Moon lay sprawled across her bed, her little tail hanging lazily over the edge, swinging back and forth.

Her droopy hair matched her mood, slumped down over her head without any bounce.

“Second Sister, stop moping. Dad and Mom are back,” Aurora called from the balcony.

At the sound of that, Moon immediately perked up. She bounced off the bed, her short legs propelling her quickly toward the balcony.

But when she looked over the railing and saw her parents walking hand in hand, completely wrapped up in each other, her excitement quickly faded.

“Aww, there’s no way they’ll have time to play with me like this. Seriously... Do Dad and Mom not love me anymore?” she pouted.

Noa, the eldest, walked over and patted Moon’s head. “Don’t say that. It’s been a while since they’ve seen each other. Let them spend some time together.”

“Hmm...” Moon’s hair wiggled, as if in thought, and then suddenly shot upright. “Oh! Big Sister, remember that ‘Kissing Operation’ we came up with at the beach to make Mom and Dad kiss?”

Noa paused, thinking back.

Indeed, during their beach trip, the two sisters had come up with a plan to get their parents to kiss, thinking that it would make their mother pregnant. They staged a little drama by pretending their mom needed CPR, resulting in a hilarious and chaotic scene.

Although they both ended up getting a playful scolding from their dad, it had been fun.

“I remember. What about it?”

“But it’s been so long, and Mom’s tummy is still flat,” Moon said, tilting her head. “There’s no sign of a baby.”

She remembered how, when their mom was pregnant with Aurora, her belly had gradually grown.

“So... you’re still hoping for another baby sister?” Noa asked.

Moon eagerly nodded. “Yep, yep!”

Aurora, standing between her two older sisters, looked up at Noa and Moon, then asked with an innocent expression, “What, Second Sister, are you bored of me already, even though I’m only a year old?”

Moon immediately pulled Aurora into a tight hug. “Of course not, Aurora~ You’re my favorite!”

“Then why do you want another baby sister?”

“Uh... the more, the merrier, you know,” Moon said, rubbing her cheek against Aurora’s soft face like she was cuddling a cute kitten.

Aurora allowed herself to be squished for a moment, then looked over at Noa. “So, Big Sister, are you guys going to do another ‘Kissing Operation’ to make them kiss and have another sibling?”

Noa stroked her chin, seriously considering the idea. “Well... Dad’s been pretty exhausted lately, and he hasn’t been teaching me any new magic... Since there’s not much else to do, we might as well restart the operation.”

Aurora blinked her big eyes and asked, “So you two think that if you make Dad and Mom kiss, they’ll give us another baby brother or sister, right?”

“Mm-hmm! You’re so smart, Aurora!” Moon said, praising her.

Aurora smirked but didn’t answer.

*Who told these two that kissing leads to babies?* she thought.

*Creating life is definitely a more complicated process!*

Even though she didn’t fully understand what that more “complex process” entailed, she was sure it wasn’t as simple as just kissing.

But...

Aurora glanced between her two older sisters.

Noa was acting like she was just going along with it for fun, while Moon was bubbling with excitement at the thought of another sibling.

Neither of them seemed to realize that their plan wouldn’t actually make their mom pregnant.

Well then...

Aurora’s lips curled into a mischievous smile.

In that case, I’ll just pretend I don’t know either!

After all, getting Mom and Dad to kiss sounded way more fun than giving them a biology lesson!

“Little Light, what are you smiling about?” Moon suddenly asked.

“Huh? Oh... I just remembered something happy,” Aurora replied.

“What’s that?”

“Hmm, that we’re about to get a new sibling.”

Moon squealed and hugged Aurora again, rubbing her cheek against her little sister’s face. “You really do want a new sibling, huh?”

“Yeah, yeah, sure,” Aurora said, already eager for the game to start. “So, when do we begin? Do we have a plan?”

Back during the beach trip, Aurora had been too young to actively participate in their “Kissing Operation,” but now she was all in. Her mischievous soul was practically dancing at the thought of seeing the plan unfold.

“Uh... we don’t really have a plan yet,” Moon admitted, sounding a bit deflated.

