Chapter 47 - Condition
The disciple of Fragrance Alchemy Hall wanted to retaliate but her body remained immobile. She was stuck at Sidius shoulders.
Without limitations this time, Sidius can now use any of his skills so he decided to use 'Oversight', intending to analyze her abilities.
As the contents of the attribute panel materialized, Sidius found himself surprised by what he discovered.

'Does talents can be found usually in dimly lit streets?!' Sidius pondered, initially confused by the unexpected encounter.
He instantly recognized the potential in Claire and mumbled, 'This woman possesses a rare talent! I found a potential ally!'
One can remember that one of Sidius' primary goal is to find capable and reliable teammates to operate. This will serve as his power as well as his haven.
'Without a doubt, I will certainly make her join me,' Sidius resolved, widely smiling at the future where he can raid more dungeons with efficiency and ease.
Amid his racing thoughts, Sidius abruptly brought his senses back to the present. His urgent situation demanded more attention.
'I can't walk into the crowd carrying a girl with me,' Sidius thought, cautiously picking a decision, 'No choice then, rooftop it is,' he finally decided, leaping off from the ground.
It was a lively night as usual in the Immussillus City when Sidius monitored the situation while he jumped off from one rooftop to another, evading the prying gazes of the citizens.
After a moderately lengthy journey, Sidius finally reached the Giyacenth Shop without drawing much attention.
There, he saw Pliero standing at the entrance, visibly anxious and wondering about the delay.
'Is the boss alright? Could he have encountered some accident?' Pliero worriedly asked himself. It had been half an hour since past 10 PM.
Suddenly, his ranger instincts alerted him to a disturbance from behind, drawing admiration from Sidius.
"Boss!" Pliero exclaimed upon recognizing Sidius, but was shocked when he saw him carrying a paralyzed woman on his shoulder. "Who is this girl?"

Sidius understood his concern and gestured to be silent which the former acknowledged immediately, nodding before showing the way inside the shop.
The Giyacenth Shop has no one inside since during the day, uncle Nicolas maintained the shop whereas Sidius works part-time under the shroud of the night. Sidius chose this place to be their meeting place because of its safety and unassuming nature.
Walking inside the laboratory, Pliero broke the silence, "What do you want me here for, Boss?" he inquired, not daring to ask about Sidius' late arrival.
Sidius did not beat around the bush and immediately responded, "I already had the answer on the way here. It's about the authenticity of the Divine Spirit Pill."
"What?!" Pliero's initial curious expression morphed into disbelief, "Isn't that a pill from the legends?"
"Yes," Sidius affirmed, placing Claire on another chair before turning around to ask Pliero, "How come you don't know about this important news?"
Realizing his Boss' disappointment, Pliero scratched the back of his head and hesitantly reasoned, "Sorry Boss, I was busy spreading the news of the successful raid of infamous Fiery Mist in the far districts. I also established a small information network along the way."
Sidius pondered the explanation, then concerned with a nod, "Alright, I'll let you off this time," he uttered.
Pliero sighed in relief before pointing at the woman, raising another question, "Boss, this lady..."
"She's your teammate," Sidius interrupted, answering his question.
He tapped the acupoints of Claire to allow him to move and talk.
"Who's your teammate?! I'm outta here!" Claire shouted, trying to escape but Sidius blocked her, expecting her to run away.
"If not then, you have to pay for what I've gone through because of you," Sidius reasoned, smiling directly at her.
Trembled.
Recalling the horrific events earlier, Claire chose to surrender, finding her way to sit. She was no match for Sidius who broke even a high-tier magic array.
'I can't understand why both the Goddess of Medicine and Goddess of Curses approve of this guy,' Claire thought in confusion, seeing the panel in front of her.
Claire possesses the ability to perceive the thoughts of the Gods and Goddesses through the energy signals from the surroundings, a skill exclusive only to the most talented Clerics and Paladins.
After a thoughtful consideration, Claire finally decided and looked directly at Sidius with determination.
"I will join you but I have a condition!" she decisively said, still her eyes locked on Sidius.
'Hmm? I didn't think this would be easy,' Sidius smiled upon hearing her reply.
He sat on the chair and said, "Okay, let me hear it."
"I want your body!"
Claire firmly said, catching the two off guard.
Cough! Cough!
Upon hearing the woman's unexpected request, Pliero in the background summoned battled to suppress his laugh, however his efforts betrayed him.
Sidius bewildered, glanced at her and inquired, "Are you serious?"
"Yes! you're the perfect human test subject!" Claire fervently nodded, "If you agree to test my own invented potion and pills then I will join you!" she added, stating her intentions.
"Couldn't you have said that first?" Sidius said with a wry smile before contemplating internally.
Amidst the silent musing, Sidius considered, 'System is still in hibernation so I can't ask if my body could handle any medicine. Nevertheless, based on Claire's diagnosis, I should be able to handle it,' he thought.
'It is risky but I can't lose a talent like her.'
"Alright, I agree," Sidius finally voiced, "Welcome to the team, Aludra."
"Thank you, but my name's Claire!"
"C-L-A-I-R-E! Claire!" the lady protested, but her delightful expression was evident at Sidius' acceptance.
Now she can pursue medical research to her heart's content!
"Boss, you found a funny member!" Interrupting the exchange was Pliero who introduced himself, chuckling, "That will be your code name."
"Nice to meet you, I'm Mirzam," He said, extending his arms for a handshake.
However, their cheerful moment was cut short by Sidius, who issued a serious instruction.
"Mirzam, I have a special mission for you," Sidius said with a heavy tone.
