Chapter 1127: Ch 1127: A Stagnant Universe on the Verge of Ruin

After learning what they needed to do, all the powerhouses present became quite excited. Specially the people who had never been to a different universe. And even Elena and Golden Elena were included in that group.

Even though Elena had absorbed the whole existence of an universe, she herself had never been to one that was not already destroyed. The same was true for Golden Elena as she had always been in the Primordial Castle of Beginning and Ending.

So obviously they all were very excited about this mission. As for the orginisation leader Annavilla, it was also fine with this Mission. It was not a simple and straight forward mission but this kind of challenging and complex missions were something Annavilla enjoyed.

So with complete support from everyone, this mission was accepted. This way Chisato and avatar of Nyxarae would be able to became a very special existence by going inside a different universe.

After all the ladies had accepted the mission, which was something that Oshi had fully expected, she started to give them more details about this universe where they would be going.

Just like Elena’s universe had the universal power system that was represented by levels going as high as 9999, this universe also had a similar thing and this universal power system was represented by ranks.

These ranks went form rank 0 to rank 11 in the order of weak to strong. Their were a total of 7 top class powerhouses and all of them were at rank 11.

After Oshi waa done telling this much, Chisato raised her hand as she had a question. As she was more used to levels of her own universe, she was curious to know what level of strength was equivalent to the rank 11 powerhouses of this universe.

Hearing the question, Oshi immediately gave an answer to her. An individual of that universe with the rank of 11 would be more or less equivalent to a powerhouse with levels between 9500 to 9900.

Hearing this, Chisato was very surprised. And the reason of her surprise was how weak this actually was. Obviously a level 9500 plus powerhouse was not weak by any means. There was a good possibility that some of those powerhouses might even be capable of defeating the previous her in combat.

But her previous self was nowhere near being the strongest of her own universe. Even disregarding Elena, all the leaders and a decent amount of trapped anomaly beings were definitely stronger than her.

From what Chisato had learned from Elena, their universe was suppose to be very remote and quite young. So the overall strength of their universe was also supposed to be on the weaker side.

But if what Oshi had said was correct, then this universe would be weaker than their own and by a very large margin. Any of the leaders alone would be able to conquer this whole universe.

It was not just Chisato who was surprised by this, Elena was the same. The memories of the old universe that she had gotten, it had a lot of powerhouses who were capable of matching the leaders of the top orginisations from Elena’s home universe.

Not just that but the actual top powerhouses were capable of matching even the Chaosborns in strength.

Elena was actually not expecting this kind of power from others because the universe that she had absorbed was a very old and fully developed universe. But still, this universe in question was way too weak.

Understanding what everyone was thinking, Oshi smiled slightly and directly told everyone that this universe was one of the weakest one out there even though it was actually decently old.

And the reason for this weakness was the top powerhouses. They themselves were completely satisfied with their current power and had no intention of working hard in order to gain more strength.

As for the weaker individuals who actually had the drive to become stronger, they were manipulated throughout their whole life and were made to believe that rank 9 was the peak of strength.

And if someone ended up learning the truth, that person was either killed or were made to pledge their lifelong loyalty to the top powerhouses.

This was how this whole universe had completely stagnated. Without any drive to improve and with false information making everyone satisfied with their strength, this outcome was just natural and completely expected.

After learning all this, everyone felt that this mission was actually important. This universe was located very close to several universes which were under the rule and protection of several True Chaos beings. And that was why, this relatively weaker universe was also getting protected indirectly.

But if this universe actually faced some kind of actual danger in the future, then the inhabitants would have no way to defend against that. Which was definitely not a good thing.

So all the ladies understood how important this mission actually was. The future of a whole universe was depending on them. Their failure would not destroy the world immediately but it would slowly push this universe toward ruin.

So now the ladies became a bit serious about this mission instead of thinking that it was a vacation. Oshi was happy to see that. She actually did not care too much about the future of this universe but if this terrible condition could improve, she would be happy about that.

So she asked everyone when they would be ready to leave and in reply, everyone said that there was no need to wait. So Oshi used a very powerful teleportation magic of her own and sent everyone to the border of this universe in a blink of an eye. Then she wished them good luck and disappeared.

After reaching this place, Elena and everyone else did not immediately went in. Instead they started to use various kinds of concealment methods.

Annavilla was sending a decently poweful puppet here even though it’s main body was not coming. But this golem or puppet was more than strong enough to solve any and trouble in this universe with brute force.

So after all the preparations were completed, everyone was ready to enter this universe and start their mission.
