Chapter 171: Chapter 171: Class Reunion

Qin Tuo was puzzled, thinking he’d run into someone he knew.

A white Mercedes-Benz C-Class pulled up. The door opened, and a young man wearing large sunglasses got out.

"Well, well, if it isn’t my old high school classmate, Qin Tuo?"

The man took off his sunglasses.

It dawned on Qin Tuo then. It was one of his high school classmates, Li Tian.

"Li Tian, it’s really you?"

Qin Tuo couldn’t help but say.

Li Tian walked over, gave Qin Tuo a disdainful once-over, and smirked contemptuously.

"Qin Tuo, looks like you haven’t been doing so well for yourself these past few years!"

Qin Tuo understood immediately. Li Tian was looking down on him because he was wearing cheap, ordinary clothes.

Seeing Qin Tuo ignore him, Li Tian felt even more smug.

He had held a grudge against Qin Tuo back in their school days. After so many years, he had finally found his chance.

"Qin Tuo, looking at you, I bet you haven’t even found a decent job. How about this? Call me Brother Tian, and I’ll let you work for me."

Li Tian took out a pack of expensive cigarettes and lit one for himself, with no intention of offering one to Qin Tuo.

He looked like the very picture of a successful man.
