Chapter 6 - The First Commander
Jin-Ho inspected his newly acquired shadows, their movements precise and unwavering. But something was missing. These creatures were strong, but he needed a leaderโa true commander.
His eyes landed on the corpse of the massive wolf mutant he had slain earlier.
> [Would you like to attempt Shadow Extraction?]
He pressed [Yes].
The dark mist surged forth, surrounding the beast's body. Unlike before, this time the process was violentโthe ground trembled as the corpse convulsed, struggling against an unseen force.
Then, with a final roar, the creature stood up. But this was no ordinary shadow.
It was massive, its once-gray fur now as black as the void. Its golden eyes had turned into deep violet flames, exuding an overwhelming pressure.
> [Shadow Extraction Success!]
New Elite Shadow Acquired: Fenrir
Jin-Ho raised an eyebrow. "You're different from the others..."
The wolf, now named Fenrir, bowed its head in submission. It wasn't just another minionโit was his first lieutenant.
Jin-Ho clenched his fist. His army was forming, piece by piece.
And soon, the world would tremble before the rise of the Shadow Monarch.