But Noa, standing nearby, spoke up calmly. “Actually, I’ve got a plan. But I’ll need your help.”

“Really, Big Sister? That’s great!” Moon’s mood instantly flipped back to excitement.

Aurora tried to keep her grin in check. “I’m happy to help, Big Sister.”

After dinner, Moon dragged Leon to the sanctuary’s back garden.

Leon noticed that Rosvisser had also been brought out by Noa.

The couple had originally planned to spend their evening doing their own things.

Rosvisser was going to check in with Anna and the others about the progress of summoning back their clan members, while Leon had been planning to brew a potion to help Rosvisser’s injuries heal faster.

But before they could even get started, their daughters had pulled them into the garden, claiming they wanted to play a family game.

Leon and Rosvisser exchanged glances, and with a silent agreement, they decided to go along with it.

It was rare for their daughters to be so enthusiastic, and neither of them was in a rush to get back to their tasks.

The five of them sat cross-legged on the grass. Noa pulled out a box of chocolate sticks from her pocket.

She took one out and began explaining the rules of the game.

“The rules are simple: each person holds one end of the chocolate stick in their mouth, like this,” she said, demonstrating by biting down on one end of the chocolate stick.

Then she turned to Moon, speaking around the stick in her mouth, “You pass it to the person next to you, and they bite the other end.”

“This will cause the chocolate stick to break in the middle. After Moon passes it, she’ll give it to the person on her left, and so on.”

“The game continues until someone can’t break the stick, and they’ll be the loser.”

“As for the punishment... The loser has to choose between telling a truth or doing a dare.”

“Any questions, Mom and Dad?”

Leon and Rosvisser both shook their heads, agreeing to the game.

“Great, let’s get started.”

Noa replaced the chocolate stick and passed it to Moon.

Moon bit the other end, breaking the stick in half, then turned to pass it to Aurora.

Aurora was no fool.

If everyone kept breaking the chocolate stick right in the middle, there’d be no way to control how short it was by the time it got to their parents.

And Aurora was determined to make sure that by the time the chocolate stick reached her mom and dad, it would be short enough to force them into a kiss.

With quick thinking, Aurora took a smaller bite, snapping off only a tiny piece.

Neither Leon nor Rosvisser paid much attention to her little trick.

It was just a family game, after all. Getting too serious about the rules would only ruin the fun.

Aurora, with a devious grin, held out the now significantly shorter chocolate stick to Rosvisser.

“Mom, it’s your turn,” she said, the chocolate wobbling slightly as she spoke.

Rosvisser quickly caught on to Aurora’s plan—at least the part where Aurora was trying to ensure that she or Leon would be the loser.

*Clever little girl*, Rosvisser thought with a smile.

She leaned forward, and her warm breath brushed over Aurora’s face.

The sweet scent of her mother’s presence made Aurora’s cheeks flush slightly. It smelled so nice.

When Rosvisser leaned in close, Aurora instinctively tilted forward as well.

But instead of taking the chocolate stick, Rosvisser planted a soft kiss on Aurora’s cheek, whispering, “Little rascal.”

Aurora’s face turned bright red, and her tail twitched upward in surprise. “J-just take the stick, Mom!”

*Oh wow, Mother Dragon*, Leon thought as he watched, *You’re not only skilled at teasing your husband, but now you’re doing it with the kids too. Maybe I should let you handle them while I take over running the Silver Dragon Clan.*

Rosvisser laughed softly, then took the chocolate stick from Aurora and turned toward Leon.

Leon glanced at the chocolate stick between her lips, which was now so short that only a tiny piece was visible.

In order to grab it, he’d have no choice but to kiss her.

Leon hesitated.

Meanwhile, Moon clenched her little fists in excitement, her eyes glued to the scene in front of her.

“Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Bring on baby number four!” she whispered excitedly.

Rosvisser, sensing the challenge, looked at Leon with a smug, playful expression.

She loved every chance she got to challenge Leon.

As the strongest Dragon Slayer, for Leon to lose to her—even in something as simple as a chocolate stick game—was immensely satisfying.

If breaking a chocolate stick could lead to her victory, she would make it happen. After all, the Queen’s bite is unbreakable!
