Chapter 106: Arrogance

"Teacher Lily, look, they’re back!" Teacher Charles pointed at the playground entrance. They were finally here; if they hadn’t come, he really would have lost his temper on the spot!

"Teacher Charles, we’re back!" Wesley gave a signal to the Skinny and the others, then ran toward Teacher Charles holding two bottles of drinks.

Meanwhile, Billy and the others walked over to the people from Sand No. 1 High School and opened the two cases of water directly. They picked up the mineral water and walked over with smiles on their faces.

"Oh, fellow students, I’m so sorry to keep you waiting. The water at the school gate was sold out, so we had to run to several shops to find some." While speaking, the six of them, including Billy, cordially unscrewed the caps of the bottles and handed them one by one to the 10 people from Sand No. 1 High School.

"Beauty, this is yours, please drink!"

"Teacher Charles, Teacher Lily, these are the iced drinks I bought for you!" Wesley said with a grin, handing the drinks to the two of them.

"Thank you, student!" Teacher Lily looked at the sunny, handsome boy standing in front of her and reached out to take the drink. As grateful as she was now, she would be just as messed up later!

"Hmph! What were you doing? Why was it so hard to buy some water?"

"Speak, was it your fault? Are you up to some mischief again?" Teacher Charles was not deceived by Wesley’s smile; his expression was very serious.

Wesley was startled. Had Hell King Charles figured something out? That was impossible. Hell King Charles must be bluffing!

Then, Wesley placed his right hand on his chest: "Teacher Charles, that’s just creating something out of nothing. I swear on my conscience, this has nothing to do with me!"

Wesley looked completely serious; anyone who didn’t know him would be moved by his sincere gaze.

Sure enough, Teacher Lily believed him and began to smooth things over for Wesley on the side.

"Teacher Charles, since Student Wesley and the others have already bought the water, there’s no need to fuss. Let’s just start the competition."

Hearing Teacher Lily’s words, Wesley was very moved and silently gave her a thumbs up in his heart.

"Teacher Lily is such a good person. It’s a pity that what’s going to happen later is just...!"

"Teacher Charles, I am a very obedient student." Wesley boasted, not feeling the slightest bit embarrassed.

Meanwhile, over at Billy and his group’s side, everyone from Sand No. 1 High School held the mineral water that Billy and his friends had enthusiastically delivered.

They had even unscrewed the caps, which seemed very thoughtful indeed!

"Students of Sand City, this water was bought for you. If it’s not enough, we have plenty more!" Billy and his friends turned and walked away with fake smiles.

The weather was stiflingly hot, and the people from Sand No. 1 High School didn’t check if the water had any issues, so one after another, they started drinking.

The key was that no one would imagine that the people from Aquapolis No 1 High School would buy expired water.

Normally, people wouldn’t check if water was expired before drinking it.

In the hot weather, their hearts were restless!

They were truly parched and couldn’t hold back any longer!

Furthermore, the idea of adding laxatives to the water was even more unthinkable.

Even if they wanted to prank the people from Sand City, they wouldn’t go as far as to kill them.

"Refreshing! I’m going to have another bottle!" A male student from Sand No. 1 High School finished one bottle in a single gulp, picked up another, and chugged it down.

"I wonder which one of you will become my opponent?"

He scrutinized every student from Aquapolis No 1 High School without any reservation.

A playful expression appeared on his face, and his eyes were filled with disdain!

"Damn! This arrogant guy is too cocky. Does he really think that no one at Aquapolis No 1 High School can defeat him?!"

The students of Aquapolis No 1 High School then looked at the ten contestants selected from their class for this competition.

Diana, Carl, Wesley, and Billy were all subconsciously watched by their classmates.

In their view, only these four could go up and compete against King Kong.
