Reef Starfield Frontier
A space fleet of about thirty interstellar warships is being surrounded by the Serpent Race's space fleet, with both sides' cannons on standby.
The hulls of those thirty interstellar warships were covered in wounds from various battles, and some even had their weapon modules missing, indicating that this was an interstellar fleet that had fled.
On the bridge of the flagship of this starfleet.
Midel was pacing back and forth in front of the captain's chair, looking anxious.
"Sir, what should we do now?"
"We originally thought that we could take refuge in this Reef Starfield, but who would have thought that the Reef Starfield would be unified by the Snake-People race?" A female adjutant next to her said with a worried look.
Midel sighed and said in a deep voice, "Now we can only take it one step at a time. If we fight the Serpent People's interstellar fleet, our interstellar warships are no match for them."
Fortunately, the snake-woman queen we encountered earlier didn't seem inclined to attack us; there seems to be a turning point in the situation.
Just as Midor and the others were waiting anxiously.
The radar soldier shouted in a panic: "Report! An extremely strong starship energy signal has been detected on the starship radar. It is approaching our location and is suspected to be a T4-class interstellar warship."
And...and it's incredibly fast!
Midel walked quickly to the radar control interface. Looking at the radar star map, she could see a red dot approaching them at an alarming speed from the outer edge of the radar area.
Its speed is several times that of ordinary interstellar warships!
Just as Midel was examining it, the interstellar warship appeared within the range of the deep-space telescope's naked-eye observation.
An image window appeared in front of Midel.
It was a crimson interstellar warship, resembling a fiery divine bird.
This is definitely a T4-class interstellar warship!
Midel clenched her fists nervously.
Just then, a video communication request popped up, and the caller was none other than the crimson T4 starship!
Midel took a deep breath; she knew very well that the upcoming negotiations would determine the fate of her fleet.
She approved the video call request.
Just as she was about to confront the other person, her expression froze.
Because she saw a familiar face.
"Middle! It really is you!" Charlotte looked at Middle with surprise and delight.
Midor stared blankly at Charlotte across the window, swallowing hard. "You are...you are...Sister Charlotte?"
Zhao Chen watched the two sisters reminiscing from the side.
The two people look very similar, both with white hair.
However, Midor was smaller than Charlotte, and her eyes were not as reserved as Charlotte's.
"Since we're sisters, let's not chat over video."
"Let's invite her aboard our starship," Zhao Chen said from the side.
"Is that okay?" Charlotte looked at Zhao Chen with surprise, and received a smile from Zhao Chen in response.
Charlotte immediately began arranging for her half-sister to board the T4 Suzaku-class medium-sized interstellar cruiser.
A somewhat dilapidated and old shuttle slowly drove into the hangar of T4 Suzaku.
Midel stepped off the shuttle with some nervousness. She looked at the clean, bright, and spacious hangar in front of her. She had never seen a hangar like this before among the interstellar warships she had boarded.
"Middle!"
At that moment, a beautiful figure darted out and pulled Midier into her arms.
Smelling the familiar scent, Midor was now completely certain that the person in front of her was none other than her beloved sister Charlotte, whom she had admired since childhood.
"Sister Charlotte, you're still alive! That's wonderful! I knew you would never abandon us... Waaaaah..."
"Sister Charlotte, Midel really misses you!" Midel, the White Tiger Commander who is a cold-faced commander in front of her subordinates, is like a big cat that has come home in front of her sister.
"Don't cry, I'm fine." Charlotte wiped away Midor's tears.
It was only then that Midor noticed Charlotte's clean, neat, and handsome military uniform, while hers had been worn by many different owners and was even faded and stained.
"Sister, I'll get your clothes dirty..." Midier instinctively wanted to take a step back, feeling a little embarrassed.
"It's nothing, I'll take you to take a bath later. Then I'll take you to meet my current commander." Charlotte patted her sister's head.
Midor recalled the male voice that appeared in the video window. It was with that man's permission that her sister Charlotte allowed her to board the T4 starship.
She knew her sister's personality very well; even within the rebel army, there had never been a superior she could completely trust.
Now there's a commander? What kind of man is he that can tame his own sister?
While Midel was thinking about these things, she was led into a clean room.
“This is my first mate’s bedroom.” Charlotte unbuttoned her military uniform collar.
"The vice-captain's bedroom? It's so big!" Midel was stunned, looking at the two-story bedroom, which was much larger than the bedroom she, the captain, was currently living in.
Just as Midor was looking at the luxurious bedroom, Charlotte stripped her clothes off.
"Ah..." Midor covered herself shyly, "Sister Charlotte, what are you doing..."
“When we were little, we used to bathe together. It’s been almost three years since we last saw each other. Let your older sister give Midor a good check-up and see if she’s grown up.” Charlotte looked at Midor with a teasing expression.
Then, Charlotte dragged Midor into the bathtub, followed by a piercing cat-like cry.
Half an hour later.
Starship Restaurant.
Midell, having changed into Charlotte's spare civilian clothes, followed Charlotte into the enormous starship restaurant.
Midier, who had initially harbored some resentment towards her sister, instantly forgot what had just happened when she saw the enormous restaurant and the enticing aromas filling the air.
Just then, a man with a sunny smile stood in front of her and Charlotte.
Midor hid timidly behind Charlotte.
For some reason, Midor, who had once commanded the fleet in battle, now showed her vulnerable side in front of her sister Charlotte, just like a child who needed to be taken care of.
"This is my commander," Charlotte introduced, her tone filled with respect and pride, her tail still wagging behind her.
