint you as I point out that it’s impossible for a dragon to change its colour and it was most likely the effect of the armour she donned before the fight.
Now, after her reappearance from the lava, White Dragon Tephe has clearly been owning the fight, whether this is down to seizing the advantage while her opponent was distracted or because she has somehow become more powerful, I would have to go with the former.
Just as it's impossible for a dragon to change its colour, it's impossible for us to suddenly get stronger for no reason. While you can train to be stronger, the majority of one's strength comes naturally as we grow older; that is true for both our phoenix race and the dragon race.”
“Then, can you explain how it was that she was able to counter Kalre’s second breath attack with one of her own when he was clearly giving it his all this time?” Soots asked before adding, “Also, can you explain why her breath attack was green this time instead of white like her original one?”
Eterna was silent for a moment before sighing as he admitted, “I’m ashamed to say that I have no explanation for either occurrence.”
“Really?” Soots asked in surprise.
“Haha,” Eternal chuckled before saying, “I’m not all-knowing, Soots.”
“Of course not, my apologies,” Soots said in embarrassment before noticing something and saying excitedly, “Oh, oh, Empress Revi is transforming into her true form, what could she possibly be up to?”
“She probably plans to remove the steam cloud obscuring the fight,” Eterna replied.
“Well, this is inconvenient,” Adam said with a sigh.
“Leave it to me,” Revi replied confidently before flying a short distance away from Adam, after which her fiery wings flared up, and her entire body was engulfed in fire as her shape started to change.
Her body grew larger as her head transformed into a bird's beak, her arms combined with her wings, which grew even larger, her feet changed to talons, and long tail feathers grew out of her rear end.
Soon, the fire covering her body vanished as a giant golden-orange bird that was far larger than any of the dragons appeared before letting out a loud cry towards the sky.
“SCCCRRRRREEEEEEEE”
After her cry ended, Revi flapped her enormous wings, creating powerful gusts of wind that blew the steam cloud away to reveal the platform and Tephe standing tall while Kalre lay unconscious with half a wing missing.

Adam raised his hand and was about to announce the winner when everyone was shocked to see Tephe suddenly pounce towards the unconscious Kalre.
“TEPHE!” Adam and Revi both shouted before Revi moved faster than any of them could track.
It was almost as if she teleported, one moment she was flying a short distance from Adam, the next she had appeared in front of Tephe and used her wing to swat her away.
“What do you think you're doing, Tephe?” Revi asked in anger at the fact that her decree had been broken.
Tephe, however, didn’t respond except to get back up to her feet and snarl at Revi, shocking the latter as she never imagined her friend would ever snarl at her as if she were an enemy.
[OfficialMuriel (Aqua Primus): What the! Did White Dragon Tephe just snarl at the Phoenix Empress?]
[Lizziethetruepower (Palaxia): Why would she even do that? Their friends aren’t they?]
[OfficialAphrodite (Fenix Nest): Something's definitely off with this.]
[Celebrityhunter69 (Earth): You think something's wrong with her.]
[OfficialAphrodite (Fenix Nest): I don’t know, but have any of you realised that since appearing from the lava, Tephe has not spoken a single word.]
[OfficialLorelie (Fenix Nest): Now that you mention it, you're right and that's not characteristic of Tephe at all.]
[OrangeeyedStace (Fenix Nest): Especially if Adam is present.]
As Adam was staring at Tephe in surprise, he suddenly heard Rowena’s voice as she spoke to him through her earring, “Babe, you need to calm her down. I don’t know what's happening, but Tephe is not in her right mind.”
“On it, hold on, Maya,” Adam said before tucking in his wings and diving towards Tephe and Revi on the platform below as Maya did as instructed, while looking at her friend in concern.
“REVI! PIN HER DOWN, THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH HER,” Adam yelled as he dove.
Revi nodded as she heard Adam’s words before she once again vanished, only to reappear above Tephe, where she brought the sole of one of her talons down on top of Tephe and pinned her down.

[LadyErkath (Aqua Primus): I’m on board the orbital elevator and just entered the atmosphere.]
Adam arrived in front of the struggling Tephe before saying, “Tephe, calm down.”
As if doused with cold water, Tephe’s body froze before she looked up at Adam in confusion and asked, “Adam?”
“Yeah, it’s me. Are you ok?” Adam asked.
“Err, yeah, except Revi’s trying to crush me,” Tephe replied before asking, “Are you sure you want to date a brute like her? I mean, what if she goes around crushing your other girlfriends?”
“Excuse me!” Revi asked in annoyance.
“Phew, she's back to normal. I was worried there,” Emma remarked as she slumped in her chair in relief.
“Tephe’s right, though, we need to make sure Revi doesn’t try to crush us all,” Stacey said with a smirk.
“I’m impressed with how Tephe immediately reacted to Adam and returned to normal,” Rowena said with a thoughtful expression.
“It just goes to show how much Adam and his opinion of her matters to Tephe and why she will make a fine addition to the harem,” Lorelie remarked through Spector's internal comm since she was still in the medical bay.
“What do you think happened to her and why did her armour suddenly turn green?” Eri asked curiously.
“If I had to guess, I would say she awakened something during her time in the lava,” Rowena replied before adding, “There is obviously more to this iridescent form than just looking like a rainbow with wings.”
“I agree, though. Is it really possible that she changed into a green dragon and if so, do you think it's permanent?” Aphrodite asked.
“Wait, so you're saying it’s not because of the combat armour?” Eri asked in surprise.
“Negative,” Spector spoke up before telling them exactly what she had told Adam.
“So the smoke was because of the plant element from her breath attack,” Rowena said thoughtfully.
“What do you mean, grandmother?” Stacey asked.
“I’m guessing that the smoke cloud that formed above Tephe was because grass and other vegetation were forming on the ground beneath her; however, before they could grow enough to be seen, they were being incinerated by the heat,” Rowena replied as she explained her theory on why the steam explosion took place.
