The earth-shattering sound made eardrums bulge. Flesh and blood flew everywhere at the site of Wang Zong’s battle with the Source beast. The gargantuan Source Beast staggered backward, stirring up clouds of dust.
Wang Zong was soaked in blood, with chunks of flesh and frothy blood sticking to the spikes of his hammers.
The blood wasn’t his; it came from the Source beast.
He laughed heartily twice and lunged at the beast again with his hammer.
Compared to the two, it was like a mouse daring to attack a tiger.

Seeing Wang Zong forcing the Source beast into continuous retreat, Lu Caiyi let out a sigh of relief.

The Source beast lunged at the Turtle Shell but couldn’t shake the solid shield formation.

The remaining team members, including Lu Caiyi, were all within the protection of the Turtle Shell Formation.
